Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Keuangan pada Koperasi Konsumen pegawai negeri kesra yang berada di Kec. Lubuk Pakam untuk menganalisis potensi dan permasalahan yang dihadapi koperasi simpan pinjam. Jenis penelitian merupakan deskriptif, menggunakan data sekunder dari Dinas Koperasi Kec. Lubuk Pakam meliputi data Perhitungan Hasil Usaha (PHU) pembagian SHU Anggota. Teknik penngumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap salah satu pegawai koperasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peranan Koperasi Konsumen Pegawai Negeri Kesra (KKPN KESRA) pengelolaan koperasi yang lebih baik dan berkembang kedepannya mampu memberikan manfaat yang lebih baik dalam peningkatan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan bagi seluruh anggotanya dan masyarakat pada umumnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the various learning difficulties faced by students in social studies subjects at MTs Swasta IRA Medan. To achieve these objectives, research data were collected through the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects in this study were social studies teachers and students in grades VII, VIII, and IX at MTs IRA Medan. Data analysis in this study includes data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the learning difficulties experienced by students were due to the lack of understanding of student concepts, lack of interest in social studies subjects, the absence of a relevant relationship between the material taught and daily life and lack of support from parents. An unsupportive learning environment also plays a major role in the learning difficulties faced by students.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that cause bad credit at the SMP Negeri 35 Medan savings and loan cooperative and describe strategies for dealing with bad credit at the SMP Negeri 35 Medan savings and loan cooperative. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this research are the Chairman, Supervisory Staff, Bookkeeping Staff. The research is located on Jl. Williem Iskandar Pasar V Medan, Bandar Selamat, Kec. Medan Tembung, Medan City Prov. North Sumatra. The results of this research indicate that the factors causing bad credit at the SMP Negeri 35 Medan savings and loan cooperative are internal and external factors. The internal factors (cooperatives) consist of; cooperative officers' mistakes in analyzing potential debtors, excessive confidence, and family relationships. Meanwhile, external factors (from the customer's side) consist of need factors, the debtor's business failure (bankruptcy), and the debtor experiencing a disaster. The strategies that can be used at the SMP Negeri 35 Medan savings and credit cooperative are billing customers, communicating via telephone, and settling things amicably.

Abstract

Education in the modern era is experiencing significant transformation, including changes in technology and teaching paradigms. At the North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU), especially in the Tadris Social Sciences (IPS) study program, there are challenges in developing student literacy, especially in Quantitative Research courses. This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning strategies and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based learning media on students' literacy abilities. The research method used was quantitative with a 2x2 factorial quasi-experimental design, involving 68 students divided into experimental and control classes. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results showed that the application of CTL strategies and AI media had a significant positive effect on students' literacy skills, with a contribution of 77.7%. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating interactive learning strategies and technology in improving academic literacy. The conclusions of this research suggest the need for further development and application of innovative learning methods to achieve more optimal results in student literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini telah selesai dilakukan di Koperasi Nusa Indah Jaya Medan yang Terletak di jalan Nusa indah Raya No.63. Provinsi Sumatera utara kota Medan Kecamatan Medan Helvetia. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengidentidikasi serta Mengevaluasi permasalahan permasalahan yang terjadi pada koperasi saat proses ataupun setelah transaksi, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui presentasi bunga pinjaman yaitu harga atau balasan yang dibayar nasabah setelah pihak koperasi memberikan pinjaman selain itu penelitian ini dilakukan juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada koperasi Nusa Indah Jaya Medan atau bagaimana para anggota menyikapi masalah yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian primer sekunder Dimana metode primer didapatkan dari hasil wawancara langsung antara pewawancara dengan narasumber yaitu pihak anggota atau karyawan dalam koperasi Nusa Indah Jaya Medan selain itu metode penelitian sekunder didapatkan Dari literasi yang sudah ada atau Kumpulan Kumpulan teori yang didapatkan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini maka dapat diketahui masalah yang terjadi dalam koperasi juga berapa presentase bung ajika ingin meminjam dan yang terakhir cara anggota menyikapi permasalahan yang terjadi hingga saat ini.

Abstract

Along with Indonesia, the COVID-19 outbreak has expanded across the globe. All facets of community life are affected by this disruption, including the educational system, which shifts from face-to-face instruction to online distance learning. To break the link of the COVID-19 outbreak's spread, the West Sumatra PGRI STKIP campus has made changes to the educational system. Without having to travel to a campus, students can learn online from the comfort of their own homes. However, this causes students to have issues with internet networks, quota availability, and understanding in the classroom. The goal of this study was to describe the methods used by students to deal with challenges presented by online learning in the COVID-19 program. The idea put forth between COVID-19 outbreaks. Constructivism theory was the one that was employed. Additionally, this study takes a qualitative descriptive technique to offer information about students' online learning strategies. Twenty students and five professors served as the study's informants. using Matthew Milles and Huberman's interactive model to analyze the data after gathering it through interviews and documentation. The study's findings show that students always provide a quota before classes begin, opt for a place where they can easily access the internet, question friends about concepts they don't understand, read articles and tutorials on YouTube, and always have memory available.

Abstract

In this paper the authors restrict the study of poverty and government policies in poverty reduction in West Sumatera. This research method is the study of literature. The findings from the data obtained can be seen that the level of poverty in Sumatera Barat from the years 2005-2010 continued to decline. In 2005 the number of poor people amounted to 482 800 with a percentage of 10.89%. In 2006 the number of poor people in West Sumatera experienced an increase of 550 251 inhabitants with a percentage of 12.51%. In this year poverty level are far greater than what is expected in the amount of 12.07%. Likewise, in 2007 the level of poverty in western Sumatera also incompatible with yag expected by the government in the amount of 11.26%. In this year the number of poor people in West Sumatera amounting to 529 200 with a percentage of 11.90%. In 2008 the number of poor people in West Sumatera has decreased and the level of poverty in West Sumatera is far below that have been targeted by the government at 10,85%. This year the amount of poverty in West Sumatera recorded 477 200 inhabitants with a percentage of 10.67%. So also in 2009 and 2010 the number of poor recorded is also less than the target set by the government.

Abstract

Writing this article aims to illustrate: 1). Description of Human Development Index of Indonesia. 2) The steps taken by the Indonesian government on education in improving the nation's competitiveness. This article uses literature study approach. Education is one component in the measurement of human development index. So basically the high level of human development index should describe the ideal condition, but in fact the increasing index of human development in Indonesia does not necessarily mean that with a good level of education will give birth to a prosperous individual or society but there is still considerable inequality from various layers community.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the strategy of self questioning and answering test. This research is a classroom action research. The object of this study is a class XI student of SMAN IIS 5 Lubuk Alung Padang Pariaman district. The data collected related to the creativity of students learning (observation and to look at improving student learning outcomes through the provision of a test). The data obtained were processed using the analysis and the mean percentage score. The results of the study in the first cycle, creativity and economic learning outcomes of students in learning the strategies that are in both criteria, creativity is still low currently on creativity indicators provide input to a friend at the time of the discussion has increased quite good. Student learning outcomes obtained an average of 69.85, with 20 students who got good grades of 33 students. In the second cycle has been an increase in both creativity and Economics student learning outcomes. To the creativity of student learning can be categorized on the criterion of good and very good, and for learning outcomes on the second cycle have gained an average of 81.06 with 28 students who got good grades of 33 students. Based on the findings, the authors suggest the teachers and principals to increase creativity and results for students at SMA Negeri I Lubuk Alung to make the strategy of self questioning and answering test combined with the provision of reinforcement and reward as an alternative learning strategies.

Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam "Surya Abadi Mandiri" didirikan dengan tujuan utama untuk membantu anggotanya mengatasi kesulitan keuangan dan meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, koperasi ini menghadapi berbagai permasalahan seperti kurangnya partisipasi aktif dari anggota serta strategi pengelolaan simpanan dan pinjaman yang belum optimal menjadi permasalahan utama yang menyebabkan potensi ketidakefisienan dalam operasional koperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengkaji sejauh mana strategi baru yang dilaksanakan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam "Surya Abadi Mandiri" dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota, dan (2) Untuk menganalisis partisipasi dan pemberdayaan anggota dalam mencapai kesejahteraan dalam koperasi tersebut. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu (1) Manajer, (2) Bendahara, dan (3) Staf pegawas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam "Surya Abadi Mandiri". Teknik analisis datanya menggunkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Melalui wawancara, peneliti menganalisis aspek-aspek utama seperti strategi koperasi, partisipasi dan pemberdayaan anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi berhasil menjalankan strateginya seperti, (1) Pemberian bunga pinjaman yang terjangkau, (2) Strategi "free bunga"setiap empat bulan sekali, (3) Pemberian paket lebaran , (4) Santunan atau bantuan kepada anggota yang meninggal dunia, (5) Dukungan finansial dalam berbagai acara sosial, dan (6) Memberikan amplop berisikan uang tunai kepada anggota yang hadir pada saat rapat. Koperasi juga menjamin keberhasilan dan kelangsungan operasionalnya melalui (1) Keterlibatan aktif anggota, (2) Keseimbangan antara simpanan dan pinjaman, (3) Strategi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan anggota seperti menawarkan amplop berisi uang tunai sebagai bentuk apresiasi untuk menunjukan bahwa koperasi memahami nilai keterlibatan anggota dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan (4) Kerja sama yang berkelanjutan dengan dinas terkait untuk pengembangan koperasi. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Koperasi Simpan Pinjam "Surya Abadi Mandiri" berhasil menjalankan strategi- strategi yang efektif untuk menjaga keberhasilan dan kelangsungan operasionalnya serta mencapai tujuan utamanya yaitu meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota.
