Abstract

Private schools must try to improve education marketing management in order to get more students that will later support learning activities in schools. Marketing management in this research is how to introduce educational products, invite and influence people to become consumers or service users in an educational institution. This study uses a qualitative approach that has a post positivistic or interpretive paradigm with the aim of understanding the phenomena that occur in the field. This type of research is multisite. The data collection in this study was carried out by means of participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the researchers analyzed the data using two methods, i.e.: on-site data analysis and cross-site analysis using the Miles Huberman interactive model, known as reduction and presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: 1) implementation of stakeholder-based educational marketing management which is carried out by carrying out the placement tests, fulfilling qualifications and improving teacher professionalism, fulfilling facilities and infrastructure, providing opportunities for students to take extra-curricular activities, targeting output (students) who are in good attitudes, smart, healthy, accomplished, and competitive, conducts routine evaluations, assimilates with stakeholders, and achieves customer satisfaction. The optimistic attitude and deep love of the alumni can then be called market fanatics, coming out from market ideology, 2) integrated supervision by combining inherent supervision and follow-up plans. Both institutions strive to guard all plans to achieve perfect targets in terms of educational marketing by eliminating errors or zero defects.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi begitu pesat sehingga segala informasi dan kebutuhan sudah dapat dilakukan dengan sangat mudah. Hal itu juga dilakukan dalam proses peningkatan mutu madrasah. Proyek Realizing Education’s Promise-Madrasah Education Quality Reform (REP-MEQR) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan telah mengembangkan platform digital untuk mempermudah madrasah dalam melaksanakan evaluasi diri (EDM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. pendekatan penelitian studi kasus. Pendekatan penelitian ini dipilih karena digunakan untuk menggambarkan apa adanya tentang suatu keadaan yang terjadi sesuai kasus yang diangkat. penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling dimana meliputi TIK (Tim Inti Kabupaten) yang berjumlah 3 orang yaitu Erma Febriyanti, M.S Rahdiyan Syah Tuasikal, dan Ainur Rofiq. Waktu penelitian dimulai bulan April-Mei 2023. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwasanya platform EDM memenuhi standart efektif yaitu berdasarkan kegunaan, ketepatan, ruang lingkup, efektivitas biaya, akuntabilitas, ketepatan waktu. Secara akuntabilitas platform EDM dapat dipertanggung jawabkan baik dalam tatanan madrasah maupun terhadap kementerian agama pusat. Aspek budaya mutu yang harus diterapkan oleh madrasah meliputi Kedisiplinan Bagi Warga Madrasah, Pengembangan Diri Bagi Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan, Guru Melakukan Penyiapan, Pelaksanaan dan Penilaian Atas Proses Pembelajaran oleh guru, Madrasah menyediakan Sarana Belajar untuk guru dan siswa, Madrasah Melakukan Pengelolaan anggaran yang transparan dan berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak dari fenomena yang terjadi pada pesantren yang masih belum kuat mengembangkan budaya literasi dalam menciptakan generasi yang unggu melalui kepemimpinan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk budaya literasi bagi santri, fasilitasi literasi bagi santri dan dampak budaya literasi bagi santri di pondok pesantren Sirojut Tholibin Plosokandang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah, metode tanya jawab, dan metode diskusi. Gerakan literasi berbasis pondok dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap yakni tahap pembiasaan, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap pembelajaraan. Bentuk kegiatan pengembangan gerakan literasi berbasis pondok pesantren, yaitu (1) Program Tahfidzul Qur’an, (2) kajian kitab kuning, (3) kegiatan muhadarah, dan (4) kegiatan jurnalistik. Literasi berbasis pondok pesantren adalah upaya menyeluruh yang melibatkan semua warga pondok (kyau, ustad, ustadzah, pengurus, santri, orang tua/wali murid) dan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan gerakan literasi diwujudkan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu pembiasaan, pengembangan, dan pembelajaran. ketiga tahapan dilaksanakan secara bertahap sehingga prosesnya dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Gerakan literasi yang ditawarkan untuk lingkungan pondok juga menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Santri yang belajar di pondok pesantren Sirojut Tholibin diajarkan literasi dengan sistem yang unik supaya bisa mempersiapkan diri dalam kehidupan masyarakat kelak, seperti khitobah, kajian kitab kuning, syawir, muhafadzoh, dan mutola’ah. Kehidupan bermasyarakat disini menjadi penting untuk digaris bawahi, sebab santri akan menjadi tumpuan dan menjadi tokoh pembangunan yang senantiasa berguna dan digunakan dalam kehidupan sosial. Hal itu dapat tercermin ketika seorang santri memimpin kegiatan keagamaan, menjadi pembawa acara suatu kegiatan, bahkan tidak jarang berhubungan dengan hal-hal lain. seolah hal tersebut menjawab keraguan yang ada dimasyrakat, bahwa seorang santri yang mondok bisa segalanya. Berbagai kegiatan yang dapat diimplementasikan di atas diharapkan dapat membuat para santri memiliki kemampuan menyaring informasi sehingga mampu menjadi insan kamil yang berilmu dan berakhlakul karimah.

Abstract

Teori dasar manajemen berpendapat bahwa perencanaan dan evaluasi merupakan prasyarat untuk banyak hasil positif dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hubungan struktural antara perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi dalam konteks pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Dalam survei cross-sectional ini, kami memasukkan 284 guru (laki-laki = 104, perempuan = 108) dari populasi yang terdiri dari sekitar 7029 guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. Kami menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini mengungkapakan dua temuan utama. Pertama, perencanaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi dan evaluasi pembelajaran daring. Kedua, evaluasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi pembelajaran daring. Evaluasi cenderung menjadi kontributor yang lebih kuat untuk implementasi yang lebih baik dalam pembelajaran daring daripada perencanaan. Terlepas dari berbagai masalah dan kendala pembelajaran daring yang dihadapi oleh guru sekolah dasar, penelitian ini memberikan implikasi untuk analisis mendalam pada merancang program intervensi yang efektif bagi guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam merencanakan dan memonitoring pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the urgency of human resource (HR) supervision and development in Islamic educational institutions, considering the low level of public interest in actively participating in the educational programs being conducted. The main objective of this research is to develop and analyze an effective model of HR supervision and development, with the hope of encouraging public interest in Islamic educational institutions. The research method used in this study is library research, data obtained from literature related to HR management and public interest in Islamic education, analyzed through a systematic review with validity tested through triangulation of sources and expert opinions . The results indicate that a comprehensive HR needs analysis, recruitment of qualified educators, and supervision and performance evaluation involving the active participation of parents of students, contribute significantly to improving the quality of teaching and public interest. HR needs analysis plays a role in identifying required competencies, recruitment of qualified educators has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes, and supervision and performance evaluation involving parents of students creates transparency and strengthens the image of educational institutions. In addition, active community involvement in workshops and seminars, as well as improving the image of institutions through effective social and promotional activities, have also proven effective in attracting public attention. This study concludes that the implementation of an effective model of human resource supervision and development can create a more attractive and relevant educational environment, as well as increase public interest in Islamic education.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the world of education, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The PAI curriculum is required to transform in order to remain relevant to the needs of students in the digital era and in line with the ever-changing social dynamics. This study aims to examine how digitalization is integrated into the PAI curriculum and its implications for strengthening character, mastering 21st-century competencies, and increasing learning effectiveness. The method used is a qualitative approach with library research, which analyzes curriculum documents, previous research results, and relevant scientific literature. The results of the study show that the digitalization of the PAI curriculum can enrich learning strategies through the use of digital media, encourage student-centered learning, and strengthen Islamic values ​​through contextual and collaborative approaches. However, this process also faces challenges such as low digital literacy of teachers, potential media misuse, and infrastructure gaps. Therefore, the development of an adaptive PAI curriculum for the digital era requires an active role from all stakeholders, so that religious education remains meaningful, relevant, and contributive in forming a generation that is faithful, knowledgeable, and has noble character.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the efforts to build a balance of Faith, Knowledge, and Practice in the integrative paradigm of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Curriculum in formal educational institutions. The background of the problem is based on the phenomenon of the dichotomy of knowledge that separates general knowledge and religion, which has implications for the moral crisis and low integrity of graduates (Assegaf, 2011: 271). The integrative paradigm is present as an epistemological solution to reunite knowledge under the umbrella of monotheism, making knowledge a means of strengthening faith and guiding good deeds (Al-Attas, 1993: 65; Annisa, 2019: 9). This qualitative research with a Case Study design was conducted in schools/madrasas that consistently implement the integrative PAI curriculum, with research subjects including principals, PAI teachers, general subject teachers, and students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model (2014: 31). The results of the study indicate that the effort to achieve this balance is realized through a holistic curriculum design that explicitly links Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material with science, the transformation of knowledge into practice through a structured habituation program, and the need for close collaboration between teachers. Despite facing the challenges of fragmented material and limited teacher competencies, the success of this effort is highly dependent on visionary school leadership and the implementation of holistic evaluations that measure the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains (Faith, Knowledge, and Practice). The study concluded that the successful implementation of an integrative Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum is able to produce Perfect Humans who have harmony between the beliefs of the heart, intellectual intelligence, and moral practice (Daradjat, 2025: 145).
