Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase decisions with the brand image as an intervening variable on customers of Scarlett whitening in Shopee. The population in this study was Scarlett consumers who made purchases on the Shopee application. 100 respondents were selected by a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study uses a scale range and path analysis. The process of data analysis was performed with SPSS 26.0. The result showed that electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Scarlett whitening in Shopee. Electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on the brand image of Scarlett whitening. The brand image had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Scarlett whitening in Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of halal labels on consumer purchasing decisions with religiosity as a mediating variable for ice cream and tea of Mixue consumers in Malang City. A sample of 112 respondents used a non-probability sampling strategy with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed to Mixed consumers. The analysis technique used in this study uses path analysis. It indicates halal labels can have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Halal labels can have a positive and significant effect on religiosity. Religiosity can have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, religiosity cannot mediate between halal labels and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image on brand loyalty through brand trust as an intervening variable. The type of research used is explanatory research using a quantitative approach and research conducted by survey using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling sampling techniques as many as 120 consumer respondents from MS Glow. The Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square. From the results of the study can be concluded that 1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty 2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand trust 3) Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty 4) brand image has an effect on brand loyalty mediated by Brand Trust as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of Human Resources Management Practice (HRMP) on Intention to stay (ITS) with job satisfaction as its mediating variable, on Pesen Kopi Plus's employees. The method used in this study is descriptive analytics observation, with cross sectional approaches. Used a sample of 78 respondents with data sources obtained from primary data in the form of questionnaires. Then data analysis techniques regarding scale ranges and Partial Least Square (PLS), using quantitative research and path analysis with Smart PLS. The results of the study showed that Human Resources Management Practice (HRMP) had a significant and positive effect on Intention to stay (ITS). Human Resources Management Practice (HRMP) has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. Similarly, job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on Intention to stay (ITS). In addition, job satisfaction proves a significant influence and mediates the relationship between Human Resources Management Practice (HRMP) and Intention to Stay (ITS).

Abstract

The usage of electronic word of mouth in consumer communications today helped the emergence of purchase intention on certain products, especially in the field of cosmetics for women, brand image of existing products also helps increase consumer purchasing intentions. This research aims to find out whether electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase intention for Wardah cosmetic products with brand image as a mediating variable using techniques of structural equation modeling with the help of analytical tools Smart PLS 4. The type of research used is quantitative research with a sample size of 120 respondents who meet the sample criteria and were taken using techniques of accidental sampling. This research data was obtained through a questionnaire in the form of google form which was distributed to students at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The research results show that electronic word of mouth positive and significant effect on purchase intention, electronic word of mouth positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image significant effect on purchase intention, and electronic word of mouth positive influence on purchase intention through brand image as a mediating variable.
