Abstract

Administrasi kependudukan merupakan proses pencatatan data penduduk yang hasilnya berupa dokumen kependudukan seperti KTP, Kartu Keluarga dan Akta Kelahiran/Kematian, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum serta akses terhadap layanan publik. Selain itu, administrasi kependudukan juga dimaksudkan untuk mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pelaksanaannya. Namun, di Kota Bogor masih ditemukan masyarakat yag mengurus dokumen ketika dibutuhkan serta belum memahami prosedur dan persyaratan pengurusannya. Hal ini terlihat dari komentar masyarakat yang muncul di akun resmi Instagram Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis starategi komunikasi yang dillakukan oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Bogor dalam meningkatkan kesadaran publik mengenai administrasi kependudukan (adminduk). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perencanaan strategi komunikasi dari Laurie J. Wilson & Joseph D. Ogden serta unsur komunikasi dari Harold D. Lasswell. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Bogor melalui kegiatan sosialisasi baik secara langsung maupun melaui media berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat, masyarakat menunjukkan adanya keinginan untuk segera mengurus dokumen kependudukan sebagai bukti partisipasi aktif mereka dari layanan administrasi kependudukan. Namun, keinginan tersebut masih terhambat oleh adanya kendala pada waktu, terutama bagi masyarakat yang memiliki kesibukan untuk bekerja. Kata kunci: strategi komunikasi; sosialisasi; administrasi kependudukan; dokumen kependudukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak komunikasi interpersonal tourguide pada kepuasan pengunjung di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah serta mengamati partisipasi pengunjung dalam interaksi mereka dengan tourguide. Hipotesis penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ada keterkaitan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal tourguide dengan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini mencapai 267.952 ribu dan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 100 responden, dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Accidental sampling  adalah teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipilih adalah. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan nilai uji korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,770 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal tourguide berhubungan positif dengan kepuasan pengunjung di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Dari analisis regresi linear sederhana, ditemukan bahwa nilai signifikansi adalah 0,001, sehingga hipotesis Ha dapat diterima, yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal tourguide dengan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung. Berdasarkan temuan ini, semakin efektif komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh tourguide, semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pengunjung di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, semakin besar kemungkinan pengunjung untuk merasa puas dengan kunjungan mereka.

Abstract

In the context of Street Children Schools, communication is not only between parents and children but also involves interactions between children and tutors. This study aims to identify the communication patterns used by tutors with street children at the Alternative Street Children School (SAAJA) and the challenges encountered. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive method, data were collected through interviews and observations. Purposive sampling was employed to select informants, focusing on the Alternative Street Children School Foundation, Tutors Mrs. Nunung and Mrs. Iin, and the street children of SAAJA. Both primary and secondary data sources were utilized. Data analysis followed three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The study found that the wheel and star communication patterns are used by tutors at SAAJA, proving effective in the teaching process through two-way communication. Challenges faced by SAAJA include issues with teaching staff and the students' external environment. Overall, the study concludes that there is positive feedback and effective daily communication between tutors and street children during the learning process, with well-established communication patterns.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how the implementation by the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Kemenko Marves) enhances the quality of public services. The government plays a crucial role and bears responsibility in various state aspects, one of which is information and communication. Therefore, Government Public Relations is vital as a communication bridge between the government and the public, aiming to provide clear, transparent, and accurate information to the community. The research employs qualitative methods with purposive sampling techniques, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study applies the data analysis techniques popularized by Miles and Huberman (1984) and relates them to Edward III's theory, which analyzes four elements: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure in policy implementation. The validity technique used in this research is source triangulation with the subjects being three informants related to the study. The results indicate that the PPID of Kemenko Marves has successfully improved the quality of public services and enhanced the government's image.

Abstract

This study examines crisis communication patterns in cross-sector organizations in Indonesia through case studies of GenFM, PT KAI Commuter, and KitaBisa. GenFM faced a reputational crisis following an on-air joke by a radio host that violated broadcasting ethics, KAI Commuter experienced a security breach of its Multi-Trip Card system that caused financial and reputational damage, and KitaBisa dealt with public allegations of non-transparent donation management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and guided by Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT), this research analyzes the types of crises, public attribution of responsibility, and communication strategies employed by each organization. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and secondary document analysis. The findings show that the three organizations adopted distinct communication patterns: KitaBisa emphasized transparency and empathy to restore trust; GenFM prioritized swift clarification and professionalism; and KAI Commuter implemented systematic, collaborative, and technically driven responses. All three rely heavily on digital platforms as primary communication channels. The study highlights that the effectiveness of crisis communication is determined by the alignment between strategies and the nature of the crisis, as well as the organization’s openness to addressing public concerns.
