Abstract

Knowledge Management is an effort made to manage knowledge through three important components, namely, people, processes and technology. The knowledge contained in each individual that is still stored in the head (tacit knowledge) needs to be documented in a media or system (explicit knowledge) so that intellectual assets in the organization are maintained. In line with the mission of the Ministry of Finance, namely adaptive management of Human Resources according to technological advances, the linkage and compatibility between education, learning and application of values ​​and performance targets supported by knowledge management has been realized. The Information and Communication Technology and State Property Management Office is a Technical Implementation Unit which is under and directly responsible to the Head of the Center for Information Systems and Financial Technology, Secretariat General, Ministry of Finance. Knowledge management must be managed well to increase employee competency by using the Apostolico-Giancarlo algorithm search method through the Knowledge Management System.

Abstract

Public Speaking or what is more commonly called public speaking skills is one of the skills that must be possessed in today's global era. Public speaking (public speaking skill) is the ability to speak in front of many people, both in closed and open spaces. In an effort to improve communication skills, public speaking skills are one of the soft skills that children need to have (Turistiati, 2019). This is also a challenge for the Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces of Amanah Bunda in Tanjung Duren. Therefore, this skill must be prepared, nurtured, and developed from an early age. For children who are used to expressing opinions, they are able to express and develop their potential from an early age and this can become a skill that will help them in the future. Public Speaking skills are really needed by students because they can help students with presentations and organizational skills. Therefore, Public Speaking must be trained and instilled in children as early as possible

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem steganografi berbasis citra digital menggunakan metode Least Significant Bit (LSB). Metode ini memungkinkan penyisipan pesan rahasia ke dalam gambar dengan cara mengganti bit paling tidak signifikan dari piksel gambar, sehingga perubahan visual pada gambar tetap tidak terlihat oleh pengamat biasa. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa Python dan diintegrasikan dengan antarmuka interaktif Gradio untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan proses penyisipan (encoding) dan ekstraksi (Decoding) pesan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pesan dapat disisipkan dan diekstraksi kembali secara akurat. Selain itu, evaluasi kualitas gambar dilakukan menggunakan parameter Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), yang menghasilkan nilai sebesar 93.80 dB. Nilai tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas gambar setelah proses penyisipan tetap sangat baik dan tidak mengalami degradasi signifikan. Dengan demikian, metode LSB terbukti efektif dan efisien untuk aplikasi steganografi ringan yang membutuhkan kerahasiaan pesan tanpa merusak kualitas media digital.
