Abstract

The limitations of healthcare personnel in Indonesia result in suboptimal health service coverage. Therefore, a participatory development strategy is an effective approach to address the stunting issue. It's called participatory because not only the government but also the community needs awareness and action to tackle this problem. Empowering health cadres in existing community health posts is one solution. Stunting cases often go unnoticed, requiring community empowerment to recognize and understand its signs. Early awareness enables prompt intervention, preventing severe complications. The goal of this community service is to empower the community through health cadres in addressing and preventing stunting issues in the Rasau Jaya Health Center area. Implementing a more participatory community empowerment model in handling stunting problems is also emphasized in the Rasau Jaya Health Center area. The community service method involves enhancing the capacities of cadres through mentoring activities. This includes training, cadre refreshers, socialization, and practical sessions to improve their knowledge and skills. Additionally, raising awareness and knowledge about stunting, its health impacts, and future consequences is crucial. It aims to broaden understanding of prevention and intervention efforts against stunting. Results from the community service in Rasau Jaya Tiga, Kubu Raya, indicate that empowering health cadres successfully enhances knowledge in stunting intervention. Cadres proficiently perform anthropometry and determine the anemia status of pregnant women, reflecting commitment to stunting prevention aligned with community service goals.

Abstract

This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The aim is to determine the influence of price (X1) and product (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y). Where the object of the research is the Acil Enor Canteen which is one of the School Canteens at SMA Negeri 13 Banjarmasin. The population is all students at SMA Negeri 13 Banjarmasin with a total of 713 people. Through the Slovin Formula, the sample size of this study was obtained for 88 students with an error rate of 10%. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with the Likert Scale and the purposive sampling method. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS 26 tool. The results of this study show that Price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at the Acil Enor Canteen, by 37.75%. Products have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at the Acil Enor Canteen by 63.23%. Then Price and Product have a significant effect together on Consumer Satisfaction at Acil Enor Canteen by 52,89%.

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi memiliki peran strategis di suatu daerah. Selain mendorong peningkatan ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, juga menyebarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Serta tidak kalah pentingnya adalah menjadi bagian dan berkontribusi langsung dalam memecahkan masalah yang ada di lingkungan masyarakat sekitarnya. Disinilah Perguruan Tinggi dituntut untuk menunjukkan kepeduliannya melalui berbagai kegiatan bertajuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Solusi dari persoalan tersebut, Kampus STIMI Banjarmasin berperan dalam membantu Pemerintah mendorong percepatan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) serta Sertifikasi Halal bagi produk-produk UMKM, terutama produk rumahan yang banyak tersebar di masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, tim dosen STIMI Banjarmasin melakukan pendampingan pembuatan NIB dan juga Sertifikasi Halal bagi produk UMKM yang ada disekitar lingkungan kampus sehingga pelaku UMKM tersebut bisa terbantu dalam mengatasi legalitas usahanya yang sesuai dengan aturan Pemerintah

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan Budaya Organisasi, Pendidikan dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) SKPD Kamtrantib pada Satpol PP dan Damkar Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) SKPD Kamtrantib di Satpol PP dan Damkar Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Analisis data menggunakan Software SPSS Versi 19.0 dan Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Budaya Organisasi, Pendidikan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun hasil penelitian uji parsial menunjukkan Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Pendidikan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the application of gamification in human resource management (HR) can increase employee motivation and competence through an interactive approach. Gamification is the application of game elements in a non-game context, such as point systems, badges, leaderboards, and challenges, to make HR tasks more interesting and challenging. In this study, various case studies from companies that have successfully implemented gamification in their HR processes were analyzed to identify the benefits, challenges, and impact on employees. The results showed that gamification can significantly increase employee motivation by rewarding certain achievements and through healthy competition that promotes skill improvement. In addition, interactive approaches in gamification, such as team challenges and collaborative tasks, are able to increase employee engagement and active participation. Technology plays an important role in supporting the implementation of gamification, allowing these programs to be easily accessed and effectively evaluated. Evaluations and assessments show that a well-designed gamification program can create a dynamic and enjoyable work environment, which in turn increases productivity and job satisfaction. The study concludes that gamification is an effective tool to increase employee motivation and competence in HR management and has great potential to develop in the future.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital financial services has reshaped the global financial ecosystem, offering enhanced accessibility and efficiency while also requiring users to possess a certain level of financial and digital literacy. This study aims to examine the impact of digital financial services on financial literacy in the city of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 100 users of mobile and internet banking services at Bank Kalsel through structured questionnaires. Analysis was conducted using descriptive and simple linear regression methods. The findings reveal a strong positive relationship between digital financial services and financial literacy, with an elasticity coefficient of 8.172 and a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.662. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.438) indicates that 43.8% of the variation in financial literacy is explained by digital financial services. These results underscore the importance of digital financial inclusion, technology adoption, and service quality in enhancing users' financial knowledge, skills, and behavior. The study recommends integrated efforts from the government, financial institutions, and digital service providers to develop inclusive, user-friendly, and secure digital platforms, supported by targeted financial education programs to promote financial empowerment and reduce socio-economic disparities in South Kalimantan.
