Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and describe the effect of experiential marketing, patient satisfaction, and patient loyalty at As-Syifa Husada Clinic. This research uses quantitative research. The population of this study is people who are currently or have used the services of the As-Syifa Husada Clinic, and the sample is 110 respondents who have used the services of the KIA Poly (Mother & Child Clinic) at least two times. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis and hypothesis testing using T-test and mediation test using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: Experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty; Experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction; Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty; experiential marketing has an influence on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction. Good experiential marketing can shape patient satisfaction which will also have an impact on creating patient loyalty at As-Syifa Husada Clinic.

Abstract

Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) uses argon gas as a protective gas in the welding process. Argon gas cylinders weigh 100 kg, making it difficult to mobilize in large quantities when the welding work is at a certain height. Therefore it is necessary to create a storage area that is able to accommodate and withstand the load of gas cylinders and their contents and can be mobilized at a certain height. In order to get a suitable storage area, a design has been carried out, which includes calculating the strength of the frame, determining the material and design of the lifting lug, and calculating the welding connection of the lifting lug and hollow steel. The rack material used is SS400 type, the compressive stress that occurs due to the force acting on the hollow iron is 91.124 MPa and the stress received by the base plate is 127.5 MPa, while the allowable compressive stress for the material is 152 MPa. The load received by the lifting lug is 33,866.6 N, and the tensile stress due to the force acting on the lifting lug is 76.88 MPa, while the allowable tensile stress is 152 MPa, so the lifting lug is declared safe to use.

Abstract

Pariwisata memiliki peranan penting dalam sektor pembangunan perekonomian di wilayah kota Surabaya. Namun sebagian besar destinasi wisatanya belum banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat dalam maupun luar kota Surabaya. Perancangan photobook ini dibuat sebagai media untuk mengenalkan dan mempromosikan tempat wisata alam yang ada di kota Surabaya kepada masyarakat dengan menyajikan informasi berupa kumpulan foto landscape wisata alam Surabaya yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan penelitian pada Dinas Pariwisata kota Surabaya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini meliputi bagaiamanakah konsep, proses, dan juga hasil dari perancangan photobook tempat wisata alam di Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan juga validasii. Hasil dari perancangan photobook ini dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi, referensi, dan juga menambah wawasan masyarakat terhadap wisata alam yang dimiliki kota Surabaya. Perancangan photobook ini sudah melalui tahapan validasi dan layak untuk digunakan. Kata Kunci: Wisata Alam, Surabaya, photobook, landscape

Abstract

Analysis of structural strength of mechanical systems on digital x-ray devices. This research is very important to know the strength and quality of the structure of mechanical system of digital x-ray plane. To research analysis strength structure system mechanical calculation methods were used counting stress, bending stress; the safety factor a tool, and calculate deflection occurring in structure.The result of his research or: the bending stress at order holders catcher of = 7,07 N/mm2, while the bending stress is equal to = 141,9 N/mm2. The bending stress on the tube holder is as big as = 7,8 N/mm2, while the bending stress is equal to= 141,9 N/mm2. Stress von mises in order arms part burden a counterweight of = 19,44 N/mm2, while the value of the safety factor is n = 11,05. Stress von mises in order to arms a part of encumbering tube = 18,41 N/mm2, while the value of the safety factor is n = 11,67. Bending stress happened to column of order = 22,60 N/mm2, while the bending stress is equal to = 141,9 N/mm2. The ball screw move of the operation Fbm = 777,9N. Bending stress occurred on the basis of order = 21,43 N/mm2, while the bending stress is equal to = 141,9 N/mm2. Abstract

Buku merupakan media pembelajaran yang paling umum digunakan. Akan tetapi, visualisasi yang minim seringkali menjadi penghambat bagi peserta didik untuk benar-benar memahami materi pembelajaran. Maka dari itu, diperlukan buku dengan visual yang dapat meningkatkan antusiasme peserta didik seperti Rätselbuch, yaitu buku yang memuat permainan teka-teki kata dalam Bahasa Jerman. Tujuan penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah untuk mendesain ulang Rätselbuch yang sebelumnya dibuat secara manual oleh Devita Danu Putri Pratiwi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori pengembangan menurut Sadiman yang dibagi dalam enam tahapan: menganalisis, menetapkan tujuan pembelajaran, merumuskan materi, mengukur keberhasilan, menyusun media pembelajaran, dan menguji validitas dan evaluasi. Selain itu, atikel ilmiah ini juga menggunakan metode wawancara untuk pengumpulan data serta menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Materi yang digunakan bersumber dari buku Deutsh der erste Kontakt. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media Rätselbuch memiliki skor validitas materi sebesar 91% dan skor validitas visual sebesar 66%, sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Jerman. Abstract

This study examines the persistent challenge of regulatory fragmentation in Indonesia’s decentralized electoral governance through a comparative legal analysis of the 2015 and 2024 gubernatorial elections in Riau Islands Province. Using a juridical-comparative approach combined with doctrinal legal analysis and process tracing, the research compares statutory frameworks, institutional coordination, and electoral outcomes. Data were drawn from official regulations, Provincial KPU reports, voter turnout statistics, and budget records. Findings show that while the 2024 election benefited from greater legal coherence than in 2015, unchecked subnational discretion most notably the reduction of polling stations from 4,654 to 3,327 resulted in lower voter turnout (77% to 54%) and reduced accessibility, particularly in remote archipelagic areas. The study argues that both normative misalignment and procedural discretion, when unbounded, undermine electoral inclusiveness and transparency. Theoretically, this article contributes to the discourse on legal pluralism and regulatory coherence by demonstrating how harmonization must integrate both legal standardization and procedural predictability. Practically, it proposes a unified Election Code, “bounded discretion” guidelines, and institutionalized inter-agency coordination to safeguard electoral integrity.

Abstract

Community service in the form of implementing a system for inspecting and repairing damage to building walls in Ngadirgo Village, Mijen District, Semarang City aims to increase the insight and skills of local residents regarding the problem of cracks in building walls that occur due to ground movement. This activity starts from a site survey, preparation of tools and materials, training on the correct procedures, ensuring the implementation of correct repair methods and according to standards. Based on the results of surveys and interviews with local residents, the cracks in the walls of RW 2 Hall, Ngadirgo Village, Mijen District were caused by ground movement activities, resulting in non-uniform settlement of the building structure. The service team and students provide training and assistance to residents and bricklayers in Ngadirgo Village, Mijen District. The repair method used to repair cracked walls is the stitching method

Abstract

The problem of soft clay soil is currently one of the most worrying soil problems due to the increasing use of soft soil areas for construction needs. The main problem with soft clay soil is its nature which easily absorbs water but is difficult to release the water. The large amount of soft soil in the coastal area of Semarang City implies that in the construction process in the area, it is necessary to consider consolidation reduction. Soft clay soil takes a long time to reach 90% consolidation. This is because the permeability of soft clay soil is very small so that the process of dissipating water out is quite long. This dissipation process can be accelerated using engineering techniques, one of which is preloading. This process will further accelerate the consolidation process. This study was conducted to obtain the optimization of the embankment area against land subsidence on the coast of Semarang City using the numerical analysis method. From the research results, various variations were obtained for the area of embankment for a soil depth of 20 meters with a size of 30 x 30, the decline that occurred was 1.37 cm, a size of 40 x 40, the decline that occurred was 1.552 cm, a size of 50 x 50, the decline that occurred was 1.772 cm.
