Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator yang dominan yaitu kepemimpinan, motivasi berprestasi, manajemen kinerja dan inovasi serta kepemimpinan, motivasi berprestasi dan manajemen kinerja terhadap inovasi PT. Pegadaian Cabang Tarandam Padang secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 38 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang valid dan reliabel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis t dan F. Hasil penelitian. Indikator dominan kepemimpinan yaitu stimulasi intelektual dengan nilai TCR sebesar 79,00%, motivasi berprestasi yaitu kebutuhan akan kekuasaan dengan nilai TCR sebesar 82,00%, manajemen kinerja yaitu menggambarkan aktivitas manajemen kunci dengan nilai TCR sebesar 79,40% dan variabel Inovasi yaitu karakteristik dengan nilai TCR sebesar 80,80%, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi, motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap inovasi, manajemen kinerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap inovasi dan kepemimpinan, motivasi berprestasi dan manajemen kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi PT. Pegadaian Cabang Tarandam Padang

Abstract

The use of masks during the pandemic Covid-19 usually is applied by the community, especially in public areas. Various types of masks are sold in the market, both in terms of materials and models. Earloop masks are masks that are commonly worn by men and women because the masker directly was attached to the ear. For Muslim women who wear hijab, wearing earloop masks does not provide freedom, because sometimes the mask must be removed, such as when they are eating, or drinking while they have to wear the veil. Muslim women need masks without disturbing their appearance as Muslim women, therefore it is needed mask accessories such as connectors for earloop masks to be used. The training on making mask accessories/connectors was carried out for students at the Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah. They are girls and wearing veils, totaling 17 people. The service stage was divided into 3 stages: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the closing stage. At the implementation stage, all students were given training starting from preparing all the materials used, until they could make mask connectors successfully by themselves. At closing time, all participants presented their mask connectors made for evaluation.Based on this training, they can improve their skills, use connectors for themselves, and sell mask accessories to increase their income. Further, it is expected that they will have the knowledge about other mask accessories that will be needed and will be used by the community, so they can produce maks accessories according to the the demand of the market.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent of influence of consumer behavior, including cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors, on purchasing decisions for electronic products at Finance XYZ in Padang City with a sample size of 30 people. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires. Research data processing was carried out using respondent data analysis and assisted by SPSS. Testing of statements is carried out through validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption testing which includes normality, linearity and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of multiple linear regression analysis tests show that each variable used in this research has a regression coefficient which can be represented by the following multiple regression equation: Y = 0.063 + 0.218X1 + 0.035X2 + 0.201X3 + 0.917X4. Thus, it can be concluded that cultural factors and social factors have a positive influence on the decision to purchase gold installment products, personal factors and psychological factors have a positive and significant influence on consumers' decisions to purchase electronic products from Finance XYZ

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi indikator yang paling dominan dari variabel kualitas pelayanan, lokasi, dan kepuasan pelanggan pada restoran Pizza Hut cabang Ahmad Yani, Padang. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan di restoran tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi lapangan serta telaah pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh pelanggan Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Padang yang berjumlah 40.088 orang, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden melalui teknik total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F. Adapun hasil penelitian menyatakan hal-hal berikut: (1) Kualitas pelayanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) di Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Padang. (2) Lokasi (X2) juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y). (3) Secara simultan, kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan lokasi (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Kedua variabel independen tersebut mampu menjelaskan variasi pada variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y) senilai 15,4%, selebihnya, yaitu 84,6%, dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini.
