Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai DPPKB di Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey analatik dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study yang merupakan jenis penelitian ini berusaha mempelajari dinamika hubungan variabel independen dan variabel dependen yang diteliti sekaligus pada satu waktu yang bersamaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 17 responden. Data primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 17 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat. Dari hasil penelitian ini responden mengatakan bahwa sebagian besar tidak setuju bahwa pencahayaan yang ada diruangan nyaman untuk mata. Sebagian besar responden merasa bahwa intensitas cahaya matahari membuat silau, hal ini disebabkan karena sebagian ruangan belum memiliki horden jendela, sehingga menggangu pegawai dalam bekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai DPPKB dengan nilai ρ = 0,006 < α = 0,05 di Kabupaten Buton Selatan dan ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai DPPKB dengan nilai ρ = 0,006 < α = 0,05 di Kabupaten Buton Selatan.

Abstract

Demographic phenomena faced by many countries in the world today, one of which is the increase in the proportion of the elderly population. The trend of the proportion of the elderly population to the total population that continues to increase from year to year also occurs in Indonesia. However, the problem of increasing the proportion of the elderly is not balanced with adequate quality assurance. Population projection data in Indonesia, in 2017 it is estimated that there were 23.66 million elderly people, in 2020 it is predicted to reach 27.08 million people, in 2025 (33.69 million), in 2030 (40.95 million) and in 2035 (48.19 million). The increasing number of elderly people in Indonesia will have positive and negative impacts in the future. The increase in the number of elderly population where there is a decrease in organ function that can trigger various degenerative diseases. If not handled properly, it will increase the country's financial burden which is not small, and will reduce the quality of life of the elderly, because it will increase the morbidity rate and can even cause death. South Galesong is one of the sub-districts in Takalar Regency. The output targets of each problem solution are: 1) increasing the knowledge of Posyandu cadres about elderly diseases and elderly health services, 2) increasing the skills of Posyandu cadres about how to regularly check the health of the elderly, 3) increasing the skills of Posyandu cadres about elderly gymnastics.

Abstract

Education is one way that can be used to increase one's knowledge. Education can be given in various fields, including health. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Health Education on increasing the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of elderly people with hypertension in the Pangkajene Health Center area in 2023. This type of research used a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design study with pre-test and post-test design treatment, while the population was patients 90 people who suffer from hypertension at the Pangkajene Health Center use total sampling. The results of this study used the Wilcoxon test analysis. Knowledge was -8.132 and a significant value was 0.000 (p<0.05), Attitude was -8165 and a significant value was 0.000 (p<0.05), and Behavior was -8267 and a significant value was 0.000 ( p<0.05), there was a significant difference in the results of the Health Education pretest and posttest on the attitudes of the elderly with hypertension in the Pangkajene Health Center area. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of Health Education on the attitude of the elderly who experience hypertension in the Pangkajene Health Center area. The conclusion of the study showed that there was an effect of Health Education on the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of elderly people with hypertension in the Pangkajene Health Center area. it is expected that the puskesmas will carry out home care because elderly people with hypertension cannot carry out health checks because there is no family to take them to health services because they are busy with their daily activities.
