Abstract

This study aims to see and describe the influence of the principal's leadership style and teacher work culture on the performance of state high school teachers in Lubuk Raja District, OKU Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Data in the form of a questionnaire is classified as quantitative data. The independent variable in this study is the Principal Leadership Style (X1) and Teacher Work Culture (X2) and the dependent variable in this study is Teacher Performance (Y). Data analysis techniques, namely 1) simple and multiple linear correlation test; 2) Significant test using t test and f test. The leadership style of the principal and work culture together have a positive effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of the second variable between the second independent variable and the variable in Ry.12 is 0.670. From this coefficient, it can be calculated that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.449, meaning that 44.90% of the teacher performance reports can be linked together with the principal's leadership style and teacher work culture

Abstract

Salah satu aspek penting dalam pembelajaran adalah peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Berdasarkan observasi peneliti, ditemukan permasalahan pada siswa kelas V SDN 67/IX Sekernan Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Permasalahan ini berkaitan dengan kurangnya keterampilan berpikir siswa serta kurang variasinya metode dan media yang digunakan oleh guru. Kondisi ini menyebabkan siswa tidak aktif pada materi yang sulit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas penerapan metode inkuiri dalam peningkatan pembelajaran IPA pada siswa kelas V SDN 67/IX Sekernan Muaro Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penleitian dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus dilakukan dalam satu pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada siklus I rata-rata keterampilan guru 3,11 dengan persentase 77.7% (baik), siklus II meningkat menjadi 3,22 dengan persentase 80.5% (baik) dan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 3,5 dengan persentase 88.8% (sangat baik). Siklus I rata-rata aktivitas siswa 18.1 dengan persentase 43,5% (cukup), siklus II meningkat menjadi 28 dengan persentase 68,5% (baik), dan rata siklus III meningkat menjadi 31,2 dengan persentase 85.9% (sangat baik). Berdasarkan nilai hasil belajar pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata siswa 61,07 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 60,7%. Siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 75.09 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 85%. Siklus III nilai rata-rata siswa naik menjadi 86,4 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 90%. Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode inkuiri pada pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa di kelas V SDN 67/IX Sekernan Muaro Jambi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi rendahnya kemampuan motorik halus pada anak usia dini yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya media pembelajaran. Kekakuan anak saat memegang pensil menunjukkan masalah ini. Sebagai solusi, peneliti menggunakan media clay tepung untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak di Kelompok B TKIT KHALIFAH CENDIKIA MANDIRI. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi: (1) kemampuan motorik halus sebelum menggunakan media clay tepung; (2) efektivitas penggunaan media clay tepung setiap siklus; dan (3) kemampuan motorik halus anak setelah penerapan media clay tepung. Media clay tepung memiliki keunggulan, yaitu aman untuk anak, memungkinkan kreativitas, dan memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam teknik pengolahan clay. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed methods), terdiri dari dua siklus dalam dua tindakan, dengan subjek 28 anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan unjuk kerja, sedangkan analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus anak pada pra siklus memperoleh nilai rata-rata 55 (kategori kurang). Aktivitas guru dan anak meningkat pada setiap siklus. Kemampuan motorik halus anak setelah penerapan media clay tepung meningkat dari 66 (cukup) pada siklus I menjadi 80 (sangat baik) pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, hipotesis tindakan diterima, menunjukkan efektivitas media clay tepung.

Abstract

This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach to analyse the mathematical reasoning abilities of junior high school students when solving plane geometry problems, specifically focussing on their camper type adversity quotient. The research subjects consist of two students who were selected based on the Adversity Response Profile (ARP) questionnaire scores, namely two camper subjects with moderate scores. Furthermore, the researcher gave mathematical reasoning test questions on the quadrilateral material and conducted interviews with each subject. The researcher checked the validity of the data by using source triangulation. The analysis of mathematical reasoning ability is based on three indicators: finding mathematical patterns to make generalisations, performing mathematical manipulations, and drawing conclusions while compiling evidence and providing reasons for the correctness of the solution. The results of this research showed camper-type students used inductive reasoning, which is good in determining mathematical patterns, but cannot make appropriate generalisations of the patterns that were found. In doing mathematical manipulation, there are camper-type students who use trial and error strategies in solving geometry plane problems. Camper-type students can draw conclusions from a geometry plane problem but have difficulties in gathering evidence and providing reasons for the correct problem-solving.

Abstract

This study aims to design an Electronic Commerce (e-commerce)-based marketing strategy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tanggamus Regency using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) approach and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. The EAP approach is used to develop an integrated and systematic business architecture to support the implementation of e-commerce. Meanwhile, SWOT analysis is applied to identify internal and external factors that influence the success of the marketing strategy. The results of the study indicate that the main strength of MSMEs in Tanggamus is the diversity of local products that have the potential to be marketed digitally. The weaknesses found include limited technological knowledge and lack of supporting infrastructure. Great opportunities are seen in the increasing internet penetration and government support for the digitalization of MSMEs, while the main threats come from global market competition and data security issues. Based on the EAP approach, this study produces an architectural plan that includes business process integration, information system development, and training strategies for MSME actors. By utilizing strengths and opportunities, and overcoming weaknesses and threats, the implementation of this e-commerce-based marketing strategy is expected to be able to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Tanggamus sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the availability of Android-based halal tourism applications on the number of tourist visits in Pringsewu Regency using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to tourists and analysis of tourism visit data from relevant agencies. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the availability of halal tourism applications has a positive and significant effect on the increase in tourist visits. These findings suggest that the use of digital technology, particularly mobile applications, can be an effective strategy in supporting the development of halal tourism in the region. The application provides information about halal tourist attractions along with relevant details. It also features an integrated map that helps tourists find routes to their destinations through Google Maps using GPS navigation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Penggunaan Buku Cerita Bergambar terhadap Perkembangan Kemampuan Berbicara Anak Usia 5–6 Tahun di RA Prestasi Ummi Annurah". Tujuan dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan buku cerita bergambar digunakan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran serta peran media tersebut terhadap perkembangan kemampuan berbicara anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buku cerita bergambar dilakukan dengan perencanaan yang matang dan langkah pembelajaran yang tersusun rapi oleh guru. Anak-anak menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan bercerita, mampu menyampaikan ide, menjawab pertanyaan, mengungkapkan pendapat, serta menceritakan kembali isi cerita yang dibacakan. Anak juga lebih mudah memahami isi cerita dan berani berinteraksi secara lisan dengan guru maupun teman. Buku cerita bergambar memiliki peran penting sebagai media yang interaktif dan menarik dalam menstimulasi perkembangan kemampuan berbicara pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Salah satu nilai dalam islam yang harus diterapkan dalam aktivitas ibadah sehari-hari umat islam adalah ihsan. Akan tetapi ihsan memiliki makna yang sempit jika hanya dikaitkan dalam ibadah saja. Padahal ihsan memiliki makna yang luas dan dapat diimplementasikan pada berbagai bidang kehidupan termasuk bidang ekonomi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana impelemntasi nilai-nilai ihsan dalam perilaku ekonomi islam. Adapun metode peneltian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah bahwa dalam perilaku ekonomi islam, nilai ihsan dapat diimplementasikan dengan cara melakukan terbaiknya dalam kegiatan ekonomi, baik produksi, konsumsi dan distribusi. Dengan spiritualitas, kegiatan ekonomi diawali dengan niat yang baik; dengan moralitas, kegiatan ekonomi dilakukan dengan sebaik-baiknya; dan dengan berorientasi pada produktivitas, selalu berusaha untuk memperoleh hasil kerja yang terbaik dan tidak berdampak buruk bagi pihak lain.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), and Attitude Toward Using (AT) on Behavioural Intention (BI) in the use of the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform among STEBI Tanggamus staff, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. This research employs a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to analyse relationships between variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who actively use TikTok Shop. The results indicate that PEOU has a significant positive effect on PU and AT, PU has a positive effect on AT and BI, and AT has a significant positive effect on BI. These findings suggest that the ease of use and usefulness of TikTok Shop influence user attitudes and online shopping intentions. The study recommends improving the platform’s user interface, promoting benefit-oriented features, and implementing marketing strategies that foster positive user attitudes.
