Abstract

In the era of climate change and rising consumer awareness, sustainable trade practices have become a strategic necessity for businesses. This study aims to explore and synthesize recent literature (2021–2025) on the strategic alignment between marketing functions and environmental responsibility within the context of sustainable trade. A systematic literature review (SLR) was employed using a qualitative-descriptive approach. The findings reveal that green marketing strategies, including eco-friendly product innovation, sustainable distribution, and transparent communication, positively contribute to consumer loyalty, brand awareness, and corporate reputation. However, emerging challenges such as greenwashing and greenhushing threaten the credibility and effectiveness of these initiatives. This study underscores that the success of sustainable trade practices depends on strong integration between marketing strategies and environmental policies, supported by innovation, transparency, and robust regulation. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers and business practitioners in designing ethical, adaptive, and sustainable trade strategies.

Abstract

The movie "A Long Way, Don't Forget to Go Home" is one of the drama genre films that focuses on platonic relationships or what is known as non-romantic relationships that occur between Aurora, Honey, and Kit. This movie is a sequel to "One Day We’ll Talk About Today" directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko and produced by Visinema Pictures. Broadly speaking, this movie tells the story of Aurora who continues her art education in London, where she discovers new things, one of which is the meaning of life. Aurora, who at that time was facing various problems, managed to survive through obstacles while being a nomad in a foreign country after being helped by the figures of Honey and Kit, her two best friends, who both lived as nomads in the country. The presence of Honey and Kit by Aurora's side made her feel comfortable, as they treated her like a sister, and always provided support to her. The platonic relationship between Aurora, Honey, and Kit is shown through their interactions that are full of familiarity and respect for each other without any romantic overtones. They support each other in their journey to find the meaning of life and face life's challenges. In this movie, the platonic relationship is illustrated as a form of friendship that overcomes distance and time. Although the two have different backgrounds and lives, they remain emotionally and spiritually connected. In conclusion, "A Long Way, Don't Forget to Go Home" beautifully illustrates the importance of platonic relationships in our lives, emphasizing that friendship can be a source of strength and deep understanding in the midst of a life full of changes and challenges.

Abstract

PT Sunrecruit Indonesia is a company engaged in the recruitment service (headhunter) industry, focusing on providing qualified candidates according to clients’ needs across various industries. The recruitment process in this company not only relies on digital media sourcing but also emphasizes effective interpersonal communication between recruiters, candidates, and clients. This study aims to analyze how interpersonal communication, which consists of openness, empathy, positive attitude, equality, and support, can improve recruitment effectiveness, including time to hire, candidate quality, recruitment cost, client satisfaction, and candidate retention. The data collection methods used in this research include observation, in- depth interviews, and literature study, with a descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results show that the application of good interpersonal communication by recruiters has a positive impact on recruitment efficiency, the quality of recommended candidates, and client satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, effective interpersonal communication helps minimize misunderstandings and obstacles during the recruitment process, thus improving candidate retention in client companies.

Abstract

The discussion on jihad and suicide bombings in Indonesia shows a new pattern of jihadists and suicide bombers recruiting young women. Jihad is defined by the ulama as a genuine human effort to worship Allah SWT, but there are some people who misinterpret this meaning. This research is field research using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at three universities in Aceh, namely Teuku Umar University (UTU) in Meulaboh, Malikus Saleh University Lhokseumawe, and IAIN Gajah Puteh in Takengon. Because this research highlights the knowledge of jihad in young women, the research object is female students at the three universities. Meanwhile, data collection techniques include interviews, documentation and social media observations regarding the phenomenon of knowledge of jihad and suicide bombings. The results of this research show that millennial women are less familiar with the word jihad, however, millennial women have their own reasoning about jihad. In response to the Sibolga bomb, the news was not followed closely, but millennial women did not agree with the teachings of the Islamic religion being conveyed in a violent manner.

Abstract

Komunikasi internal memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan loyalitas karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Dalam organisasi yang bergerak di bidang event organizer seperti Antariksa Grup, komunikasi menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga koordinasi, motivasi, dan hubungan kerja yang harmonis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk komunikasi internal yang diterapkan di Antariksa Grup serta menganalisis perannya dalam membangun loyalitas karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Antariksa Grup menerapkan dua pola komunikasi utama, yaitu pola roda (wheel pattern) dan pola bintang (all-channel pattern). Komunikasi dilakukan secara terbuka, partisipatif, dan emosional, baik secara tatap muka maupun melalui media digital seperti WhatsApp dan Zoom. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang hangat, transparan, dan saling menghargai mampu meningkatkan kenyamanan kerja dan loyalitas, baik pada karyawan tetap maupun part-time. Kesimpulannya, komunikasi internal yang efektif berperan penting dalam membangun rasa memiliki dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap perusahaan.
