Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to explain digital marketing, celebrity endorsement, product quality and purchase intention and to find out digital marketing, celebrity endorsement and product quality on buying interest partially. The research method used is quantitative research method and this type of research is purposive sampling. The sample of this research is active students of S1 FEB Islamic University Malang with a total of 85 respondents. To obtain data, this study used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument test, normality test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS 23 application. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing, celebrity endorsement and product quality have a partial effect on buying interest in Deliwafa Store Malang. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, Product Quality And Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to analyze the influence of Fintech Payment on Student Financial Management Behavior and the interaction of Financial Literacy on Fintech Payment and Student Financial Management Behavior. This type of research is quantitative research using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) data analysis techniques through statistical program social science (SPSS) version 25. The population of this study was student of faculty of economics and business with  a sample of 86 students who used purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study show that fintech payment have a significant effect on student financial management behavior and financial literacy has a significant interaction with fintech payment and student financial management behavior.  Keywords: Fintech Payment, Financial Management Behavior, Financial Literacy

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Work Motivation, Communication, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance (Study on UMKM Coconut Jelly QUEEN in Wringinputih Village, Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency). The population in this study is 36 employees, all of which are used as research samples. Using multiple linear regression analysis, this study analyzes the influence simultaneously and partially. The results of the study showed simultaneously that work motivation, communication, and work discipline had an effect on employee performance. Partially showed the results that communication and work discipline had an effect on employee performance. Another interesting result in this study is that work motivation has no effect on employee performance, due to the lack of supervision and coaching from the leadership. Keywords: Work Motivation, Communication, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the effect of E-service quality, Product quality and Consumer trust on Buying decisions for premium packages on the Spotify application. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were users of the Spotify premium Spotify application in Malang City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 75 respondents. The data was obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. This research data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. This research contributes to understanding the factors that influence purchasing decisions for premium packages in the Spotify application. The results of this study are E-service quality and Product quality have an effect on Buying decisions partially, while Consumer trust has no partial effect. Simultaneously E-service quality, Product quality and Consumer trust have an effect on Buying decisions for premium packages in the Spotify application. Keywords: Buying Decision, E-Service Quality, Product Quality, And Consumer Trust

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence entrepreneurial motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial orientation have on entrepreneurial interest. The population in this study were youth entering late adolescence and early adulthood in Kebobang Village. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 83 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research simultaneously show that the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial orientation influences entrepreneurial interest. Partially, Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurial Orientation influence Entrepreneurial Interest, while the Family Environment has no influence on Entrepreneurial Interest. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Family Environment, Entrepreneurial Orientation and Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of human relations, work stress and work motivation on the performance of production employees at PT. Cimory. This type of research focuses on explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were production employees of PT. Cimory, Pasuruan Regency. A sample of 68 employees was determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the research show that human relations and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of PT production employees. Cimory. Meanwhile, work stress does not have a significant influence on the performance of PT production employees. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how social media marketing, viral marketing, and celebrity endorsers influence consumer decisions in buying RS31 Shop House fashion products at Shopee. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique used in this quantitative research. Thus, the sample of this study consisted of 85 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that social media marketing (X1), viral marketing (X2), and celebrity endorsers (X3) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for RS31 fashion products from Shopee e-commerce. Partially, purchasing decisions are positively and significantly influenced by social media marketing (X1), viral marketing (X2), and celebrity endorsers (X3). Keywords: social media marketing, viral marketing, and celebrity endorsers

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate whether entrepreneurial leadership and knowledge sharing affect innovation work behavior. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The study employs a cross-sectional method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the proposed research model. The sample of this study were 122 employee of SMEs culinary. The hypothesis was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, structural model testing, and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 3. The findings suggest that the entrepreneurial leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on the Knowledge Sharing of employees in small and medium enterprises in Lowokwaru Distric Malang City. In addition, the study provides evidence that entrepreneurial leadership is the primary driving force for knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. The study provides practical guidance for small and medium enterprises to enhance innovation and competitiveness through entrepreneurial leadership that fosters knowledge sharing, in order to create an innovative work environment. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Work Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion and brand image on consumer buying interest in using products on the Maxim application in Malang. In this research, data collection methods were used using questionnaires. The population of this research is Maxim application users in Malang with a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows software. The conclusions of this research are price promotion and brand image simultan have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interestm,  price simultan has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interes, promotion simultan has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest,  brand Image simultan has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest.  Keywords: Price, Promotion, Brand Image, and Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The object of this research is employees at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Education Foundation in Tasikmadu, Malang. The research approach used is quantitative with an explanatory research method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 57 respondents, consisting of teachers and foundation employees. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software.The research results show that democratic leadership style has a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction has been proven to act as a mediating variable in the relationship between democratic leadership style and employee performance. Thus, the higher the application of democratic leadership, the greater the increase in job satisfaction which has implications for increasing employee performance. These findings contribute to human resource management in the Islamic education environment and become a reference for developing leadership policies in educational organizations. Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction, Islamic Education Foundation, SEM-PLS
