Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Physical Work Environment, Compensation and Work Motivation on the Work Productivity of Employees of PT Aneka Bangun Sarana (ABS) Gombong. The data used in this study is primary data. This study used 37 respondents as research samples drawn based on saturated sampling. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26 for windows. The results of the study based on the t test showed that the Physical Work Environment variable had a significant effect on the Work Productivity of PT Aneka Bangun Sarana (ABS) Gombong employees, the Compensation variable had a significant effect on the Work Productivity of PT Aneka Bangun Sarana (ABS) Gombong employees, the Work Motivation variable had a significant effect on Work Productivity of PT Aneka Bangun Sarana (ABS) Gombong. The variables of the Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Motivation together have a significant effect on the Work Productivity of the Employees of PT Aneka Bangun Sarana (ABS) Gombong. The results of testing the coefficient of determination of the R Square value of the Employee Productivity variable are influenced by the Physical Work Environment, Compensation and Work Motivation of 62.8% and the remaining 37.2% of the Employee Productivity variable is influenced by variables outside this research model.

Abstract

Micro small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a sector that is very influential on the development of the Indonesian economy. The development of information technology makes it easier for MSMEs to market their products, one of which is through social media. Promotion effectiveness is measured by the AIDA concept (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). This study aims to: 1) determine the effectiveness of promotions by using the AIDA method on consumer buying interest. 2) find out the most dominant variable influencing the increase in consumer buying interest. The sample in this study were 100 account holders who were active and followed a minimum of 1 MSME account in Kebumen Regency. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that the effectiveness of promotion through social media on MSMEs in the District was included in the good category. This is evidenced by interest, desire, action variables that have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while attention factors have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Interest is the most dominant factor in influencing promotion through social media.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has an important role in organizational effectiveness because basically OCB attitudes can improve organizational performance. This study aims to determine and test the bigative personality effect on performance with OCB as a mediating variable in nurses at RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaire answers from 155 respondents. The analysis tool uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis. The results of the analysis show that the big five personality dimensions, namely extraversion, acceptance, conscientiousness, oneuroticism and openness to experience have a positive and significant effect on OCB; the dimensions of extraversion, conscientiousness and openness to experience have a positive and significant effect on performance, while the dimensions of agreeableness and neuroticism have no effect on performance; OCB has a positive and significant influence on performance; and OCB were able to mediate the effect of agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experience on performance, and OCB could not mediate the effect of extraversion and neuroticism on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compasation on intention to stay with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The sampling method used in this study nonprofit sampling with purposive technique. The total sample in this study was 40 respondents. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis used was the validity and reliability instrument, the classical assumption test, hypothesis test and path analysis using the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that all items of each variable are valid and reliable. The first model fulfills the criteria for the classical assumption test with no multicolonierity, heteroscedasticity, and fulfills the normality assumption, but in the second model there is multicolonierity. Based on the t test, it shows that job satisfaction and compensation have a significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and compensation have a significant effect on intention to stay, organizational commitment has a significant effect on intention to stay.

Abstract

Tujuan pemberian dana desa yang bersumber dari anggaran pendapatan dan belanja negara (APBN) yaitu diprioritaskan untuk pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu dapat diartikan bahwa dana desa yang berasal dari pusat tidak hanya diprioritaskan untuk pembangunan infrastruktur desa tetapi juga diperuntukkan untuk pemberdayaan masyakarat desa. Desa di sisi lain, harus mempertanggungjawabkan penggunaan dana desa yang telah diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat. Namun demikian, masih banyak perangkat desa yang belum mampu untuk menyusun laporan keuangan secara mandiri, salah satunya adalah Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) yang terdapat di Desa Pohkumbang, Kabupaten Kebumen. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari diadakan kegiatan literasi ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada pengurus BUMDes terkait pentingnya penyusunan laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan melakukan ceramah dan pelatihan mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan. Hasil konkret dari kegiatan ini bersifat jangka panjang dan memerlukan pendampingan lanjutan. Namun demikian, masyarakat sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini karena laporan keuangan merupakan bentuk pertanggungjawaban terhadap dana desa yang diberikan.

Abstract

OCB behavior has an important role in organizational effectiveness because OCB can improve organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the effect of the big five personalities on job performance with OCB as a mediating variable for nurses at RSUD dr. Soedirman, Kebumen. The sample in this study are 155 nurses. The analysis in this study uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of collectivism culture on the relationship between moral reasoning and whistleblowing in government organizations in Kebumen District. The sample in this study were 80 treasurers and village financial staff in Kebumen Regency who met the established criteria. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with WarpPls software version 6. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that a high level of moral reasoning has been proven empirically to increase one's tendency to do whistleblowing, however, collectivism has been proven to empirically reduce whistleblowing tendencies; the latest finding is that collectivism has proven to weaken the relations of moral reasoning and whistleblowing.

Abstract

This research aims to generate practical empirical insights into the acceptance behavior of non-Muslim consumers towards halal products in Yogyakarta. The foundational framework employed for this study is Ajzen’s Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), with the incorporation of determinants such as knowledge and religiosity, along with the integration of habit-related variables. The study was conducted in Yogyakarta Province, considered a microcosm of Indonesia, representing the diversity of subjects relevant to this research. Data was collected from five regencies/cities in Yogyakarta by administering questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the wrapPLS 7.0 application. The findings reveal that all variables positively influence acceptance attitudes and behaviors. Nonetheless, certain variables do not significantly contribute to the outcomes. Acceptance attitudes and behaviors are primarily shaped by the subjective norm variables and planned behavior control, and this aligns with theoretical expectations. The research outcomes establish interpersonal behavior as a suitable model for further development into a behavioral framework for the acceptance behavior of nonMuslim consumers towards halal products. Theoretically, this research initiates a discourse in the domain of consumer behavior theory, specifically in the realm of interpersonal behavior. In practical terms, the findings can aid businesses in tailoring their communication strategies with customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, job burnout and role conflict on work stress. data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires to 48 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test and the coefficient of determination. The analysis technique used is the help of the SPSS analysis program Version 25 for Windows. The results obtained in this study indicate that the variable workload, job burnout and role conflict have a simultaneous effect on work stress. The workload variable has a significant effect on work stress, the job burnout variable has a significant effect on work stress, while the role conflict variable has a significant effect on work stress.
