Abstract

This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The aim is to determine the influence of price (X1) and product (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y). Where the object of the research is the Acil Enor Canteen which is one of the School Canteens at SMA Negeri 13 Banjarmasin. The population is all students at SMA Negeri 13 Banjarmasin with a total of 713 people. Through the Slovin Formula, the sample size of this study was obtained for 88 students with an error rate of 10%. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with the Likert Scale and the purposive sampling method. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS 26 tool. The results of this study show that Price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at the Acil Enor Canteen, by 37.75%. Products have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at the Acil Enor Canteen by 63.23%. Then Price and Product have a significant effect together on Consumer Satisfaction at Acil Enor Canteen by 52,89%.

Abstract

Peran aparat desa dan kepala desa dalam mengelola dan memajukan desa menjadi semakin penting dalam era perkembangan yang cepat. Namun, untuk menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks dalam pengelolaan sumber daya dan pembangunan desa, pemahaman yang kuat tentang manajemen menjadi sangat penting. Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang program pengenalan Program Studi Manajemen kepada aparat desa dan kepala desa di Kecamatan Pulau Laut Tanjung Selayar, Kotabaru. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang manajemen kepada aparat desa dan kepala desa agar mereka dapat mengembangkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang diperlukan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia, keuangan, infrastruktur, dan program pengembangan desa. Program pengenalan Program Studi Manajemen mencakup berbagai topik penting dalam manajemen, termasuk konsep dasar manajemen, peran dan tanggung jawab aparat desa dan kepala desa, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen keuangan desa, manajemen infrastruktur, manajemen program dan proyek, serta etika dan tata kelola dalam pemerintahan desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan persepsi yang signifikan dari para peserta terhadap pentingnya manajemen dalam pembangunan desa. Banyak peserta yang awalnya menganggap manajemen sebagai konsep yang rumit dan hanya relevan di dunia korporasi, kini mulai menyadari bahwa prinsip-prinsip manajemen justru sangat relevan dan aplikatif dalam konteks pemerintahan desa. Dengan perubahan persepsi ini, diharapkan aparat desa dan kepala desa mendapatkan motivasi untuk melanjutkan pendidikan Sarjana atau Magister bidang manajemen guna memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang manajemen dan mampu mengimplementasikan konsep-konsep tersebut dalam pengelolaan desa. Melalui peningkatan kemampuan manajerial, mereka dapat berkontribusi secara efektif dalam mengembangkan desa, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan mencapai pembangunan yang berkelanjutan di Kecamatan Pulau Laut Tanjung Selayar, Kotabaru.

Abstract

Employee performance is the core of human resource management. Employee performance is influenced by work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction, and work spirit. Research into the influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Work Spirit of PT Alfabiya Mitra Utama Banjarmasin employees needs to be carried out to determine their influence on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The research population consisted of 40 employees of PT Alfabiya Mitra Utama Banjarmasin. The sampling technique uses saturated or total samples. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research regression analysis show that the F table value in df 4 and df 32 in the F table is 0.12 with a significance of 0.000. The calculated F value reached 245.352. work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction, and work spirit for the performance PT Alfabiya Mitra Utama Banjarmasin employees are simultaneously accepted because F count > F table and the significance is 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation influences employee performance because the significance is 0.019<0.05. Work discipline influences employee performance because the significance is 0.036<0.05. Job satisfaction influences employee performance because the significance is 0.033 <0.05. Job satisfaction influences performance because the significance is 0.000<0.05. Work motivation has a dominant influence on performance. So work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction, and work spirit influence the performance of PT Alfabiya Mitra Utama Banjarmasin employees partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix, service quality, and digitalization on patient satisfaction at Nirwana General Hospital in Banjarbaru. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive analysis methods. The population was 37,490 outpatients. Using the Slovin formula, sample of 108 people. Data analysis technique using questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Research results show that 1) Mix marketing influential significant to satisfaction patients at Nirwana Hospital Banjarbaru. 2) Quality service No influential significant to satisfaction patients at Nirwana Hospital Banjarbaru. 3) Digitalization No influential significant to satisfaction patients at Nirwana Hospital Banjarbaru. 4) Mixed marketing, quality services and digitalization in a way simultaneous influential significant to satisfaction patients at Nirwana Hospital Banjarbaru. Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan sirup jeruk madang di Desa Lok Baintan dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah komoditas pertanian lokal. Selama ini, jeruk madang umumnya dipasarkan dalam bentuk buah segar dengan nilai ekonomi yang relatif rendah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan teknis, dan wawasan kewirausahaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan pengolahan jeruk madang menjadi produk sirup yang higienis dan bernilai jual. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi kewirausahaan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta diskusi dan evaluasi hasil produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam proses produksi dan pengemasan sirup jeruk madang, terbentuknya produk prototipe, serta meningkatnya motivasi masyarakat untuk mengembangkan usaha berbasis potensi lokal. Pelatihan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam pengembangan produk unggulan desa dan penguatan ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan
