Abstract

NaX zeolite, widely recognized for its applications in cation exchange, adsorption, and catalysis, was successfully synthesized from Blitar natural kaolin using an alkali fusion pre-treatment, followed by two comparative synthesis methods: hydrothermal and sonication. The synthesis was conducted at 70°C for 2 and 4 hours. Optimal conditions were achieved with a NaOH/kaolin weight ratio of 2.0 and a synthesis gel composition of 10SiO2: 1Al2O3: 6Na2O: 180H2O (molar ratio). X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed the transformation of natural kaolin into sodium silicate, with sonication yielding phase-pure NaX zeolite, while the hydrothermal method resulted in NaX with sodalite impurities. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy identified characteristic NaX vibrations, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed cubic-shaped particles in the sonication method. The sonication process accelerated crystallization, producing higher-purity zeolite in shorter times than hydrothermal synthesis. These findings emphasize the effectiveness of sonication in enhancing the crystallinity and purity of NaX zeolite, offering a robust, time-efficient alternative for large-scale zeolite production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kreativitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan karyawan Bread Lin Bakery, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Teknik analisa yang digunakan menggunakan bantuan program analisis SPSS Versi 25 for Windows. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kreativitas. Variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas, variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas, sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas.

Abstract

Antibiotic waste has become a serious issue for ecosystems, and one method that offers great potential to address this problem is photocatalysis. To enhance the photocatalytic activity, one approach is to impregnate the photocatalytic compound onto a supporting material and become composite material. In this study, Bi4Ti3O12/Algae (Spinossum cottonii, Euchema spinossum, and Sargassum sp) composite compounds were synthesized with various algae, including Sargassum and Spinosa. The diffractogram and IR spectra data indicate that the composite compounds were successfully synthesized. The photocatalytic activity test results demonstrate good potential for the Bi4Ti3O12/Euchema spinossum composite in the degradation of ciprofloxacin, as it was able to degrade 30% of ciprofloxacin within 60 minutes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of role stress consisting of role conflict and role ambiguity on job performance, and to analyze the role of social capital as a moderating variable in the relationship. Respondents from this study were accountant professions in Kebumen, Purworejo, and Purwokerto, sampling was done by purposive sampling with the criteria of the accounting profession who had worked for 1 (one) year, the sample studied was 65. The results of hypothesis testing using WarpPLS software 3.0 shows that role stress has a significant effect on job performance, but the coefficient of job ambiguity shows the opposite direction of the hypothesis. Inaddition, this study also found that social capital has a role in reducing the negative influence of role conflict on job performance, but its role cannot be proven in role ambiguity

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis apakah variable-variabel independen dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh pada pencegahan fraud. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah Mantri Bank BRI Cabang Gombong dengan masa kerja minimal satu tahun sebanyak 96 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penentuan sampel yaitudengan teknik nonprobability sampling dan sampel jenuh. Analisis data dengaan menggunakan SPSS 22 for windows yangameliputi ujiainstrumen validitasadan reliabilitas,auji asumsi klasikadan uji regresiaberganda. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil pengendalian internal,akesesuaian kompensasiadan budaya etisaorganisasi berpengaruhapositif dan signifikanapada pencegahan fraud secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of user-generated content on Generation Z tourists’ visit intention toward Geopark Kebumen through the Stimulus Organism Response framework. Emotional and factual user-generated content were conceptualized as external stimuli affecting trust in user-generated content and the destination image as organismic states, which, in turn, influence visit intention as the response. A quantitative approach was applied using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, based on 315 valid responses from active social media users aged 17–28 years. Results show that emotional content significantly enhances destination image, trust, and visit intention, while factual content affects destination image and trust but has no direct influence on intention. Trust in user-generated content emerges as the strongest predictor of both destination image and visit intention, confirming its central role as a cognitive-affective bridge in the decision process. The findings validate the Stimulus Organism Response framework for digital tourism behavior and emphasize the importance of authenticity, emotional resonance, and credibility in shaping Generation Z travel decisions. The study contributes to theory development in digital destination marketing and provides managerial insight for promoting geotourism through authentic, emotionally engaging, and trustworthy user-generated content.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, menuntut para pendidik untuk terus meningkatkan keterampilan digital mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru mata pelajaran Ekonomi di Kebumen yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan media digital berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan teknologi lainnya. Pelatihan ini mencakup penggunaan teknologi terbaru seperti AI, ChatPDF, dan XMind AI, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam metode pengajaran mereka. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga membekali guru dengan keterampilan praktis dalam penggunaan alat digital, serta pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai keamanan dan etika digital. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Kebumen, mempersiapkan para guru untuk menghadapi tantangan di era digital, serta memperkuat peran MGMP sebagai wadah pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The four-layered Aurivillius SrBi4Ti4O15 compound has been reported to be potentially used as a photocatalyst material. In this research, SrBi4Ti4O15 was prepared by the molten salt method using NaCl/KCl and then used to degrade methylene blue. The analysis of sample diffractogram indicated that the SrBi4Ti4O15 was obtained but there was still the impurities of Bi4Ti3O12. The micrograph showed that particle shape of SrBi4Ti4O15 is plate-like (sheets) with a lot of agglomeration. The band gap energy of SrBi4Ti4O15 is 3.14 eV (394.85 nm), according to the Kubelka-Munk calculation from the spectrum of reflectance. The photocatalytic test results showed that SrBi4Ti4O15 degraded methylene blue to 47.8% in 120 minutes.

Abstract

The textile industry's rapid growth has increased dye waste; therefore, effective treatment solutions are needed. Photocatalysis technology has emerged as a promising approach due to its efficiency and environmentally friendly properties. Aurivillius-structured compounds have shown potential as photocatalysts because their ferroelectric properties can inhibit recombinant rate electron-hole. In this research, we synthesized Sr₂Bi₄Ti₅O₁₈ (one of the five-layer Aurivillius compound classes) using the molten salt method. Then, we tested its application for adsorption-photocatalysis degradation of rhodamine B. The diffractogram showed that the Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 phase was successfully synthesized with minor impurities (Bi2O3 and TiO2) attributed to incomplete reaction processes. The SEM image showed plate-like particles with non-uniform particle sizes was obtained. The Kubelka-Munk result showed that the band gap energy of Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 is 3.27 eV. Adsorption tests demonstrated that Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 reduced rhodamine B concentration by 52.5% for 30 minutes, which corresponds to its good adsorption capability. Further adsorption-photocatalysis experiments under light exposure showed ~60% reduction in rhodamine B concentration for 60 minutes. The comparison between adsorption and photocatalysis results suggests that adsorption dominates in decreasing rhodamine B concentration. This is likely due to the large number of rhodamine B molecules adsorbed on the surface of Sr2Bi4Ti5O18, which prevents light from reaching the Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 surface, thereby hindering the degradation of rhodamine B through the photocatalysis mechanism.
