Abstract

Upaya pemerintah untuk menciptakan arus jalan yang nyaman dan aman tidak bisa diwujudkan tanpa kerjasama dari masyarakat. Namun tidak semua masyarakat mematuhi peraturan yang telah di buat, masyarakat seringkali melanggar peraturan untuk kenyamanan dan kemudahan diri sendiri yang terkadang dapat membahayakan diri sendiri dan orang lain. Maka dari itu pemerintah memberikan sanksi kepada orang-orang yang tidak mematuhi peraturan berlalulintas. Peneliti mencoba melihat pada instruksi yang sudah ada. Peneliti memanfaatkan multimedia yang mempunyai potensi dalam memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang cara kerja proses E-Tilang menggunakan animasi 3D. Panduan pada animasi 3D yang dirancang oleh penulis akan mempermudahkan masyarakat dan memiliki tujuan membantu pihak kepolisian dalam melakukan sosialisasi animasi 3D terhadap E-tilang. Dengan animasi 3D ini dapat diketahui proses kerja dari E-Tilang dan bentuk pelanggaran yang terjadi dengan menggunakan simulasi menarik sehingga masyarakat lebih tertarik dan lebih memahami dengan jelas. Penulis juga membuat kuesioner sebagai evaluasi terhadap pemahaman dalam mematuhi peraturan berlalu lintas.

Abstract

Fuel Oil (BBM) is a commodity that plays a very important role in all economic activities, especially as a motorvehicle fuel. Along with technological developments in the automotive world, there is an increase in the numberof motorized vehicles every year. Indirectly there is an increase in the consumption of fuel oil. And from thisphenomenon there is an idea to educate the public about the regulations for refueling at gas stations using 3Danimation, to convey interesting information in such a way that the public and children can more easily understandthe regulations for refueling at gas stations. Starting from the ban on smoking or lighting a fire, using asmartphone, taking pictures in the filling dispenser area, the prohibition on starting the engine while still refueling,and compliance in the queue. In order to make gas stations more effective in conveying and implementingregulations for refueling at gas stations. The approach used is by making direct observations of the manual systemand recording carefully and systematically to collect data, in order to obtain the required information. As well asanalyzing the data and summarizing it so that it can draw conclusions that are used as benchmarks for making thesystem. And in making this 3D animation, several applications are used such as Blender, Hitfilm and Voicesove

Abstract

Digital data security is the protection of private data to prevent unwanted access to computer databases or websites. In this study, cryptographic techniques are used which is a way to enter data. Why data needs to bedigital, it can prevent potential loss, reduce data risk, and reduce crime. In this study, we will optimize the AESalgorithm, the AES algorithm has a linear speed, where the greater the number of N blocks to be executed, thehigher the execution time. The design in this study uses a unified modeling language and mysql as a database. Thepurpose of this study is to implement the parallel AES algorithm for the encryption and decryption process ofdigital data and analyze and provide recommendations for the algorithm that will be used in the future byconsidering the comparison results obtained.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Memberikan informasi terkait seni bela diri tapak suci bagi masyarakat umum, Memberikan daya tarik untuk melakukan pembelajaran terhadap seni bela diri tapak suci, Menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis android tentang seni bela diri tapak suci. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan diagram unified modelling language untuk memberikan proses kerja untuk media interaktif pembelajaran tapak suci berbasis android menggunakan metode system development life cycle. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Pada media interaktif yang implementasikan dapat bermanfaat terhadap komunitas tapak suci, murid dan masyarakat. Menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai pembelajaran tentang silat tapak suci.

Abstract

In this day and age computer technology is developing very rapidly, and can be used as a solution to convey or provide information. One of the computer technologies to convey information is interactive learning media. At this time the teacher still has problems adjusting the time and delivery of materials, and also still using blackboards and markers and textbooks in learning. Therefore, the researcher will create interactive learning media based on articulation storyline 3. In the media, articulation storyline 3 is html5 based, which can be run on various devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The purpose of the researchers in making this research was to help teachers and students in time efficiency in the learning process and to increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Training for teachers and MSMEs at Asga Mandiri Vocational School with the theme Basic Digital Marketing was carried out to increase teachers' and MSMEs' understanding of basic digital marketing. The methodology used in this service is to present material regarding basic digital marketing. Next, provide a tutorial to the participants and evaluate how they understand the material that has been tutorialized using digital platforms such as Google Business and WhatsApp Business. The evaluation results of this activity show that the training is effective in increasing the understanding of teachers and MSMEs so that it can be used as a medium in the business development process, for promotion and product sales. Basic digital marketing training is very important for teachers and MSMEs because it can improve their ability to carry out marketing activities via digital platforms.

Abstract

In the world of education, the curriculum has an important role in determining the direction and quality of learning experienced by students. The implementation of an independent learning curriculum designed to increase student involvement and responsibility in the learning process. This research is ex-post facto research with a quantitative type of research. This research aims to determine the description of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in the Fashion Department and the Learning Motivation of Students in the Fashion Department. This type of research is ex-po facto. The population in this study were class X and XI students majoring in fashion design. The sampling technique uses a population sample method where if the population is less than 100 then the entire population becomes the sample, namely a sample size of 50 students. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results of the research show a picture of the implementation of the independent learning curriculum majoring in fashion design with a percentage of 34% or 17 students who produced an interval of 40-43 which was categorized as moderate; and Description of the learning motivation of students majoring in fashion design with a percentage of 32% or 16 students who produced the highest interval of 43-46 which was in the high category. If the implementation of an independent learning curriculum is proven to be effective in increasing motivation, the implication for the world of education is that there will be a push to implement a more flexible and adaptive approach in various practice-oriented classes.

Abstract

Knowledge Management is an effort made to manage knowledge through three important components, namely, people, processes and technology. The knowledge contained in each individual that is still stored in the head (tacit knowledge) needs to be documented in a media or system (explicit knowledge) so that intellectual assets in the organization are maintained. In line with the mission of the Ministry of Finance, namely adaptive management of Human Resources according to technological advances, the linkage and compatibility between education, learning and application of values ​​and performance targets supported by knowledge management has been realized. The Information and Communication Technology and State Property Management Office is a Technical Implementation Unit which is under and directly responsible to the Head of the Center for Information Systems and Financial Technology, Secretariat General, Ministry of Finance. Knowledge management must be managed well to increase employee competency by using the Apostolico-Giancarlo algorithm search method through the Knowledge Management System.

Abstract

Public Speaking or what is more commonly called public speaking skills is one of the skills that must be possessed in today's global era. Public speaking (public speaking skill) is the ability to speak in front of many people, both in closed and open spaces. In an effort to improve communication skills, public speaking skills are one of the soft skills that children need to have (Turistiati, 2019). This is also a challenge for the Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces of Amanah Bunda in Tanjung Duren. Therefore, this skill must be prepared, nurtured, and developed from an early age. For children who are used to expressing opinions, they are able to express and develop their potential from an early age and this can become a skill that will help them in the future. Public Speaking skills are really needed by students because they can help students with presentations and organizational skills. Therefore, Public Speaking must be trained and instilled in children as early as possible

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem steganografi berbasis citra digital menggunakan metode Least Significant Bit (LSB). Metode ini memungkinkan penyisipan pesan rahasia ke dalam gambar dengan cara mengganti bit paling tidak signifikan dari piksel gambar, sehingga perubahan visual pada gambar tetap tidak terlihat oleh pengamat biasa. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa Python dan diintegrasikan dengan antarmuka interaktif Gradio untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan proses penyisipan (encoding) dan ekstraksi (Decoding) pesan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pesan dapat disisipkan dan diekstraksi kembali secara akurat. Selain itu, evaluasi kualitas gambar dilakukan menggunakan parameter Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), yang menghasilkan nilai sebesar 93.80 dB. Nilai tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas gambar setelah proses penyisipan tetap sangat baik dan tidak mengalami degradasi signifikan. Dengan demikian, metode LSB terbukti efektif dan efisien untuk aplikasi steganografi ringan yang membutuhkan kerahasiaan pesan tanpa merusak kualitas media digital.
