Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health (OHS) implementation on employee commitment at PO Bus Juragan 99 Trans. Optimal K3 implementation not only serves as an effort to mitigate occupational safety risks, but also as a factor that can increase job satisfaction and employee commitment to the organization. This research was conducted on the bus crew (drivers and co-drivers) of PO Juragan 99 Trans as respondents. The population in this study were all AKAP and Tourism bus crews of PO J99 Trans with a total of 101 people. To determine the number of samples, the Slovin formula was used so that a sample size of 81 people was obtained. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to the PO Juragan 99 Trans bus crew as respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS software to analyze direct effects and indirect effects (mediation). The results showed that the application of OHS has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction is proven to act as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence between OHS implementation on employee commitment. With a good OHS policy in place, employees feel safer, more comfortable, and valued, which in turn will increase their commitment such as through increased loyalty and productivity. The implication of this study confirms that companies need to continue to develop comprehensive OHS policies to create a safer and more conducive work environment. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of Online Customer Review (OCR) and Hedonic Shopping Motivation  on Impulse Buying mediated by Brand Trust on e-commerce Brand skintific. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The population of the study were students of the University of Islam Malang who shopped for skintific products on e-commerce, with a sample of 95 respondents selected using the non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling and snowball sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.0.9 software. The results of this study indicate that Online customer reviewhas an effect on Brand Trust, hedonic shopping motivation has an effect on brand trust, Online customer reviewhas an effect on impulse buying, Hedonic shopping motivation  has no effect on impulse buying, Brand Trust has an effect on impulse buying, Online customer reviewhas no effect on impulse buying through brand trust and hedonic shopping motivation  has an effect on impulse buying through brand trust. Keywords: Online Customer Review, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Impulse buying, Brand Trust

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to explore and evaluate the influence of training, organizational culture, and artificial intelligence on talent management (case study at ORMAWA FEB UNISMA). This research uses a quantitative approach using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, consisting of 74 Gen Z respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis tests, and determination tests carried out using SPSS 25 software. The research results reveal that training, organizational culture, and artificial intelligence each have a partial influence on talent management.Keywords: Training, Organizational culture, artificial intelligence, and Talent Management

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of work family conflict on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to all employees of Retawu Deli Malang pastry shop with saturated sampling technique, so that the number of samples used in this study was 51 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study showed that work family conflict did not have a significant effect on employee performance or job satisfaction. On the contrary, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction cannot act as a mediator in the relationship between work family conflict and employee performance. These findings show that in the context of the service industry such as the Retawu Deli pastry shop, the job satisfaction factor is more dominant in determining employee performance than work-family conflict. Therefore, employee performance improvement strategies should be focused on creating a more flexible and supportive work environment, as well as providing incentives that can increase employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Work family conflict, Service Industry, Mediation, Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of  the Marketing Strategy of  Digital Marketing (X1), Electronic Word of Mouth (X2), and Brand Image (X3) on Purchase Decision, partially. That The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was of 75 consumers from Bebek Carok who used Bebek Carok products in the city of Malang from a population whose exact number is unknown. Questionnaires were used as a data collection instrument, Validity Test and Reliability Test are used to measure instrument performance. Not only that, this research also uses the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Adjusted R Square Test, and t Test. The results of this research show that digital marketing, electronic word of mouth, and brand image partially have a positive effect and has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Image, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of leadership style, motivation and organizational communication on the commitment of management study program members. This study involved a population consisting of members of the management study program. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 86 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the assistance of SPSS version 30 software. The variables in this study include Member Commitment as the dependent variable, and Leadership Style, Motivation, and Communication as the independent variables. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Leadership Style does not have a significant effect on Member Commitment, 2) Motivation does not significantly influence Member Commitment, and 3) Communication has a significant influence on Member Commitment. Keywords: Member Commitment, Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Communication

Abstract

Abstract The selection of a diniyah madrasah (Islamic educational institution) for children involves multidimensional considerations from guardians, including social, economic, and infrastructural factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of Word of mouth (WOM), Education Costs, and Facilities on the decision-making of guardians at Madrasah Diniyah Masjid Agung An-Nuur in Batu City. A quantitative method was employed, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 63 guardians as the research sample. Data were analyzed using multiple regression in IBM SPSS. The results indicate: (1) WOM has a significant partial influence on the selection decision; (2) Education Costs Facilities show no significant individual effects; (3) Collectively, the three variables account for 64.7% of the decision variability. These findings suggest that social recommendations (WOM) dominate the decision-making process, while financial and physical infrastructure considerations are less critical in this religious community context. Abstract

Abstract Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools with one of the exemplary Islamic boarding schools for other Islamic boarding schools. One of them is an example with good waqf management. Since the establishment of the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school which was founded by KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari in 1899 AD. Already had a picture for the management of waqf in the future, after the regeneration of the change of caretakers until the time of KH. Salahuddin Wahid with the development period continued by the current caretaker, namely KH. Abdul Hakim Mahfudz or commonly called Gus Kikin continued the development of the Islamic boarding school. This study aims to see the waqf fundraising strategy in the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school during the leadership of Gus Kikin, and also to find out the extent of the waqf management carried out for the development of the Islamic boarding school. From the results of the research conducted, there are strategies carried out by the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school during the leadership of Gus Kikin, namely: Development of Islamic boarding schools, effectiveness of waqf, and improvement of educational and study institutions. Of the three strategies carried out, the results will automatically be seen by the community and alumni and guardians of students, which will raise interest in the investment of the afterlife in the form of waqf. The strategy is with the productive waqf version of Tebuireng. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, teamwork, and communication on employee performance at PT. Bank XYZ (Persero) Tbk. The research background is based on the importance of improving employee performance to support organizational productivity and success, particularly in the highly competitive banking sector. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 69 respondents who are employees of PT. Bank XYZ (Persero) Tbk., and then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that leadership style, teamwork, and communication partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that effective leadership, strong teamwork support, and open and clear communication can enhance employee performance. In conclusion, the company needs to continuously optimize leadership practices, foster a strong teamwork culture, and strengthen communication patterns to further improve employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Teamwork, Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, occupational health and safety (K3), and work stress on employee performance at UD. Farhan Jaya, Depok. The background of this research is based on the importance of creating a conducive and low-pressure work environment to support productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 51 employees of the production department. Data analysis was carried out by validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that the work environment and work stress had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while K3 had no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables had a significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 25.1%. These findings indicate that the creation of a harmonious work environment and good stress management can optimally improve employee performance, while the implementation of K3 needs to be reviewed to be more impactful. This research contributes to the development of HR management strategies based on environmental and work psychological factors. Keywords: Work Environment, K3, Work Stress, Employee Performance
