The results of the research show that: 1) Work experience has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of health workers, indicated by the coefficient value of -0.030; 2) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on service quality, indicated by the coefficient value of 0.454; 3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers, as indicated by the coefficient value of 0.478; 4) Work experience has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of health workers mediated by service quality, with a coefficient value of -0.017.

The effect of compensation and HR competence on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable (study at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumenep Regency). Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program in Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 52 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To find out the description of compensation, HR competence, work motivation and employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumenep Regency. 2) To test and analyze whether compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumenep Regency. 3) To test and analyze whether HR competence has a significant effect on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumenep Regency. 4) To test and analyze whether compensation has a significant effect on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumenep Regency. 5) To test and analyze whether HR competence has a significant effect on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumenep Regency. 6) To test and analyze whether work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumenep Regency. 7) To test and analyze whether compensation has a positive and significant indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumenep Regency with work motivation as the intervening variable. 8) To test and analyze whether HR competence has a positive and significant indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sumenep Regency with work motivation as an intervening variable. The results showed that: 1) Compensation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.283. 2) HR competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.448. 3) Compensation for work motivation has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.385. 4) HR competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample which is equal to 0.458. 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.303. 6) Compensation for employee performance mediated by work motivation has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.116. 7) HR competence on employee performance mediated by work motivation has a significant positive effect as evidenced by the value of the Original Sample that is equal to 0.139.

The results showed that: 1) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.260 and a p-value of 0.009. 2) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on motivation with an original sample value of 0.410 and a p-value of 0.024. 3) Competence has a significant positive effect on motivation with an original sample value of 0.470 and a p-value of 0.004. 4) Competence has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.825 and a p-value of -0.042. 5) Motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.611 and a p-value of 0.002. 6) Work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.251 and a p-value of 0.107. 7) Competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.287 and a p-value of 0.034.

Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program in Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 60 employees. The purposes of this study are 1) To test and analyze whether competence has a significant effect on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees 2) To test and analyze whether competence has a significant influence on the commitment of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees. 3) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant influence on the commitment of Class IIA Pamekasan Penitentiary (LAPAS) employees. 4) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant influence on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees. 5) To test and analyze whether employee commitment has a significant influence on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees. 6) To test and analyze whether competence has a significant influence on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees with commitment as an intervening variable. 7) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees with commitment as an intervening variable. The results showed that: 1) Competence has a significant positive effect on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Penitentiary (LAPAS) employees with an original sample value of 0.277. 2) Competence has a significant positive effect on commitment of Class IIA Pamekasan Penitentiary (LAPAS) employees with an original sample value of 0.475. 3) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the commitment of Class IIA Pamekasan Penitentiary (LAPAS) employees with an original sample value of 0.357. 4) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Penitentiary (LAPAS) employees with an original sample value of 0.189. 5) Commitment has a significant positive effect on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Penitentiary (LAPAS) employees with an original sample value of 0.712. 6) Competence has a significant positive effect on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Penitentiary (LAPAS) employees with commitment as an intervening variable with an original sample value of 0.176. 7) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Penitentiary (LAPAS) employees with commitment as an intervening variable with an original sample value of 0.132.

Research objectives: 1) To describe the education, training, competence and performance of nurses in health service policies at the Kowel Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. . 2) To find out and analyze whether education has an influence on the performance of nurses in efforts to provide health services at the Kowel Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. 3) To find out and analyze whether education has an influence on competence in callisng for health services at the Kowel Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. 4) To find out and analyze whether competence has an influence on the performance of nurses in efforts to provide health services at the Kowel Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. 5) To find out and analyze whether education has an influence on the performance of nurses at the Kowel Health Center in Pamekasan Regency in efforts to provide health services through competence as an intervention variable. This type of research is explanatory, namely research that tests hypotheses between hypothesized variables that will be tested. using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 35 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze the significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of police personnel. 2) To test and analyze the significant effect of organizational culture on compensation. 3) To test and analyze the significant effect of compensation on the performance of police personnel 4) To test and analyze the significant effect of organizational culture on the performance of police personnel. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police personnel. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.255 and p-values of 0.039. 2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on compensation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.439 and p-values of 0.001. 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police personnel. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.371 and p-values of 0.046. 4) Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of police personnel mediated by compensation. Jenis penelitian adalah eksplanatori, untuk menguji hipotesis antar variabel dan diuji kebenarannya. pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif, Sampel penelitian sebanyak 76 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SPSS dan analisisn SEM Program PLS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep; 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep; 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi karyawan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep; 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap motivasi karyawan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep; 5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep; 6) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep yang dimediasi oleh motivasi; 7) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep yang dimediasi oleh motivasi.
