Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media marketing activities, specifically entertainment and eWOM (electronic word-of-mouth), on brand loyalty, with brand awareness as a mediating factor. The main objective of this study is to explore how entertainment and eWOM influence brand loyalty through brand awareness in the context of fashion product marketing on TikTok social media. This study used a quantitative method with purposive sampling, involving 120 respondents who were surveyed through questionnaires. Results show that entertainment and eWOM significantly increase brand awareness, which in turn has a positive impact on brand loyalty. In addition, brand awareness fully mediates the relationship between entertainment and eWOM regarding brand loyalty. Entertainment on TikTok can create an emotional attachment with consumers, while eWOM serves as organic marketing that influences consumer decisions. Therefore, to increase brand loyalty, brands should create entertaining content and encourage consumers to share their positive experiences through eWOM. In conclusion, brand awareness plays an important role in building brand loyalty, and engaging content marketing and strong social interaction can increase brand awareness and consumer loyalty on social media platforms such as TikTok.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigates how social media adoption, innovation capability, and government support influence the business performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Data were collected from 469 Indonesian MSME owners or managers via an online questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation models with the Partial Least Squares method. The results indicate that social media adoption positively impacts innovation capability and business performance. Additionally, innovation capability positively affects business performance and mediates the relationship between social media adoption and business performance. Moreover, government support acts as a moderator in the relationship between innovation capability and business performance. These findings provide practical insights for MSME owners or managers seeking to enhance their social media strategies and leverage innovation and government support to improve competitiveness in the digital market. The research also guides governments in formulating policies to boost MSMEs' business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationships between digital leadership and person-job fit on job performance through work commitment as a mediating variable in the public sector context. The research was conducted at BBKKP (Center for Leather, Rubber and Plastic) Yogyakarta, employing a quantitative approach with survey methodology. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that digital leadership significantly influences work commitment but does not directly affect job performance, while person-job fit demonstrates significant effects on both work commitment and job performance. Work commitment emerges as a crucial mediating variable, showing the strongest direct effect on job performance and significantly mediating the relationships between both digital leadership and person-job fit with job performance. This study extends the current understanding of digital leadership effectiveness by demonstrating that its influence on performance operates primarily through employee commitment rather than direct effects, contributing to the growing body of literature on digital transformation in public sector organizations. The findings have important implications for public sector management, suggesting that organizations should focus on building employee commitment as a key mechanism for translating digital leadership initiatives and person-job fit considerations into improved performance outcomes, particularly in the context of digital transformation.

Abstract

NaX zeolite, widely recognized for its applications in cation exchange, adsorption, and catalysis, was successfully synthesized from Blitar natural kaolin using an alkali fusion pre-treatment, followed by two comparative synthesis methods: hydrothermal and sonication. The synthesis was conducted at 70°C for 2 and 4 hours. Optimal conditions were achieved with a NaOH/kaolin weight ratio of 2.0 and a synthesis gel composition of 10SiO2: 1Al2O3: 6Na2O: 180H2O (molar ratio). X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed the transformation of natural kaolin into sodium silicate, with sonication yielding phase-pure NaX zeolite, while the hydrothermal method resulted in NaX with sodalite impurities. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy identified characteristic NaX vibrations, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed cubic-shaped particles in the sonication method. The sonication process accelerated crystallization, producing higher-purity zeolite in shorter times than hydrothermal synthesis. These findings emphasize the effectiveness of sonication in enhancing the crystallinity and purity of NaX zeolite, offering a robust, time-efficient alternative for large-scale zeolite production.
