Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan penelitan lapangan yang menggunakan pendekatan Fenomenologi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Fenomena metode pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah, khususnya pondok pesantren dirasakan belum komprehensif bagi siswa untuk belajar. Padahal seharusnya lingkungan pondok pesantren dapat menjadi wadah untuk mengaplikasikan keilmuaan siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Adanya Pendekatan quantum learning berupaya untuk memanfaatkan secara optimal potensi atau kemampuan dasar yang dimiliki manusia dengan melakukan berbagai cara atau teknik yang melibatkan keseluruhan kepribadian baik intelek, fisik, maupun emosi. Pondok pesantren memiliki program unggulan keislaman yang merupakan pengembangan dari metode quantum learning yang meggabungkan aspek sugestology, teknik percepatan belajar dan neurolinguistik (NLP), para siswa diarahkan mengikuti kegiatan yang telah ditetapkan pondok pesantren, diantaranya yaitu Kegiatan Ikatan Pemuda Muhammadiyah (IPM), Tapak Suci (TS), Hizbul Wathan (HW), khitobah, membaca hadits, dan Bimbingan Baca Qur’an (BBQ) yang dilakukan secara kontinu. Dengan penggunaan quantum learning membuat siswa dapat menemukan sendiri jawaban atas permasalahan dan beraktivitas sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai.

Abstract

Education has an important role in shaping individual character and advancing the nation. This research highlights the contribution of K.H. Abdullah Sa'id in the development of Islamic education in Indonesia, especially through the establishment of the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School. The aim of this research is to identify the vision, approach and impact produced by K.H. Abdullah Sa'id in improving the quality of Islamic education. The research method used is literature study, with analysis of literature from various relevant sources. Research findings show that K.H. Abdullah Sa'id succeeded in integrating Islamic values ​​with modern knowledge, improving the quality of teaching staff, and creating inclusive programs such as scholarships and community empowerment. Its innovative and inclusive approach not only improves the quality of education but also strengthens the moral and spiritual foundations of students. The implications of this research underscore the importance of adopting the educational principles of K.H. Abdullah Sa'id to create an education system that is more holistic and responsive to the demands of the times. Further research is recommended to explore the long-term impact of this educational model and its potential for application in other educational institutions.

Abstract

Education is a crucial process in humanizing individuals, serving as a tool for individuals to interact effectively within their communities and society. Designed to develop self-improvement, enhance quality of life, and elevate individual dignity in pursuit of national goals, education plays a pivotal role. Social institutions, through their role in meeting societal needs, support the quality education process. This literature review highlights the importance of synergy between education and social institutions in shaping competent individuals who contribute positively to society. Utilizing a literature review method, data were gathered from various scholarly sources such as books, academic journals, and official documents. The findings underscore that education and social institutions are intertwined in developing character, knowledge, and skills among individuals. With support from families, communities, and the government, education can enlighten the nation and comprehensively develop the potential of learners. Innovative educational programs like e-books and e-learning, initiated by the government, signify positive steps in overcoming challenges and enhancing educational quality in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pentingnya pendidikan karakter dalam menghadapi fenomena sosial saat ini yang ditandai oleh perilaku berkarakter rendah dan gangguan karakter. Dengan fokus pada keteladanan sifat Siddiq (kejujuran) Nabi Muhammad, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruhnya dalam pembentukan karakter mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini meneliti konsep keteladanan, bentuk-bentuknya, serta urgensi dan implementasi pembentukan karakter. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan sifat Siddiq dapat menjadi fondasi yang kuat dalam membentuk karakter positif pada individu.

Abstract

Pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan potensi individu dan membentuk karakter yang baik. Salah satu tujuan utama pendidikan adalah menciptakan manusia yang berakhlak mulia dan religius. Dalam konteks pendidikan agama Islam (PAI), guru memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap strategi yang digunakan oleh guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa guru PAI menggunakan strategi terencana dan sistematis untuk menyampaikan, mentransformasi, dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam agar siswa dapat membentuk kepribadian muslim yang utuh. Pendidikan karakter religius dalam Islam bertujuan untuk mengembangkan akhlak mulia dan perilaku yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Karakter religius terdiri dari pengetahuan moral, perasaan moral, dan perilaku moral, yang kesemuanya saling terkait. Pendidikan karakter religius tidak hanya mencakup hubungan vertikal dengan Allah, tetapi juga hubungan horizontal dengan sesama manusia dan lingkungan. Pembentukan karakter religius pada siswa membutuhkan keteladanan, pengajaran, dan pembiasaan sikap agamis dalam lingkungan sekolah. Kesimpulannya, strategi guru PAI dalam pendidikan karakter religius memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk generasi muslim yang berakhlak mulia dan bertanggung jawab di tengah-tengah masyarakat.

Abstract

The role of lecturers in enhancing the quality of higher education is significant, particularly in increasing students' motivation to learn. This study aims to evaluate the role of lecturers in boosting students' learning motivation at STITMA Yogyakarta. A qualitative method was employed, with primary data obtained through observation and secondary data from literature studies. The findings indicate that academic advisors not only provide academic guidance but also act as intermediaries between students and the university, encouraging active participation in both academic and non-academic activities. Internal factors such as health, intelligence, and motivation, along with external factors like family support, teaching methods, and the social environment, significantly influence students' learning motivation. The implications of this study suggest that lecturers need to understand and leverage these factors to create a supportive learning environment that motivates students to achieve optimal academic performance.

Abstract

This study explores the critical role of teachers as role models in shaping student character through personal competence and linguistic politeness. Quality teachers are evaluated not only based on their academic qualifications but also their mental stability, intellectual capacity, professionalism, and religious morality. School principals play a key role in developing effective educational systems by focusing on the cultivation of teachers' personal competence. Personal competence includes emotional stability, maturity, wisdom, authority, and noble character. Additionally, the linguistic politeness employed by teachers in daily communication can create a conducive and harmonious learning environment. This research employs a literature review method, collecting data from various literature sources. The results indicate that teachers' personal competence and linguistic politeness significantly influence students' learning motivation. Teachers who serve as role models in behavior and communication can enhance students' motivation and enthusiasm for learning. Therefore, the development of personal competence and linguistic politeness should be a focus in teacher training programs to achieve holistic and sustainable educational goals.

Abstract

The concept of Islamic education according to K.H. Abdullah Sa'id aims to shape individuals according to the vision of his creation as abid and caliph of Allah. He emphasized two main steps: developing a philosophical view of "human identity" and building an epistemology based on the Koran and Sunnah. This education uses the systematics of revelation, with the stages of the revelation of the Koran as a foundation, to form a vision of an educational movement aimed at building Islamic civilization. The process of character formation is carried out through habituation, attention and example. The Islamic values implemented are reflected in the "Gunung Tembak Charter" which is a guideline for Hidayatullah cadres. This education not only produces graduates, but also individuals who make real contributions to society.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategy of Da'wah and cadre applied by Kh Abdullah Said in forming agents of social change in Indonesia. The background of this study is the significant role of Abdullah Said in the world of Da'wah and Islamic education through the establishment of Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school. The research method used is a literature study, where data is collected from various library sources such as books, journals, and related documents. Research findings indicate that Abdullah Said placed da'wah as a top priority and was active in Cadre from a young age. He developed a structured method of Da'wah known as Manhaj Sistematika Nuzulul Wahyu, and founded a boarding school that combined religious education with practical skills training. The implications of this study suggest that a systematic approach and high commitment in Da'wah can produce effective agents of social change. The study also suggests the need for further research to explore the long-term impact of Abdullah Said's da'wah methods in different social contexts.

Abstract

Jurnal ini mengeksplorasi pentingnya pendidikan karakter cinta kebersihan dalam perspektif Islam dan implementasinya di TA/TK Miftahussalam Kotayasa Sumbang Banyumas. Kebersihan, yang diajarkan sebagai bagian dari iman dan moralitas dalam hadits-hadits Rasulullah, menjadi fokus utama dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini. Pendidikan di TA/TK Miftahussalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kebersihan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari seperti menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, menggosok gigi, dan membersihkan tempat ibadah. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan data primer dari observasi dan data sekunder dari studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter kebersihan tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran anak terhadap pentingnya kebersihan, tetapi juga membangun karakter islami yang sensitif terhadap lingkungannya. Penanaman kebiasaan baik sejak dini memberikan bekal yang cukup bagi anak dalam hubungan mereka dengan Allah dan masyarakat, sesuai dengan ajaran Islam yang menekankan kebersihan fisik dan spiritual.
