Abstract

Keluarga merupakan lingkungan pendidikan pertama dan paling mendasar bagi perkembangan anak. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, keluarga memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk kepribadian, moral, dan nilai-nilai keagamaan anak sejak dini. Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya peran keluarga sebagai madrasah pertama dalam membentuk anak yang berakhlak mulia, cerdas, dan bertanggung jawab. Berdasarkan kajian Al-Qur'an dan hadis, serta pemikiran para ahli pendidikan Islam, ditemukan bahwa orang tua memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keimanan, ibadah, akhlak, dan keterampilan hidup pada anak. Proses ini mencakup pembiasaan, bimbingan, pengasuhan, dan keteladanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin kuat pendidikan agama yang ditanamkan dalam keluarga, semakin besar pengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan kepribadian anak. Oleh karena itu, keluarga diharapkan dapat menjalankan fungsi pendidikan dengan penuh kesadaran dan tanggung jawab agar anak tumbuh menjadi insan yang beriman, Berakhlak mulia, serta bermanfaat bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Digital globalisation has changed the paradigm, lifestyle, and value system that has resulted in the decline of the nation's morals and character, including in education. This research aims to 1) analyze the model of teacher exemplary in fostering student morals; 2) explain the strategy of moral development based on teacher exemplary; and 3) evaluate the transformation of student morals through teacher exemplary. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that exemplary personality, behavior, and speech teachers significantly foster student morals, although it is not fully realized in the classroom. Strategies based on responsibility, courtesy, and discipline require consistency and time for significant moral transformation. Programmed and explicit coaching, accompanied by teacher commitment to providing real examples, encourages students to adopt positive behaviors in their daily lives.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the professional competence of teachers of the Public Islamic Senior High School ((known as Madrasah Aliyah Negeri or MAN) in welcoming the industrial revolution 4.0 era in Aceh. This qualitative research involve three principals and 60 teachers from three schools in Aceh who were selected purposively. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive approach. The results showed that the professionalism of MAN teachers in Aceh in welcoming the industrial 4.0 era was good. It was indicated by teachers' skills in planning learning implementation plans, utilizing web-based media, using various teaching methods, using a student-centered approach, using cooperative learning models, and developing learning interactions. The professionalism of  MAN teachers in Aceh has implications for improving the quality of learning, indicated by an increase in learning motivation and an increase in student participation in learning. Teachers' strategy in developing teacher professionalism in welcoming the industrial 4.0 era was carried out by pursuing a master's degree and a teacher professional development training program.
