Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada pertumbuhan jumlah jamaah umrah yang mendorong dilakukannya penelitian terkait dengan pelayanan yang diberikan serta persepsi dan harapan dari jamaah itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana kualitas pelayanan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan jamaah. Penelitian ini juga mengevaluasi persepsi dan harapan jamaah terhadap pelayanan agen khususnya di Sultan Trip Holidays Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di kantor Sultan Trip Holidays Bukittinggi melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kualitas pelayanan diukur dengan indikator-indikator seperti: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, dan Tangibles. Elemen kunci dalam menjaga mutu pelayanan meliputi pelayanan yang efektif, sistem pelaporan pengaduan yang kuat, reputasi yang terukur, pendekatan yang personal, perawatan fisik, dan penerapan teknologi terkini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sultan Trip Holidays Bukittinggi berhasil menciptakan persepsi yang sesuai dengan harapan jemaat. Keandalan tercermin dari pemenuhan janji pelayanan, daya tanggap terlihat dari respon dan kesiapan selama perjalanan, kepastian tercipta melalui kompetensi karyawan, empati tercermin dari perhatian terhadap kebutuhan khusus jemaat, dan bukti fisik didukung oleh tampilan gedung yang bersih, baik, dan nyaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberadaan Sultan Trip Holidays Kota Bukittinggi, sebuah biro perjalanan umrah yang baru berdiri, serta terbatasnya jumlah staf dalam pengelolaan bimbingan manasik umrah. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana agar pengelolaan bimbingan manasik umrah di Sultan Trip Holidays Kota Bukittinggi dapat ditingkatkan, berikut unsur-unsur yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Sultan Trip Holidays Kota Bukittinggi dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan langkah-langkah dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sultan Trip Holidays Kota Bukittinggi mengimplementasikan fungsi pengelolaan POAC dalam bimbingan manasik umrah. Fungsi perencanaan meliputi penyusunan jadwal, materi, dan fasilitas, sedangkan pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan pembagian tugas staf dan rekrutmen pembimbing bersertifikat. Fungsi penggerak meliputi penyediaan alat peraga seperti miniatur Ka'bah dan titik-titik tawaf. Fungsi pengawasan dilakukan oleh pimpinan dengan evaluasi dan perbaikan setelah setiap kegiatan manasik. Faktor pendukung utama adalah pemahaman yang mendalam dari pembimbing serta komitmen mereka untuk memberikan yang terbaik, sementara faktor penghambat adalah kurangnya pemahaman dari jamaah yang berusia 50 tahun ke atas, yang membutuhkan perhatian lebih.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price, consumer tastes and product quality on consumer satisfaction. This research is classified as quantitative. The approach used in this research is a descriptive quantitative approach. Sampling used the purposive sampling method. The data used is primary data obtained from the owner of Sanjai Sil, Aur Kuning Bukittinggi. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, which includes the Classic Assumption Test, Instrument Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determinance Test. The analysis of this research uses SPSS 16, based on the results of the T and F test hypothesis testing analysis shows that the independent variables (X1, Simultaneously, X3 has no simultaneous effect on the dependent variable (Y) or H0 is rejected with the Sig value. >0.0

Abstract

Financial literacy is something that can overcome the problem of subduing financial inclusion with the aim that finances in Indonesia can increase. Financial inclusion is an effort to encourage the financial system so that it is easy for the public to access to promote good economic growth. This research was conducted to determine the influence of Sharia Financial literacy and Sharia Financial inclusion on the financial management of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKMs) in Medan City. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and uses the T  and the F test. In addition, classical assumption tests were carried out which included multicholinearity tests, heteroskedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests and normality tests. The results of this study show that Sharia Financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on financial management, Sharia Financial inclusion has a positive and significant influence on the financial management of micro, small and medium enterprises in Medan City and ShariaFinancial literacy and Sharia Financial inclusion have a positive and significant influence on micro-enterprise financial management, SMEs in Medan City

Abstract

Penelitian ini beranjak dari fenomena terdapatnya inkosistensi pengukuran dan penurunan kinerjaa keuangan pasca IPO pada perusahaan. Dana yang di dapatkan melalui IPO bila dikelola dengan efektif akan menciptakan kinerja perusahaan yang lebih baik. Pengujian kembali apakah terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah IPO yang signifikan melalui rasio keuangan menjadi tujuan penelitian ini. Rasio yang digunakan yaitu Rasio Likuiditas, Leverage, aktivitas dan Profitabilitas. Seluruh perusahaan yang IPO pada tahun 2019 menjadi populasi penelitian ini yang berjumlah 55 perusahaan, Pengambilan sampel dengan Purposive Sampling melalui kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Sampel akhir dalam penelitian berjumlah 14 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas dan uji beda yaitu Paired Sample t-test dan Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test mengunakan program SPSS versi 29. Hasil pengolahaan data yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa CR, DAR, DER, TATO, dan ROE berbeda secara signifikan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah perusahaan IPO sedangkan ROI tidak memiliki perbedaan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah perusahaan IPO. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan; Rasio Keuangan; Initial Public Offering; BEI

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in the Sungai Pagu sub-district of South Solok Regency  in terms of network operations, where the Bank Syariah Services Unit in Nagari Muaralabuh is the only Islamic banking institution operating in this area. The problem in this study is: What are the preferences and behavior of community leaders on Islamic banking in Sungai Pagu District.With the aim of knowing the preferences and behavior of community figures on Islamic banking in Sungai Pagu district, South Solok Regency. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data sources are community figure involved  in BAMUS Nagari management of 55 people selected with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques are conducted  through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results revealed the preferences of respondents in the banking sector in Sungai Pagu district, South Solok Regency, with a percentage index above 60%, but this was not supported by good behavior from correspondents where the score index was below 60%. While the role of respondents in delivering and disseminating Islamic banking to the community is at 60%, meaning that good and community leaders are a medium of socialization and promotion of Islamic banking in this area

Abstract

The entrepreneurial ecosystem is a crucial framework for understanding how the interplay of innovation, institutions, and digitalization drives economic growth, especially in emerging economies. However, many developing countries still face structural challenges such as limited access to financing, weak regulatory capacity, and technological gaps that hinder the dynamics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. These conditions create institutional gaps that impact innovative capabilities and the digital transformation process of entrepreneurship. This study aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review of various recent empirical and conceptual studies to analyze how innovation, institutional gaps, and digitalization interact in shaping the competitiveness, resilience, and sustainability of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in developing countries. The study's results indicate that the dynamics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in developing countries are significantly influenced by the strong interactions among innovation, institutions, and digitization. Innovation, especially green and digital innovation, acts as the main driver of value creation and entrepreneurial competitiveness. Institutions serve as the foundation of governance, but still face obstacles in the form of bureaucratic rigidity and policy fragmentation. Meanwhile, digitalization acts as an integrative catalyst that bridges institutional weaknesses, accelerates the flow of information, and strengthens cross-sector collaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze income improvement strategies through diversification, covering aspects of capital conditions, technology, seasonal impacts, and strategy formulation. Method: Descriptive qualitative approach using observation and interviews with six informants, thematic analysis, and secondary data from BPS and KKP (2022–2024). The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through observation and interviews with six informants, thematic analysis, and secondary data from BPS and KKP (2022–2024). Results show that the number of actors increased by 50%, production rose by 100%, and income grew by 84% (from IDR 44.1 million to IDR 54.2 million). Challenges: Seasonal fluctuations and limited diversification, with interest in products such as fish floss. Conclusion: Diversification supported by modern technology, sharia-based financing, and digital marketing can.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of problems in the mechanism of optimizing the management of Hajj registration documents which are sometimes hampered by the network, and the lack of knowledge of prospective pilgrims in the Hajj registration process so that errors in the Pilgrim's data often occur. This study aims to study how to optimize the document management process as a service provided to prospective pilgrims and the relationship between the document management process and the services provided to prospective pilgrims. This study uses a qualitative research approach. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data comes from employees of the Hajj and Umrah Organizers of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bukittinggi City and is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research obtained by the author indicate that the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bukittinggi City has managed Hajj documents effectively and efficiently according to the optimization theory by Poerwadarminta. Document management is carried out well using an IT-based system in its management, and continues to make optimization efforts in managing Hajj documents so that Hajj document management services run optimally. And the management of Hajj documents is included in the services for Hajj pilgrims because in its implementation, services are provided in the form of verbal, written and deeds which are applied very well by Hajj officers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the excellent service strategy implemented by Travel Shahibuna Sabila Salam Bukittinggi City in increasing the satisfaction and readiness of Umrah pilgrims, as well as identifying the obstacles faced in its implementation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research was conducted at the Shahibuna Sabila Salam office in Bukittinggi City through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the excellent service strategy implemented includes the five main dimensions of SERVQUAL: responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and tangibles, which are also supported by sharia values such as amanah, shiddiq, fathanah, and tabligh. Nevertheless, there are obstacles in terms of communication, officer responsiveness, and facilities. Overall, the strategy implemented is proven to significantly increase the satisfaction and readiness of Umrah pilgrims.
