Abstract

The development of social media has changed the way the younger generation builds social relationships and expresses themselves. One of the most widely used features is close friends on Instagram, which allows users to create semi-public private spaces to share more personal things. This study focuses on the self-disclosure patterns of Generation Z aged 18–25 years through the use of these features, emphasizing the reasons for self-disclosure, audience selectivity strategies, and the consequences caused. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques with a number of informants from generation Z aged 18–25 years. The data were analyzed thematically to identify the patterns, meanings, and dynamics of self-openness in a digital context. The results of the study show that the close friend feature is interpreted by Generation Z as a safe space to vent, express emotions, channel humor, and seek social validation without having to worry about being seen by a wide audience. Audience selectivity is the main strategy, where informants only select certain individuals who are considered trustworthy. The conclusion of the study is that close friends function as a private space on social media for Generation Z aged 18–25 years, but the self-openness that occurs is still negotiated between the need to maintain privacy and the urge to build social relationships. Abstract

Anaemia in pregnancy is a condition of the mother with haemoglobin levels below 11gr% in the 1st and 3rd trimesters or levels <10.5gr% in the 2nd trimester. The incidence of anaemia in pregnant women in Mojodeso Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro in 2020 was 6 out of 30 pregnant women or 20%. higher than the incidence of anaemia in pregnant women in the Kapas Puskesmas work area 6.20%. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge and skills of Village Health Cadres on Prevention of Anaemia in Pregnant Women in Mojodeso Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. The methods used in empowerment activities in the form of Village Health Cadre Training on Prevention of Anaemia in Pregnant Women are lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, extension practices, pre tests and post tests. The training was held for 3 (three) days on 21, 22 and 23 June 2022 at the Mojodeso Village Hall, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency with 30 health cadres participating. The results of this training were that there was an increase in the lowest, highest, and average knowledge scores of the trainees with the most 26 (86.73%) post test scores in the very good category. The average value of IEC practice of most trainees is very good category as many as 21 participants (70%) very good category. All trainees provided counseling to 30 (100%) participants, each of whom provided counseling to 5 couples of childbearing age, resulting in a total of 150 couples of childbearing age who received counseling on the prevention of anaemia in pregnant women. Pregnant women can prevent anaemia by consuming foods that contain blood supplements and processing them properly

Abstract

Work motivation, defined as a society's attitude towards the meaning of work or positive work values in an individual, is targeted for enhancement through a training program. This intervention utilizes the RUH (Risk, Hope, and Uncertainty) theoretical framework to foster work ethic motivation. The program involved 56 participants, including MSME entrepreneurs, teachers, village officials, and members of PKK and KWT groups. Employing an experimental method with pre-test and post-test assessments, data analysis relied on thematic analysis. The research findings indicate an improvement in work ethic, evident in the post-test themes reflecting enhanced hope and perseverance in addressing challenges. The shifts in participants' perspectives and attitudes signify that RUH motivation training increases their preparedness for uncertainty, heightens awareness of job risks, and fosters hope in approaching their work.

Abstract

Conditions of the situation after the COVID-19 pandemic have an impact on the phenomenon of employee work engagement. Employees who are accustomed to working from home are asked to adjust to the new work design such as hybrid working. By having values and perceived organizational support (POS), employees who can find work meaningfulness will have higher work engagement in any work design after the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the role of work meaningfulness as a mediator in the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and values toward work engagement. The data collection was carried out online and involved 220 Indonesian employees who worked in various fields. Study participants were recruited by purposive sampling method. Instruments of this study consist of the Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS), Portrait Values Questionnaire (PVQ), The Work and Meaning Inventory (WAMI), and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). The data analysis in this study utilized the PROCESS mediation analysis. The results showed that work meaningfulness significantly had a mediating effect on perceived organizational support (POS) toward work engagement (β = .743; p < .001). Woek meaningfulness also had a mediating effect on values toward work engagement (β = .581; p < .001). Especially for values, work meaningfulness had a significant mediating effect on self-transcendence (β = .129; p < .01), openness to change (β = .120; p < .05), and conservation (β = .220; p < .01), but has no mediation effect on self-enhancement towards work engagement (β = .108; p > .05). This result confirms that having meaningfulness experience during working would increase the role of situational factors (perceived organizational support [POS]) and individual factor (values) toward work engagement. Kondisi pasca pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada fenomena work engagement karyawan di tempat kerja. Karyawan yang terbiasa bekerja dari rumah diminta untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan desain kerja baru yang berupa hybrid working. Dengan memiliki values dan perceived organizational support (POS), karyawan yang dapat menemukan work meaningfulness akan memiliki work engagement yang lebih tinggi pada kondisi desain kerja apapun pasca pandemi COVID-19. Studi ini bertujuan menguji peran work meaningfulness sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara perceived organizational support (POS) dan values terhadap work engagement. Pengumpulan data studi dilakukan secara daring dengan melibatkan 220 karyawan dari berbagai bidang. Partisipan studi direkrut dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS), Portrait Values Questionnaire (PVQ), The Work and Meaningful Inventory (WAMI), dan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Analisis data menggunakan uji mediasi PROCESS. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa work meaningfulness secara signifikan memiliki efek mediasi pada perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap work engagement (β = 0,743; p < 0,001). Work meaningfulness juga mampu memediasi hubungan antara values dan work engagement (β = 0,581; p < 0,001). Khusus untuk variable values, work meaningfulness memiliki efek mediasi pada dimensi self-trancendence (β = 0,129; p < 0,01), openness to change (β = 0,120; p < 0,05), dan conservation (β = 0,220; p < 0,01) terhadap work engagement, namun pada dimensi self-enhancement, work meaningfulness tidak memiliki efek mediasi dalam hubungan antara self-enhancement terhadap work engagement (β = 0,108; p > 0,05). Hasil tersebut mengkonfirmasi bahwa memiliki pengalaman meaningful selama bekerja dapat meningkatkan peran faktor situasional (perceived organizational support [POS]) dan faktor individual (values) terhadap work engagement.

Abstract

Industri kerajinan kain jeblos yang menggunakan Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin (ATBM) memainkan peran penting dalam pelestarian budaya dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut. Namun, pengelolaan persediaan benang yang tidak efektif, baik karena kelebihan stok maupun kekurangan bahan baku, sering menyebabkan proses produksi terganggu. Dalam penelitian ini, metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Reorder Point (ROP) digunakan sebagai solusi ilmiah dalam manajemen rantai pasok untuk mengoptimalkan sistem pengelolaan stok benang. Data yang digunakan berasal dari pemakaian benang selama satu tahun (2020) pada salah satu unit usaha kain jeblos. Permintaan tahunan benang tercatat sebesar 11.396,24 kg. Berdasarkan perhitungan metode EOQ, jumlah pemesanan optimal setiap kali order adalah sebesar 754,86 kg, sedangkan titik pemesanan ulang (ROP) ditentukan pada saat persediaan menyentuh 221,59 kg, dengan asumsi konsumsi harian sebesar 31,66 kg dan lead time 7 hari. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode EOQ dan ROP dapat menurunkan total biaya persediaan tahunan dari Rp 1.752.143 menjadi Rp 1.509.717, sehingga menghasilkan penghematan sebesar ±Rp 242.425 per tahun. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa algoritma EOQ dan ROP dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam skala usaha kecil kerajinan kain tradisional, guna meningkatkan efisiensi biaya dan menjaga kesinambungan pasokan bahan baku.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the pattern of political communication in Indonesia, especially among Generation Z who dominate new voters in the 2024 Kendari Regional Election. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital political communication and the role of social media in building Generation Z political engagement at the local level. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies, data was obtained from in-depth interviews with young voters and campaign teams, as well as analysis of candidates' social media content. The results show that TikTok and Instagram are the most effective media in building emotional and ideological closeness between candidates and young voters through visual content, authentic storytelling, and two-way interaction. The phenomenon of algorithmic visibility shows that social media algorithms affect the exposure of political messages, so that content personalization strategies are a decisive factor in increasing Gen Z's digital participation. These findings underscore the importance of participatory, value-based, and adaptive political communication strategies to social media algorithms in realizing an inclusive digital democracy.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of organizational identification (OI) on employee well-being (WB). Human resource practice (HRP) was predicted as the moderator of the correlation between OI and WB. Employees of public and private sectors (N = 310) completed three questonnaires on OI, WB, and HRP, which were confirmed to be reliable through reliability analysis. Data analysis showed a significant correlation between OI and WB (r = .699; p < .01). As expected in the hypothesis, HRP was the significant moderator on the correlation between OI and WB, with the F value change of 46.485; p < .01 and the Adjusted R 2 from .486 to .552. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran identifikasi organisasi (IO) terhadap wellbeing pada karyawan (WB). Praktek Sumber Daya Manusia (PSDM) diprediksi sebagai moderator dalam hubungan antara IO dan WB. Sejumlah 310 responden yang berasal dari karyawan sektor publik diminta untuk mengisi tiga buah kuesioner yakni IO, WB, dan PSDM. Hasil analisis reliabilitas alat ukur menunjukkan ketiga instrumen tersebut reliabel untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini. .Analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara IO dan WB dimana r= .699; p < .01. Seperti yang telah diduga sebelumnya, PSDM secara sangat signifikan menjadi moderator dalam hubungan antara IO dan WB dengan perubahan nilai F sebesar 46.485; p< .01 dan Adjusted R 2 bergerak dari .486 menjadi .552.

Abstract

Unit Biro Administrasi Akademik (BAAK) Institut Widya Pratama memanfaatkan sistem pembelajaran RdC untuk mendukung proses akademik, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi terhadap pengalaman pengguna guna memastikan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur User Experience (UX) pada sistem BAAK dengan menggunakan wawancara semi-terstruktur untuk menggali konteks penggunaan, serta User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) versi lengkap yang terdiri dari 26 item untuk memperoleh penilaian kuantitatif. Hasil pengukuran UEQ menunjukkan skor tinggi pada aspek Attractiveness, Efficiency, Dependability, dan Stimulation, yang mengindikasikan bahwa sistem dinilai positif secara fungsional maupun emosional. Wawancara semi-terstruktur memberikan pemahaman tambahan mengenai pain point, seperti keterbatasan pada fitur tertentu, serta saran pengembangan dari pengguna. Analisis meliputi perhitungan skor setiap item, penilaian keenam skala UEQ (Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, dan Novelty), serta pengujian reliabilitas untuk memastikan konsistensi instrumen. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pengguna terhadap sistem BAAK berada pada kategori positif. Namun, aspek Novelty dan beberapa item bernilai negatif masih memerlukan perhatian untuk peningkatan lebih lanjut

Abstract
