Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan memberdayakan kader kesehatan tentang pemanfaatan Moringa Oleifera (daun kelor) sebagai alternatif peningkatan gizi balita dan pencegahan stunting. Pengetahuan kader sangat penting memberikan kontribusi pengendalian angka kesakitan, pencegahan dan penanggulangan stunting. Pencegahan stunting bisa dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan Moringa Oleifera karena merupakan bahan pangan kaya zat gizi makro dan mikro, memiliki nilai gizi sangat tinggi sangat berkhasiat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Program kesehatan pengendalian bebas stunting yang dilakukan tenaga kesehatan dan kader dengan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan melakukan skrining stunting dan upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan melalui pendidikan kesehatan. Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan edukasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan Moringa Oleifera (daun kelor) sebagai alternatif peningkatan gizi balita dan pencegahan stunting pada kader kesehatan. Media yang digunakan adalah leaflet. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendidikan kesehatan . Kegiatan dapat terlaksana dengan baik karena peran aktif dari 30 kader. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan pada akhir pengabdian masyarakat, pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang pemanfaatan Moringa Oleifera sebagai alternatif peningkatan gizi balita dan pencegahan stunting sebelum pelaksanaan edukasi sebagian besar memiliki kategori cukup baik 13 orang (43,3%) dan setelah pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan sebagian besar memiliki kriteria baik sebanyak 25 orang (83,3 %). Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pendidikan kesehatan, Rerata tingkat pengetahuan responden sebelum pendidikan kesehatan sebesar 5,75 dan sesudah pendidikan kesehatan rata-rata meningkat menjadi 78,38. Pengetahuan kader perlu ditingkatkan terutama sikap dan ketrampilan dalam pengolahan variasi olahan Moringa Oleifera sebagai alternatif peningkatan gizi dan pencegahan stunting pada balita Kata kunci: Moringa Oleifera, Gizi Balita, Stunting, Kader Kesehatan. Abstract Community service is carried out by empowering health cadres about the use of Moringa Oleifera as an alternative to improving toddler nutrition and preventing stunting. Knowledge of cadres is very important in contributing to controlling morbidity, preventing and overcoming stunting. Stunting in children under five is considered high risk, nutritional improvement is needed, prevention of stunting is one of the uses of Moringa Oleifera because it is a food ingredient rich in macro and micro nutrients, has very high nutritional value which is very beneficial for the health of the body. The stunting free control health program is carried out by workers and cadres with health service facilities conducting stunting screening and efforts to increase knowledge throgh health education. Purpose this community service provides education and increases knowledge about the use of Moringa Oleifera  as an alternative to improving toddler nutrition and preventing for health cadres. The media used is a leaflet. The method is health education. Activities can be carried out well because of the active role of 30 cadres. The results of this community service wewr obtained at the end of community service, the knowledge of health cadres about the use of Moringa Oleifera as an alternative to improving toddler nutrition and preventing stunting before the implementation of education was mostly in the fairly good category 13 people (43,3 %) and after the implementation of health education most had good criteria as many as 25 people (83,3 %). The result of the activity evaluation showed a significant increase before and after health educatipon. The average level of knowlwdge of respondents before helath education was 5,75 and after health education the average increased to 78,38. Knowledge of cadres needs to be increased, especially attitudes and skills in processing processed variations of Moringa Oleifera as an alternative to improving nutrition and preventing stunting in toddlers.  Keyword : Moringa Oleifera, Toddler Nutrition, Stunting, Health Cadres

Abstract

Tahapan perkembangan manusia salah satunya adalah pubertas. Pada masa pubertas terjadi perubahan diri dari masa kanak – kanak menuju dewasa, sehingga terjadi perubahan fisik, sikap, perilaku dan pematangan organ reproduksi. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan  meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi Sekolah dasar (SD) yang memasuki usia pra remaja tentang bagaimana menjaga kebersihan diri / personal hygiene di masa pubertas pada anak SDN Wates. SDN Wates merupakan salah satu sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Kediri. Setiap tingkat dibagi dalam 3 kelas pembelajaran. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 120 siswa kelas 4 dan 5.  Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SD  tentang personal hygiene di masa pubertas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara langsung melalui pendidikan kesehatan dengan media LCD dan Tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berjalan lancar, siswa kelas 4 dan 5 sebagai peserta berperan aktif dalam proses kegiatan. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan baik tentang personal hygiene pada masa pubertas sebanyak 83,33%  pada post test dari pengetahuan cukup sebesar 54,2% pada pre test. Pengetahuan siswa SD tentang personal hygiene di masa pubertas penting diberikan. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa SD terhadap personal hygiene dimasa pubertas untuk membentuk generasi yang sehat dan berkualitas. During puberty there is a change in oneself from childhood to adulthood, resulting in physical changes, attitudes, behavior, and maturation of the reproductive organs. Community service is carried out by increasing the knowledge of elementary school (SD) students entering pre-adolescence about how to maintain personal hygiene during puberty for elementary school children at SDN Wates. SDN Wates is one of the elementary schools in Kediri Regency. Each level is divided into 3 learning classes. This community service activity was attended by 120 students in grades 4 and 5. This community service activity aimed to increase elementary school students' knowledge about personal hygiene during puberty. The method of implementing activities is carried out directly through health education using LCD and question-and-answer media. The results of the activities carried out ran smoothly, 4th and 5th-grade students as participants played an active role in the activity process. The evaluation shows an increase in good knowledge about personal hygiene during puberty by 83.33%. It is important to provide elementary school students with knowledge about personal hygiene during puberty. It is hoped that with this activity there will be an increase in elementary school student's knowledge of personal hygiene during puberty to form a healthy and high-quality generation. Abstract

Daun kelor sangat baik untuk melengkapi kebutuhan nutrisi dalam tubuh manusia. Daun kelor memiliki manfaat sebagai produk olahan yang bernilai gizi dan bernilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Desa Jajar adalah salah satu mitra dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat  yang terletak di Wilayah Puskesmas Wates Kabupaten Kediri. Desa ini memiliki banyak pohon kelor yang tersebar dibeberapa tempat, namun masyarakat masih banyak yang belum mengetahui manfaat nutrisi yang terkandung didalamnya. Daun kelor hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai tanaman pagar dan digunakan untuk kegiatan upacara pemakaman. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang gizi daun kelor untuk ibu hamil. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara langsung melalui sosialisasi masyarakat mengenai gizi daun kelor untuk ibu hamil dengan menggunakan media leaflet dan diskusi tanya jawab. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Jajar Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri. Hasil kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berjalan lancar, hadir 30 kader kesehatan sebagai peserta berperan aktif dalam proses kegiatan. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang gizi daun kelor untuk ibu hamil dan dapat daun kelor dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternative pemenuhan nutrisi untuk ibu hamil. Moringa leaves have benefits as a processed product with high nutritional value and economic value. Jajar Village is one of the partners in Community Service located in the Wates Health Center Area, Kediri Regency. This village has many Moringa trees scattered in several places, but many people still don't know the nutritional benefits they contain. Moringa leaves are only used as a hedge plant and are used for funeral ceremonies. This community service activity aims to increase health cadres' knowledge about Moringa leaf nutrition for pregnant women. The method of implementing activity was carried out directly through community outreach regarding Moringa leaf nutrition for pregnant women using leaflets and question-and-answer discussions. This activity was carried out in Jajar Village, Wates District, Kediri Regency. The results of the activities carried out ran smoothly, 30 health cadres were present as participants who played an active role in the activity process. It is hoped that with this activity there will be an increase in health cadres' knowledge about Moringa leaf nutrition for pregnant women and that Moringa leaves can be used as an alternative to provide nutrition for pregnant women. Abstract

Abstrak   Masa balita merupakan tahapan periode penting perkembangan manusia, karena merupakan periode emas pertumbuhan dan perkembangan penting yang menentukan kualitas hidup anak. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak dilakukan melalui kegiatan Posyandu. Desa Babadan  merupakan salah satu desa di lereng Gunung Kelud di Kabupaten Kediri yang mempunyai 25 balita dengan masalah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader Posyandu tentang pentingnya  pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita di Desa Babadan Kecamatan Ngancar.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara langsung melalui pendidikan kesehatan dengan media LCD dan Tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berjalan lancar, 25 kader posyandu sebagai peserta berperan aktif dalam proses kegiatan. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan baik tentang pengetahuan  tentang pentingnya  pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita sebanyak 88%. Pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang pentingnya  pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita sangat penting untuk diberikan. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kader posyandu terhadap tentang pentingnya  pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita untuk membentuk generasi yang sehat dan berkualitas. Kata kunci : tumbuh kembang balita, kader posyandu   Abstract   Toddlerhood is an important period of human development because it is an important golden period of growth and development that determines the quality of a child's life. One of the efforts made by the government to optimize children's growth and development is through Posyandu activities. Babadan Village is one of the villages on the slopes of Mount Kelud in Kediri Regency which has 25 toddlers with growth and development problems. Community service is carried out by increasing the knowledge of Posyandu cadres about the importance of the growth and development of toddlers in Babadan Village, Ngancar District.  Implementing activities is done directly through health education using LCD and question-and-answer media. The results of the activities ran smoothly, 25 posyandu cadres as participants played an active role in the activity process. The evaluation showed an increase in good knowledge regarding the importance of the growth and development of toddlers by 82%. It is very important to provide posyandu cadres with knowledge about the importance of growth and development for toddlers. It is hoped that with this activity there will be an increase in posyandu cadres' knowledge of the importance of the growth and development of toddlers to form a healthy and high-quality generation.  Keywords: toddler growth and development, posyandu cadres

Abstract

Kelor, Susu Sapi dan Madu merupakan sumber daya alam lokal yang memiliki potensi yang baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi balita. Tiga komponen memiliki nilai gizi yang tinggi untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita. Desa Babadan adalah salah satu desa di Lereng Gunung Kelud Kabupaten Kediri yang mimiliki banyak pohon kelor, mampu menghasilkan susu sapi  1.000.962 liter/tahun, dan banyak ditemukan glodok madu dirumah warganya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang pemberian makanan tambahan dari kelor, susu dan madu (Kesuma). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan langsung melalui sosialisai masyarakat mengenai manfaat dan cara pengolahan makanan tambahan kepada balita dari kelor, susu dan madu. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di desa Babadan pada bulan Juli-September 2023. Hasil kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berjalan lancer, hadir 25 kader posyandu sebagai peserta yang berperan aktif dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan ini kader dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya alam lokal dari kelor, susu dan madu menjadi berbagai olahan makanan tambahan balita untuk mengatasi masalah gizi di Desa Babadan.

Abstract

Soy milk contains phytoestrogens which is the class of isoflavones which have estrogen-like activity. Phytoestrogens have estrogenic activity which ultimately increases uterine sensitivity. This study was to analyze the effectiveness of giving soy milk to the duration of first stage of labor.The results showed that respondents in the treatment group had a duration of fast delivery by 9 people (90%) in the normal category, namely 1 respondent (10%), the majority of the control group respondents in the fast category were 1 respondent (10%), the normal category were 3 respondents (30%) and the slow category were 6 respondents (60%). The Result of analyzing by Mann-Whitney test was found that there was an effect of soy milk giving on the duration of labor (Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 <0.05 (α value), so Ho was rejected. Pregnant women can consume soy milk to increase maternal power in labor to advance the duration of labor

Abstract

The independent variable is early detection training for posyandu craders, with an interval scale. Dependent Variable, namely Knowledge and Skills About Motor Stimulation. The instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets, with an interval scale. Statistical analysis using the T- Test on the effect of early detection training on the development of posyandu cadres to knowledge of motor stimulation with a value of p = 0.000 means at 5% alpha. This showed that there was an effect of early detection of growth and development training for posyandu caders on knowledge of motor stimulation. The results of statistical tests showed that the value of p = 0.000 means that at 5% alpha. This showed that there was an effect of early detection of growth and development training for posyandu caders on skill of motor stimulation. So that it an increased of 21.33 % and 19,04 %.
