Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, bertujuan mendeskripsikan tradisi budaya Merti Desa di Desa Sentolo Kulon Progo sebagai upaya melestarikan budaya jawa guna mendukung pariwisata di Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data  dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan sumber-sumber buku mendukung penelitian ini. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Fokus penelitian ini adalah aktivitas masyarakat dalam melaksanakan prosesi ‘merti desa‘ beserta seluruh implikasi dan menghubungkan karakter dengan penciptaan serta pemeliharaan budaya. Untuk menguji objektivitas data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi metode. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a).Pentingnya peserta didik mempelajari merti desa untuk menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap budaya lokal agar tetap lestari. b). Prosesi upacara merti desa di desa Sentolo merupakan tradisi yang dibudayakan oleh masyarakat setempat, sebagai wujud melestarikan budaya daerah. c). Nilai Filosofi Budaya Jawa perlu ditanamkan sebagai wujud melestarikan nilai-nilai filosofi jawa, agar tidak terkikis karena perkembangan teknologi. d).Melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya jawa guna mendukung pengembangan pariwisata di Kulon Progo, e. Menanamkan pendidikan karakter terhadap peserta didik melalui budaya mreti desa

Abstract

One aspect of elderly empowerment is vocational training, which involves developing skills and hobbies that can generate income or engage in productive activities such as knitting. Therefore, the goal of Community Service is to train knitting skills so that elderly women can utilize their free time by producing handicrafts. Wool yarn can be processed into tablecloths, coasters, key chains, tissue holders, and other crafts that can be useful for themselves and can be turned into profitable businesses. The activity is carried out in several stages, including preparation, implementation, evaluation of training results, and reporting. This activity is carried out in collaboration with Rizqun Minallah (RizMina), a community empowerment community specializing in skills and crafts. The training participants included 13 elderly women and administrators of the Al Moharrir Elderly Islamic Boarding School. Results: Participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the theory and practice of the knitting skills training. They strove to complete their knitting with enthusiasm. Despite difficulties, they continued to try until they produced the desired product that could be used for themselves, but not yet suitable for sale. The community service team and RizMina provided support to participants after the activity concluded.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan implementasi nilai karakter bagi siswa SMP telah dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, termasuk melalui proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia menggunakan media wayang kulit. Wayang kulit merupakan peninggalan nenek moyang selain berperan sebagai tontonan, namun juga mengandung tatanan dan tuntunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terhadap nilai karakter yang  terkandung dalam wayang kulit dengan lakon Puspito Manik. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tahapan menganalisis nilai karakter yang dimiliki oleh setiap tokoh dalam lakon tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa wayang kulit berperan sebagai tontonan, sekaligus tuntunan. Tontonan karena wayang kulit dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat, sedangkan tuntunan karena mengandung pesan moral yang disampaikan oleh seorang dalang yang terkait dengan perilaku bermasyarakat, termasuk berbangsa dan bernegara bahkan juga terkait dengan bela negara. Seluruh nilai karakter yang meliputi: 1) religius, 2) jujur, 3) toleransi, 4) disiplin, 5) kerja keras, 6) kreatif, 7) mandiri, 8) demokratis, 9) rasa ingin tahu, 10) semangat kebangsaan, 11) cinta tanah air, 12) menghargai prestasi, 13) bersahabat/komunikatif, 14) cinta damai, 15) gemar membaca, 16) peduli lingkungan, 17) peduli sosial, serta 18) tanggung jawab terkandung di dalam wayang kulit dengan Lakon Puspito Manik yang diperankan oleh masing-masing tokoh.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk campur kode dan alih kode dalam pertemuan arisan ibu-ibu dan mendeskripsikan penyebabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak dan teknik catat. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan adanya bentuk campur kode dan alih kode. Campur kode yang ditemukan yaitu percampuran dan peralihan kode antara bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Jawa, antara bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Arab. Alih kode yang ditemukan adalah alih kode internal.. Percampuran dan peralihan bahasa ini muncul karena bilingualisme, penutur dan lawan tutur menguasai bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Jawa, dan kebiasaan menggunakan bahasa Arab. Sedangkan alih kode muncul karena hadirnya orang ketiga dan hubungan antara penutur dan mitra-mitra tuturnya.Kata Kunci: Gaya Tutur, Campur Kode, Alih Kode, Sosiolinguistik

Abstract

Learning at the driving school requires the existence of project activities where the project aims to provide character strengthening for students with a Pancasila student profile. The project must be designed as creatively as possible in order to provide a very good experience for students so that it is necessary to strengthen the preparation of the Pancasila student profile project module. This service activity is carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparation is carried out by providing materials as references and guidelines in the development of the Pancasila student profile project module. In addition, it also documents licensing and adjustments to the schedule for the implementation of service. In the second stage, service is carried out by providing school-level measurement instruments then delivering material and criticizing existing project modules. At the evaluation stage, it is done by reflecting on all participants on the activities that have been carried out. The results of the activity show that high school teachers can develop a Pancasila student profile project module and can conduct an assessment in accordance with the reference guidelines for strengthening the Pancasila student profile project.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide assistance for handicraft business actors in Bibis Kasihan Bantul Village regarding the concept of digital marketing and empower these business actors to have various promotional videos. The community service activities are carried out through seven stages: site analysis, problem identification, determination of work goals, problem-solving design, social approach, implementation of service activities, evaluation of activities, and results of service. In the last stage, the closing is done by providing an evaluation of the video marketing that has been owned by business actors by looking at the digital footprint of followers and viewers. The results of the service showed an increase in posting business products through social media. In addition, this service is expected to have an impact on the community to optimize sales through digital marketing.

Abstract

The focus of this research is prophetic values in folklore in the form of examples of changes in behavior, attitudes, science, both habluminalloh and habluminannas in order to create a harmonious balance in students. This research uses qualitative description methods using documentation techniques. Data source in the form of Indonesian folklore books on the island of Java. Of the several Indonesian folk tales selected, there are 5 (five), namely the folk tales (1) Nawangwulan, (2) Bawang Merah Bawang Putih, (3) Cindelaras, (4) Sangkuriang, and (5) Roro Mendut. The five folk tales are analyzed using steps to read, observe, record, identify and analyze from the aspects of humanization, liberation and transcendence in the five contents of the folk tale. Content and meaning analysis is used which is carried out objectively and transparently and arranged systematically and comprehensively to draw research conclusions. The results of this research show that there are prophetic values found in the five Indonesian folk tales. The meaning contained in the five Indonesian folklore is related to (1) humanist (humanity), namely instilling a soul based on the principle of humanity; and the interests of fellow human beings and being devoted to parents, (2) liberation, namely the soul upholding honesty and justice, and (3) transcendent, namely instilling devotion with gratitude and istiqomah in getting closer to God Almighty. Choosing the right folklore will be beneficial in character education for students in Junior High School.
