Abstract

Kelurahan Kwala Bekala adalah salah satu kelurahan yang terletak di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan, Kota Medan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Wilayah ini memiliki luas sekitar 1,87 km² dan penduduk sekitar 26.000 jiwa . Selama ini kelurahan kwala bekala dalam pengurusan administrasi masih menggunakan manual dimana masyarakat yang ini mengurus KTP, Kartu Keluarga, Akte Kelahiran sering mengalami kesulitan seprti harus mengantri dan persyaratan yang dibutuhkan juga kesusahan dikarenakan tidak adanya informasi yang akurat. Dengan adanya dunia digital yang begitu berkembang membuat permintaan masyarakat terhadap kemudahan dalam mengurus administrasi semakin meningkat. Masyarakat mengharapkan adanya layanan yang dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengurusan administrasi, sehingga mereka tidak perlu lagi menghabiskan banyak waktu dan tenaga untuk mengurus administrasi tersebut. Kelurahan kwala bekala  juga membutuhkan aplikasi pengurusan administrasi untuk memudahkan tugas mereka dalam mengelola administrasi, seperti pendaftaran, pengurusan dokumen, dan lain sebagainya. Hasil dari penelitian ini proses administrasi di Kantor Kelurahan Kwala Bekala dapat ditingkatkan. Penggunaan teknologi ini memungkinkan akses data yang lebih cepat, mengurangi keterlambatan, dan meminimalkan potensi kesalahan manusia

Abstract

Leukemia is a blood cancer in which blood cells become malignant and uncontrolled. It can cause damage to the function of the body's organs. Several machine learning methods have been used to automatically detect biomedical images, including blood cell images. In this study, we utilized a hybrid machine learning method, called a hybrid Convolutional Neural Network-eXtreme Gradient Boosting (CNN-XGBoost) method to detect leukemia in blood cells. The hybrid method combines two machine learning methods. We use CNN as the basic classifier and XGBoost as the main classification method. The aim of this methodology was to assess whether incorporating the basic classification method would lead to an enhancement in the performance of the main classification model. The experimental findings demonstrated that the utilization of XGBoost as the main classifier led to a marginal increase in accuracy, elevating it from 85.32% to 85.43% compared to the basic CNN classification. This research highlights the potential of hybrid machine learning approaches in biomedical image analysis and their role in advancing the early diagnosis of leukemia and potentially other medical conditions.

Abstract

The balanced scorecard is a set of performance measures that cover four Kategori Produks, namely financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth. The word "balanced" in the balanced scorecard means that in measuring performance there must be a balance between financial measures and non-financial measures (operational measures). Data processing is carried out using the web-based Balanced Scorecard method from this data processing. used At this stage the author provides the needs of making applications related to measuring the performance of CV. Unibroom Indonesia. To design a performance measurement application based on the Balanced Scorecard method by making a mapping per unit and per year to input the Kategori Produk, Values s and key performance indicators of each unit, Input the target for each poduct from each unit for the Balanced Scorecard process. total unit value based on the total value of each Category Product. The unit score scale itself consists of a scale of 1 to 5, where the smaller the unit score value indicates that the unit's performance is considered low and the higher the unit score value indicates that the unit's performance is considered good. The company's performance appraisal system that was built can make it easier for each division within the company to determine the condition of the company's performance for each unit as a whole by looking at the four Balanced Scorecard Category Product, namely the financial, customer, internal business Kategori Produk as well as the growth and learning Category Product by looking at the total of the unit score.

Abstract

In the current digital era, changes in the book industry are very noticeable. Consumers are now more likely to look for references and buy books online. Easy access to the internet and the existence of e-commerce platforms have changed the way people search for and buy books. Apart from that, social media has also become an important channel for sharing book reviews and recommending reading to others. One of the shops affected by this digital era is the Gramedia bookstore, as one of the leading bookstores in Indonesia, experiencing several problems that need to be overcome in carrying out its operations. One of the main problems is competition with e-commerce platforms and online bookstores that offer books at lower prices, big discounts and fast delivery. This makes Gramedia have to look for strategies to remain competitive and attract customers to prefer shopping at physical stores or Gramedia online stores. Apart from that, Gramedia is also faced with changes in consumer patterns. More and more consumers are turning to reading books in digital or e-book form, which has an impact on physical book sales. Gramedia stores need to adapt their offerings to increasingly changing consumer preferences, as well as find ways to promote the benefits of reading and maintain interest in reading books amidst the abundance of digital entertainment and other activities. The VIKOR method is a useful tool in making complex decisions, such as determining books based on consumer reference trends in Gramedia Stores.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out at SMK 1 Pantai Labu, the main target of this activity is students majoring in software engineering. The activities carried out discussed the Shutterstock platform for selling digital works of students at SMK 1 Pantai Labu. The thing that underlies this activity is the students' lack of knowledge regarding digital works that can be sold all over the world just by uploading them to the Shutterstock platform without having to pay for the upload process. Many of the digital works they have so far have only been stored on hard disks or on the SSD they own or just post it on social media without any financial benefit.

Abstract

The E-Loan system at Bank BTN is an internal system used in credit processing with PPDPP's SiKasep platform which is a big data system for the availability of subsidized property and a verification application for Low-Income Communities (MBR) who are entitled to housing subsidies and succeeded in the SiKasep registration process. and get a subsidized mortgage program from Bank BTN. Subsidized Home Ownership Loans (KPR) are loans offered by banks and are also part of a government program in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works. This study aims to determine the closeness and suitability of the application of the E-Loan System and the Procedure for Providing Subsidized Home Ownership Credit (KPR) at PT. State Savings Bank. The research method used is a correlational study. This study resulted in a measurement of the closeness and suitability of the E-Loan System and Procedures for Providing Home Ownership Loans (KPR) through a questionnaire.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence merupakan bidang ilmu komputer yang saat ini sedang populer. Pamanfaatan artificial intelligence tersebut sudah merambah hampir ke seluruh bidang dikehidupan manusia. Hanya saja pemahaman tentang artificial intelligence sangat minim di lingkungan masyarakat terutama di lingkungan siswa/i SMK Pantai Labu. Para siswa/i sering bahkan ada yang selalu menggunakan teknologi artificial intelligence, hanya saja mereka tidak memahami teknologi tersebut secara mendasar. Oleh karena itu tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan pelatihan tentang pengenalan artificial intelligene kepada siswa/i SMK Pantai Labu agar mereka memahami teknologi tersebut. Dengan memahami teknologi tersebut siswa/i dapat memanfaatkan teknologi artificial intelligence tersebut untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka di bidang akademik maupun non akademik.

Abstract

A Computer-Based Test (CBT) can be utilized as a method that leverages technology in the field of education, packaged in a manner that is both effective and efficient. At SMA Negeri 21 Medan, the examination process is still conducted manually using a Paper-Based Test (PBT). The academic staff and students at SMA Negeri 21 Medan still use paper for everything from writing the exam questions to administering the exams, leading to inefficiencies in cost, time, and errors in the grading process that can disadvantage the students. This research aims to design and develop a computer-based test (CBT) application, beginning with data collection methods (literature review, interviews, and observations) and using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development methodology. The system design was created using UML, with use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The resulting system can assist teachers and other academic staff in the online examination process, where the scores will be automatically generated once the exam is completed, thereby saving time from manually grading each exam. The application also includes a QR code containing student data to assist academic staff in checking whether students have paid their tuition and exam fees. The application system testing was conducted using the black box testing method to determine the functionality of the application according to the requirements.

Abstract

Saat ini berbagai peneliti banyak yang sedang fokus meneliti berbagai macam metodologi dalam pengembangan software karena dengan pemilihan metodologi yang baik maka software yang dihasilkan akan memiliki kualitas yang baik, lebih cepat dan biaya dalam pengembangan software akan menjadi lebih efisien. ICONIX Process adalah metode hybrid dalam metodologi pengembangan software engineering yang dibentuk berdasarkan metodologi pemodelan objek (Object Modeling Technique), Metode Objectory dan Metode Booch. Penggunaan ICONIX Process yang mengadopsi Use Case Driven serta dengan penyesuaian terhadap Arsitektur Zend Framework yang berbasis Event-driven Architecture dalam lingkup paradigma SOLID diharapkan dapat mengkolaborasikan keduanya pada skala penelitian dengan kasus pengembangan software effort estimation pada penelitian sebelumnya. Proses perancangan Software Effort Estimation dan Case Based Reasoning dengan menggunakan metode ICONIX Process pada Arsitektur Zend Framework 3 dengan tujuan agar dapat meminimumkan kesalahan dalam menterjemahkan diagram yang dihasilkan pada proses perancangan. Perhitungan Cosmic Function Point dilakukan pada aplikasi Zend Framework 3 menjadi lebih terstruktur dengan baik dikarenakan proses perhitungan didesain menggunakan class.

Abstract

The use of information technology has become widespread throughout all sectors of society, including government, business, healthcare, and education. Dalis Art Medan is a digital art-focused online store that opened its doors in 2017. Dalis Art's current sales system still relies on Facebook and Instagram because it does not yet have e-commerce, which results in low sales. Reporting mistakes are common since Dalis Art sales transaction data is still manually entered. E-commerce has been suggested as a solution to Dalis Art's issue with developing its sales operation. The FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking) methodology is used in this study. The FAST technique incorporates system users more actively in each stage of system development, is more adaptable, can be produced with other methods, and can be customized to the author's standard demands. The goal of this study is to make it easier for customers to learn about and purchase products from Dalis Art. Benefits might give consumers quick access to information on the items in Dalis Art. The study's findings demonstrate how fast and accurately a web-based sales information system, including details on products, ordering procedures, and payments, can be accessible via this method.
