Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in the Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit with a total sample of 85 personnel. Data analysis using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results of the study show that: 1). Simultaneously, organizational culture, commitment, work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit personnel. 2). Partially, organizational culture, commitment, work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit personnel. Based on the results of the t test it is known that organizational culture has a dominant influence on the performance of personnel on the performance of the Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit personnel; evidenced then it is known that commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit personnel. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research used quantitative research. Data collected used questionnaires and documentation with a total sample of 50 people.. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that 1) Significant influential leadership style on job satisfaction. 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) Organizational Culture signifies significant effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. 6) Job satisfaction is an intervening variable between leadership style and employee performance because the value of indirect influence is greater than direct influence. 7) Job satisfaction is an intervening variable between organizational culture on employee performance because the value of indirect influence is greater than direct influence. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep with a total sample of 150people. The objectives of this study are: 1). To describe the functional training, HR competencies, motivation and career development, 2). To analyze whether functional training, HR competency, and motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on the career development, 3). To analyze whether functional training, HR competency, and motivation have a partial and significant influence on the career development, 4). To analyze which variables between functional training, HR competency, and motivation have a dominant and significant effect on the career development of employees of the marketing department of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. The results showed that the: 1). Simultaneously, HR Competence and Motivation had an influence on Employee Career Development in the Marketing Section, 2). Partially Functional Training, HR Competence and Motivation have an influence on Employee Career Development. Keywords: job satisfaction, competence, discipline and work achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Sharia Community Financing Bank (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep with a total sample of 60 people (sampling technique was random sampling). The purposes of this study are: 1) To describe the leadership style, ability, work motivation and performance of employees, 2) To test and analyze whether the leadership style, ability and work motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees 3) To test and analyze whether leadership style, ability and work motivation partially have a significant influence on the performance of employees. Analysis of data using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results of the study show that: 1) Simultaneously the leadership style, ability and motivation of work have an influence on the performance of employees, 2) Partially the leadership style, ability and motivation of work have an influence on the performance of employees. Abstract

The Influence of Discussion Methods and Giving Assignments on the Achievement of Learning Outcomes of YPM Vocational School Students in Sidoarjo City Through Learning Motivation as an Intervening Variable. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya.This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 120 people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, the analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The aim of this research is to describe the relationship between discussion methods, assignments, learning motivation and achievement of learning outcomes for YPM Vocational School students in Sidoarjo City. The research results show that: 1) the discussion method has a significant effect on student learning outcomes with a p value of 0.001 and an original sample value of 0.590; 2) The discussion method has a significant effect on student learning motivation with a p value of 0.000 and an original sample value of 0.297; 3) Giving assignments has a significant effect on learning motivation with a p value of 0.000 and an original sample value of 0.305. 4) Giving assignments has an insignificant effect on achieving learning outcomes with a p value of 0.818 and an original sample value of 0.014; 5) Learning motivation has a significant effect on student achievement of learning outcomes with a p value of 0.000 and an original sample value of 0.649 (dominant influence); 6) The discussion method has a significant effect on the achievement of learning outcomes with learning motivation as an intervening variable with a p value of 0.000 and an original sample value of 0.383; 7) Giving assignments has a significant effect on achieving learning outcomes with learning motivation as an intervening variable with a p value of 0.000 and an original sample value of 0.193.

Dewianti Dwi Wahyuni, 2024. The Influence of Investment Decisions and Dividend Policy on Company Value, Financial Performance in Companies Through Financial Performance in LQ-45 Tbk in 2020-2022. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 31 companies. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) For describes the nature of investment, dividend policy, company value and financial performance in LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 2) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of investment ownership on the company value of LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 3) Uintuik tested and analyzed the significant influence of investment intelligence on the financial performance of LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 4) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of dividend policy on the financial performance of LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 5) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of dividend policy on company value in LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 6) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of financial performance on the company value of the LQ 45 Tbk for 2020-2022; 7) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of investment profitability on company value through financial performance in LQ 45 Tbk in 2020-2022; 8) For tested and analyzed the significant influence of dividend policy on company value through the financial performance of LQ 45 Tbk 2020-2022. The research results show that: 1) investment decisions have no significant effect on company value. 2) investment decisions have no significant effect on financial performance. 3) dividend policy has no significant effect on financial performance. 4) dividend policy has no significant effect on company value. 5) financial performance has no significant effect on company value. 6) investment decisions have no significant effect on company value. 7) dividend policy has no significant effect on company value which is mediated by financial performance.

Abstract

The Effect of Implementing Interprofessional Collaboration Practice and Patient Waiting Time on Satisfaction Through the Service Quality (Study of Lavalette Hospital Malang), Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program. The type of research is explanatory, namely the level of explanation, namely how the variables studied will explain the object being studied through the data collected. The research approach used was quantitative, the research sample was 92 respondents. Data analysis uses SEM PLS analysis. The aims of this research are: 1) To describe the implementation of interprofessional collaboration practice, patient waiting time, service quality, and satisfaction at Lavalette Hospital Malang; 2) To test and analyze the influence of interprofessional collaboration practice on service quality at Lavalette Hospital Malang; 3) To test and analyze the effect of patient waiting time on the service quality at Lavalette Hospital Malang; 4) To test and analyze the effect of interprofessional collaboration practice on satisfaction at Lavalette Hospital Malang; 5) To test and analyze the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at Lavalette Hospital Malang; 6) To test and analyze the effect of patient waiting time on satisfaction at Lavalette Hospital Malang; 7) To test and analyze the indirect effect of interprofessional collaboration practice on satisfaction at Lavalette Hospital Malang which is mediated by the service quality. The research results show that: 1) The implementation of interprofessional collaboration practice has a direct and significant positive effect on the quality of patient care with a path coefficient value of 0.565 and a p-value of 0.001; 2) Patient waiting time has a direct and significant positive effect on the quality of patient service with a path coefficient value of 0.346 and a p-value of 0.000; 3) The implementation of interprofessional collaboration practice has a direct and significant positive effect on patient satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.333 and a p-value of 0.001; 4) The quality of patient service has a direct and significant positive effect on patient satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.589 and a p-value of 0.000; 5) Patient waiting time has a positive but not significant direct effect on patient satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.060 and a p-value of 0.418; 6) The implementation of interprofessional collaboration practice has a significant positive indirect effect on patient satisfaction which is mediated by the quality of patient service with a path coefficient value of 0.333 and a p-value of 0.000; 7) Waiting time has a significant positive indirect effect on patient satisfaction which is mediated by the quality of patient service with a path coefficient value of 0.333 and a p-value of 0.000.

Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 50 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To determine and analyze whether HR competence has an influence on the performance of employees of KSPPS Institution. BMT NU JATIM Lenteng Branch Sumenep Regency. 2) To determine and analyze whether HR competencies have an influence on the commitment of the KSPPS Institution. BMT NU JATIM Lenteng Branch Sumenep Regency. 3) To determine and analyze whether commitment has an influence on employee performance KSPPS Institution. BMT NU JATIM Lenteng Branch Sumenep Regency. 4) To determine and analyze whether HR competence has an indirect influence on employee performance mediated by the commitment of the KSPPS Institution. BMT NU JATIM Lenteng Branch Sumenep Regency. The results showed that: 1) HR competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.264 and p-values of 0.029. 2) HR competence has a significant positive effect on commitment as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.410 and p-values of 0.000. 3) Commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.310 and p-values of 0.026. 6) HR competence has no positive and significant effect on performance mediated by commitment as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.127 and p-values of 0.065.

Abstract

The type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 56 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze whether there is a significant influence of nurse characteristics on the performance of nurses at Pakong Health Center, Pamekasan Regency; 2) To test and analyze whether there is a significant influence of nurse characteristics on the motivation of nurses at Pakong Health Center, Pamekasan Regency; 3) To test and analyze whether there is a significant influence of motivation on the performance of nurses at Pakong Health Center, Pamekasan Regency; 6) To test and analyze whether there is a significant influence of nurse characteristics on the performance of nurses at Pakong Health Center, Pamekasan Regency mediated by motivation. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Nurse characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Pakong Health Center in Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.324; 2) Nurse characteristics have a significant effect on the motivation of nurses at the Pakong Health Center in Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.421; 3) Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Pakong Health Center in Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.435; 6) Nurse characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Pakong Health Center in Pamekasan Regency mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.183.

Abstract

The type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze the direct influence of principal leadership on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency; 2) To test and analyze the direct influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency; 3) To test and analyze the direct influence of teacher performance on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency; 4) To test and analyze the indirect influence of principal leadership on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency mediated by teacher performance. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Principal leadership has a significant effect on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.212; 2) Principal leadership has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.411; 3) Teacher performance has a significant effect on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.528; 4) Principal leadership has a significant effect on improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ketapang, Sampang Regency mediated by teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.217 and a p-value of 0.030.
