Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Cosmic Deco & Design yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem balance scorecard Cosmic Deco & Design terhadap perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan serta apakah ada pengaruh dari perspektif balance scorecard tersebut. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perspektif keuangan Cosmic Deco & Design diukur dari rasio profibilitas, ROA dan rasio pertumbuhan, tingkat kenaikan pertumbuhan pendapatan adalah baik. Kinerja perspektif pelanggan Cosmic Deco & Design diukur dari ketepatan waktu layanan adalah baik dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan adalah puas. Kinerja perspektif proses bisnis internal Cosmic Deco & Design yang diukur dengan cycle time dari waktu memberi pelayanan kepada customer adalah baik dan dari proses produk sampai ke tangan customer masih cukup baik. Kinerja perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan Cosmic Deco & Design diukur dengan kapabilitas sistem informasi, perkembangan dan penerapan kapabilitas sistem informasi yang diterapkan Cosmic Deco & Design sudah baik. Kata Kunci: balance scorecard; pengukuran kinerja; analisa keuangan; analaisa non keuangan.

Abstract

Breastfeeding is a natural process, almost all mothers can breastfeed their babies without help from others. However, not all mothers can breastfeed with the correct technique. This research study aims to determine the factors that influence the correct breastfeeding technique in Karangcangkring village, Dukun, Gresik. The research design used was a quantitative analytical survey with a cross sectional approach which aims to determine the factors that influence the correct breastfeeding technique in mothers in one period of time, the location of this study was in Karangcangkring Village, Dukun, Gresik. The statistical test used in this study was Chi Square, the population in this study was all primiparous mothers who breastfed their babies in Karangcangkring Village, Dukun, Gresik, this study used a sampling technique with nonprobability sampling with accidental sampling type. The number of samples was 37 breastfeeding mothers who were studied from age, education level, occupation, and maternal knowledge. Research obtained from 37 respondents, obtained 20 people (66.7%) in breastfeeding mothers aged > 30 years have the correct breastfeeding technique with P value 0.01, breastfeeding mothers who have secondary and higher education have the correct breastfeeding technique as many as 9 people (24.3%) with P value 0.02. Breastfeeding mothers who work outside the home have correct breastfeeding techniques as many as 12 people (32.4%) with P value 0.03, who have high knowledge have correct breastfeeding techniques as many as 14 people (37.8%) with P value 0.02. There is a significant relationship between age, education, occupation, knowledge with the correct breastfeeding technique.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the management of entrepreneurial activities in the development of creativity of students MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta through the market day program which is a program with a new term used to be in the lessons of local content and now created a new program called market day. This study aims to determine the management of entrepreneurial activities in the development of creativity of students at MTs N 2 Surakarta on market day program. Schools play an important role in shaping the creativity of learners, by having a Market Day program makes a concrete example of the school's efforts in applying the values of character education in a real context. Character education programs such as Market Day are not only about learning theory, but also about practical experience. By engaging in activities such as these, learners have the opportunity to develop character values such as hard work, creativity, responsibility, confidence, and so on in real-life situations. Through the character education program implemented in MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta, students are expected not only to develop academically but also as individuals who have creativity. This study is a qualitative research with a case study approach because in this study including the type of Field Research. Data collection techniques using interviews, and documentation. Therefore, in the analysis of research data will use four main steps in this study, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion. the results of research and discussion on the management of entrepreneurial activities in the development of students ' creativity in MTs N 2 Surakarta can be concluded that: 1. The management of entrepreneurial activities in the development of students ' creativity through the “Market Day” program at MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta has been well managed starting from the planning stage, creativity development and marketing techniques. 2. The planning of entrepreneurial activities is well planned 3. Implementation of “Market Day " activities in developing creativity in the form of providing information, reviewing theories from various information, seeing market opportunities, determining themes and production procedures, marketing and bookkeeping. 4. The barriers faced are ability barriers, psychological barriers, personal barriers, resource barriers, and habitual viewing barriers.   Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengelolaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan kreativitas siswa MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta melalui program market day yang merupakan program dengan istilah baru dulunya berada dalam pelajaran muatan lokal dan sekarang tercipta program baru yang dinamakan market day. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik di MTs N 2 Surakarta pada program market day. Sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk kreativitas peserta didik, dengan memiliki program Market Day menjadikan contoh konkret dari upaya sekolah dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam konteks nyata. Program-program pendidikan karakter seperti Market Day bukan hanya tentang pembelajaran teori, tetapi juga tentang pengalaman praktis. Dengan terlibat dalam kegiatan-kegiatan seperti ini, peserta didik memiliki kesempatan untuk mengembangkan nilainilai karakter seperti kerja keras, kreativitas, tanggung jawab, percaya diri, dan sebagainya dalam situasi kehidupan nyata. Melalui program pendidikan karakter yang diimplementasikan di MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta, diharapkan peserta didik tidak hanya berkembang secara akademik tetapi juga sebagai individu yang memiliki kreativitas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan case study karena dalam penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Oleh karena itu, dalam analisis data penelitian akan menggunakan empat langkah utama dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Penarikan kesimpulan. hasil penelitian dan pembahasan tentang pengelolaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik di MTs N 2 Surakarta dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Pengelolaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik melalui program “Market Day” di MTs Negeri 2 Surakarta sudah dikelola dengan baik mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pengembangan kreativitas dan teknik pemasaran. 2. Perencanaan kegiatan kewirausahaan sudah direncanakan dengan baik 3. Pelaksanaan kegiatan “Market Day” dalam mengembangkan kreativitas berupa pemberian informasi, mengkaji teori dari berbagai informasi, melihat peluang pasar, menentukan tema dan prosedur produksi, pemasaran dan pembukuan. 4. Hambatan yang dihadapi adalah hambatan kemampuan, hambatan psikologis, hambatan personal, hambatan sumber daya, dan hambatan kebiasaan memandang.

Abstract

Angka kesembuhan penderita Tuberkulosis di Kota Pekalongan masih rendah yaitu 72,5% pada tahun 2011, masih dibawah target 85%, dengan angka mangkir yang cukup tinggi. Sedangkan kinerja petugas Puskesmas dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan penderita Tuberkulosis yang mangkir masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas puskesmas dalam pengelolaan penderita Tuberkulosis mangkir di Kota Pekalongan. Jenis penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 47 perawat pelaksana di Puskesmas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Chi-Square dan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 59,6% responden berpengetahuan baik; 51,1% berpersepsi baik terhadap pekerjaannya; 59,6% berpersepsi baik terhadap sarana kerja; 70,2 % berpersepsi baik terhadap supervisi wasor; 40,4% berpersepsi baik terhadap kepemimpinan kepala Puskesmas dan 53,2% responden bermotivasi baik. Sebanyak 46,8% responden berkinerja baik. Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, persepsi terhadap pekerjaan, persepsi terhadap supervisi wasor tuberkulosis, persepsi terhadap ketersediaan sarana kerja, persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan kepala Puskesmas dan motivasi dengan kinerja petugas Puskesmas dalam pengelolaan penderita Tuberkulosis mangkir. Variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas Puskesmas dalam pengelolaan penderita TB mangkir hanya dua yaitu pengetahuan (p=0,038, Exp B=11,6 ) dan persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan kepala Puskesmas (p=0,0001, Exp B=180,6 ). Disarankan kepada DKK Pekalongan agar meningkatkan pengetahuan petugas dengan pelatihan-pelatihan teknis P2TB secara berkala di tingkat Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekalongan dengan disertai pengembangan kepemimpinan kepala Puskesmas yang mampu menggugah motivasi petugas agar bekerja lebih baik. Abstract

Nutritious food provides a variety of essential nutrients that the body requires. Snacking is a popular eating habit among children, enjoyed for its convenience and tasty appeal, especially those in elementary school. Unhealthy food can have negative impacts on children's health. Selecting snacks at random can result in decreased appetite and nutritional issues in kids, resulting in underweight and obesity. This activity aimed to educate children about healthy foods in school so that they can choose healthy and unhealthy snacks and improve students' knowledge and attitudes towards healthy foods to be consumed at school. The method used was counseling on recognizing healthy and unhealthy foods. Conclusion: The assessment of students’ knowledge and attitudes at SDN 1 Gumuk reveals a notable improvement in their understanding and awareness of distinguishing between healthy and unhealthy food options, as well as identifying suitable colors of healthy foods for consumption

Abstract

Estrogens play a crucial role in protecting against insulin resistance (IR) by regulating metabolic processes that govern energy balance and mitigating inflammation. In postmenopausal women, the decline in estrogen levels significantly increases the risk of developing insulin resistance. This decline leads to impaired insulin action and secretion, paving the way for persistent hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and obesity—key components of metabolic syndrome (MetS). These factors not only elevate the risk of cardiometabolic disorders but also substantially increase the likelihood of developing Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) and cardiovascular disease (CVD). The protective benefits of estrogen against insulin resistance are critical, especially as these benefits diminish with menopause. However, they can be restored through hormone replacement therapy, presenting an effective strategy for mitigating these health risks. This review underscores the vital protective role of estrogen regarding insulin resistance as part of metabolic syndrome and emphasizes the importance of hormone therapy in developing proactive preventive strategies. To build on this understanding, a comprehensive search was conducted across PubMed, using MeSH terms like “Metabolic Syndrome,” “Estrogen,” “Menopause,” “Insulin Resistance,” “Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,” “Cardiovascular,” “Dyslipidemia,” and “Hormone Therapy.” Out of 200 articles, 168 were identified as relevant to the topic, focusing on studies published between 2015 and 2025, ultimately narrowing down to 102 significant articles. This extensive research lays the groundwork for enhancing preventive measures in women’s health.   Abstrak Estrogen dapat melindungi dari perkembangan resistensi insulin (IR) dengan memodulasi proses metabolisme yang terlibat dalam keseimbangan energi dan menurunkan regulasi dan/atau menekan peradangan. Kadar estrogen yang berkurang pada wanita pascamenopause meningkatkan resiko IR. Gangguan kerja insulin dan/atau sekresi insulin berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan dan keberlanjutan hiperglikemia, hiperlipidemia, hipertensi, dan obesitas, yang merupakan ciri khas sindroma metabolik (MetS), dengan konsekuensi utama berkembangnya gangguan kardiometabolik, berupa peningkatan resiko yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan diabetes mellitus tipe 2 (DMT2) dan/atau penyakit kardiovaskuler (PKV). Perlindungan terhadap IR ini didorong oleh hormon estrogen, yang cenderung menghilang dengan timbulnya menopause tetapi dapat dibangun kembali dengan terapi penggantian hormon. Tinjauan ini mengevaluasi pengetahuan terkini tentang peran protektif estrogen terkait dengan IR yang merupakan komponen dari suatu kondisi yang dikenal sebagai MetS dan kaitannya dengan terapi hormon untuk mendorong pengembangan strategi pencegahan yang lebih efektif. Abstract

Avocado plants (Persea americana Mill.) are plants that can be widely used as medicinal plants. Avocado seeds are often used empirically as traditional medicine, namely anti-inflammatory, overcoming constipation, maintaining endurance and treating diabetes mellitus. The use of avocado seeds as traditional medicine is because they have secondary metabolic compounds, one of which is flavonoids. This study aims to determine the total levels of flavonoid compounds in avocado seed ethanol extract using the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method. The study was conducted using qualitative and quantitative testing. The results of the study on avocado seed ethanol extract using qualitative testing with the Wilstater Cyanidin method and the  reagent method showed positive flavonoid content. While qualitative testing using the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method, it was obtained that the avocado seed ethanol extract had flavonoid content with an average level of 101.70 mgQE/g extract.   ABSTRAK Tanaman alpukat (Persea americana Mill.) merupakan tanaman yang secara luas dapat digunakan sebagai tanaman obat. Biji alpukat secara empiris sering digunakan sebagai obat tradisional, yaitu anti radang, mengatasi sembelit, menjaga daya tahan tubuh dan mengobati diabetes mellitus. Pemanfaatan biji alpukat sebagai obat tradisional karena memiliki senyawa metabolik sekunder, salah satunya yaitu flavonoid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui total kadar senyawa flavonoid pada ekstrak etanol biji alpukat menggunakan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian pada ekstrak etanol biji alpukat menggunakan pengujian kualitatif dengan metode Wilstater Cyanidin dan metode pereaksi  menunjukkan positif memiliki kandungan flavonoid. Sedangkan pengujian kualitatif menggunakan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis, diperoleh bahwa ekstrak etanol biji alpukat memiliki kandungan flavonoid dengan rata-rata kadar yaitu sebesar 101,70 mgQE/g ekstrak.

Abstract

Escherichia coli is a bacteria that causes diarrhea transmitted through water or food contamination and is treated with antibiotics. Excessive antibiotics have the potential to cause resistance. Natural ingredients such as clove leaves are used as an alternative to overcome resistance because they have antibacterial activity. This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of clove leaf extract (Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. & Perry) against Escherichia coli bacteria and its minimum inhibitory level. Clove leaves were macerated using 96% ethanol. Identification of eugenol content was carried out using thin layer chromatography. The antibacterial activity test in this study used the well diffusion method with concentrations of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%. In this study, the results of clove leaf extract extraction were obtained with a yield of 15.7975%. The results of identification using thin layer chromatography showed that clove leaf extract contains eugenol. Ethanol extract of clove leaves has antibacterial activity against E. coli bacteria at concentrations of 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9% and 10%, while at concentrations of 1% to 4% it has no antibacterial activity.

Abstract

Stress management plays an importantt role int dealing with the level of productivity of learning activities. Poor stress management can contribute to a lack of preparedness in facing global health crisis situations, decreased academic achievement, critical thinking skills and learning motivation. Stress arises due to an individual's inability to deal with burdens or pressure, especially those imposed by students within the scope of education. Aromatherapyk is used as an alternative to relax the body, emotions and stress. Through product creation and implementation of health education programs, training in making aromatherapy reed diffusers focuses on community empowerment by involving students and teaching staff. This service is carriedd out with the aimm of helping manage students' academic growth through psychoeducational activities about stress management, preventing and reducing stress symptoms and remaining productive in daily life, and students are able to produce aromatherapy oils originating from various essential oil variants so that it is hoped that this can help improve relaxation, preventing stress, and increasing income for students. The methode used iss a direct approach, lecture and practicer. The rresults of the sservice activitiess showed an increase in understandingg by comparing the participants' pretest and posttest. This activity ran smoothly and there was high enthusiasm from the participants. Thiss can be seenn ffromm the number of participantss who wanted to try making reed diffuser aromatherapy preparations.
