Abstract

This quantitative research employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) using Smart PLS 4 to analyze the financial dynamics of VTuber YouTube channels in the Vietnam and Thailand. The study utilized purposive sampling, comprising 77 channel samples, to explore the relationships between key variables. This research found that Total Subscribers has positive and significant effect to Super Chat Earnings, Total Views has negative and significant effect to Super Chat Earnings, Total Videos has negative but not significant effect to Super Chat Earnings, Total Videos has negative and significant effect to Super Chat Earnings through Total Subscribers, Total Views has negative and significant effect to Super Chat Earnings through Total Subscribers, Total Videos has negative and significant effect to Total Subscribers, and Total Views has negative and significant effect to Total Subscribers of Vietnam and Thailand VTuber YouTube channels

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to explore and analyze the alignment of OLCQS standards within Gamelab ID Academy, a non-formal education platform designed to assist Vocational School (SMK) students and university students in preparing for the industrial world and the job market (DUDIKA). The OLCQS model analyzes various aspects of Gamelab ID Academy, including instructional design, assessment policies, instructor-student interactions, and the learner experience. The research findings encompass an analysis of the OLC Quality Scorecard, which comprises several components, including Course Overview and Information, Course Technology and Tools, Design and Layout, Content and Activities, Interaction, and Assessment and Feedback. The results of the study indicate that the platform has several strengths, such as online learning flexibility, comprehensive content delivery, and active instructor support. However, there are areas that require improvement, such as the clarity of application tool policies and material accessibility.

Abstract

This qualitative research investigates the use of the Math Hero Flashcards in elementary school children's mathematics education. Math Hero Flashcards are specially designed learning tools aimed at enhancing mathematical understanding, accuracy, and mastery of arithmetic operations for numbers 1-10 through interactive games. The study involves direct observation, interviews, and interactive play with children with the aim of understanding the effects of Math Hero Flashcards on children's mathematical understanding, learning motivation, and interest. The results of the research indicate that the use of Math Hero Flashcards enhances elementary school children's mathematical understanding, fosters motivation for learning, and creates a more enjoyable learning experience. However, some interview participants mentioned that they had found alternatives in the form of math game apps on their phones. Therefore, this research underscores the need for integration between physical learning tools like Math Hero Flashcards and learning technology to achieve holistic and engaging mathematics education for children.

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi digital environment di Universitas IPWIJA dalam Rangka Menghadapi Era Society 5.0. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan studi pustaka melalui website dan internet. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Universitas IPWIJA telah mengadopsi berbagai elemen Digital Environment, termasuk Digitalization of information exchange, Digitalization of client interaction, dan Digitalization of Data Storage, dengan langkah-langkah positif. Langkah tersebut meliputi keberadaan yang kuat dalam hasil pencarian online, pemanfaatan media sosial, mobile payment, dan lainnya. Namun, masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan, seperti melengkapi dan memperbarui situs web, mengembangkan e-commerce, mempertimbangkan kerjasama dengan bank lain, serta memperkuat reputasi online dengan artikel-artikel yang mencakup berbagai prestasi universitas. Selain itu, pengembangan implementasi VR/AR dan lebih banyak penggunaan IoT dalam pendidikan juga menjadi pilihan. Dengan memperhatikan saran-saran ini, Universitas IPWIJA dapat terus meningkatkan pelayanan dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan dengan lebih baik, sejalan dengan era Society 5.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) Keputusan Investasi, (2) Keputusan Pendanaan; dan (3) Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode penelitian yang digunakan adalah 2017-2019. Penelitian ini tergolong sebagai penelitian ex post facto, bersifat asosiatif kausal, dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.333 dan nilai signifikansi 0,007. (2) Keputusan Pendanaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar -0.061 dan nilai signifikansi 0,609. (3) Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.479 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (4) Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 479 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hasil uji adjusted R2 pada penelitian ini diperoleh nilai sebesar 0.273. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Nilai Perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, dan Kebijakan Dividen sebesar 27.3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72.7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
