Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan dua novel dari dua pengarang yang berbeda yaitu novel Oda Nobunaga Karya Sohachi Yamaoka dan novel Oda Nobunaga Karya Sakagchi Ango. Peneliti menggunakan dua novel karena kedua novel memiliki kemiripan dan perbedaan karakter kepemimpinan dari tokoh Oda Nobunaga. Penelitian ini berfokus pada karakter kepemimpinan Oda Nobunaga dan perbandingan karakter kepemimpinan pada novel karya Sohachi Yamaoka dan novel karya Sakaguchi Ango. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan karakter kepemimpinan Oda Nobunaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis secara rinci dan jelas. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah novel Oda Nobunaga karya Sohachi Yamaoka dan novel Oda Nobunaga karya Sakaguchi Ango. Total jumlah data yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 data. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana karakter kepemimpinan tokoh utama Oda Nobunaga dalam novel Oda Nobunaga karya Sohachi Yamaoka, (2) bagaimana karakter kepemimpinan tokoh utama Oda Nobunaga dalam novel Oda Nobunaga karya Sakaguchi Ango dan (3) bagaimana perbandingan karakter kepemimpinan Oda Nobunaga dalam kedua novel.?Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu terdapat delapan karakter kepemimpinan yang baik dalam novel Oda Nobunaga karya Sohachi Yamaoka yaitu?envision, integriy, dedication, humility, openness, creativity, fairness, dan assertiveness. Dalam novel Oda Nobunaga karya Sakaguchi Ango hanya terdapat tujuh karakter yaitu envision, integriy, dedication, humility, creativity, fairness, dan assertiveness. Perbandingan karakter kepemimpinan Oda Nobunaga dalam kedua novel tersebut yaitu terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan. Persamaan karakter kepemimpinan terdapat pada karakter dedication, humility, creativity, dan assertiveness. Perbedaan karakter kepemimpinan terdapat pada karakter envision, integrity, dan fairness. Terdapat pula penambahan karakter kepemimpinan pada novel karya Sohachi Yamaoka yang tidak ada dalam novel karya Sakaguchi Ango yaitu karakter openness. Kata Kunci : Oda Nobunaga, kepemimpinan, perbandingan Abstract This research is using two novels from two different authors that are novel Oda Nobunaga by Sohachi Yamaoka and novel Oda Nobunaga by Sakagchi Ango. The researcher used two novels because both of it have a similarity and difference on the leadership of some figure, Oda Nobunaga. This research is focus on leadership of Oda Nobunaga and comparison of leadership in a novel by Sohachi Yamaokaand a novel by Sakaguchi Ango. The goal of this research is to find out the leadership comparison of Oda Nobunaga. This research use descriptive qualitative method to describe the analysis results in detail and explicit. The source of data for this research is a novel Oda Nobunaga by Sohachi Yamaoka and a novel with the same title by Sakaguchi Ango. The total data found was at least forty one data. The issues on the research are following, (1) how is the leadership of Oda Nobunaga in novel Oda Nobunaga by Sohachi Yamaoka,(2) how is the leadership of Oda Nobunaga in novel Oda Nobunaga by Sakaguchi Ango, (3) how is the comparison of leadership in both novel. The result of the research that conduct is eight leadership character can be consider Good in novel Oda Nobunaga by Sohachi Yamaoka which are :envision, integrity, dedication, humility, openness, creativity, fairness, and assertiveness. In novel Oda Nobunaga by Sakaguchi Ango only seven characteristic which are: envision, integrity, dedication, humility, creativity, fairness, and assertiveness. The comparison is the leadership of Oda Nobunaga in both novel, which are the similarities and the differences. The similar characters are: dedication, humility, creativity, andassertiveness. The difference characters are: envision integrity, and fairness. There is also adding leadership character in novel by Sohachi Yamaoka that not include in novel by Sakaguchi Ango that is openness. Abstract

Hemodialisis merupakan terapi pengganti ginjal bagi pasien chronic kidney disease stage v. Meskipun hemodialisis mampu membuang kelebihan cairan dan sisa metabolisme, namun banyak pasien hemodialisis tidak patuh terhadap dietnya. Hal ini ditandai tingginya keluhan hipervolemi karena pasien maupun caregiver khususnya keluarga tidak paham dan kesulitan dalam manajemen cairan maupun nutrisi. Sementara upaya pelayanan kesehatan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan caregiver belum maksimal. Keberhasilan manajemen cairan maupun nutrisi sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran caregiver. Baik pelayanan kesehatan maupun keluarga merupakan caregiver yang mampu mendukung pasien hemodialisis dalam memahami manajemen diet ginjal dan strategi pembatasan cairan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan berupa edukasi cairan dan nutrisi kepada caregiver pasien hemodialisis. Strategi kegiatan ini melalui pemberian pelatihan sebanyak 2 kali dengan pre – posttest. Pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh bahwa terdapat peningkatan rerata tingkat pengetahuan caregiver terhadap edukasi C-Nut (Cairan dan Nutrisi) untuk mencegah kegawatan pada pasien hemodialisis.

Abstract

Olahan Kuliner Sangatta (OKUSA) is a shop or gallery established by LPB Pabanet (Lembaga Pengembangan Bisnis PAMA Benua Etam), as a market development effort for MSME products. The development of a Business Model Canvas (BMC) is an excellent step to assist OKUSA Stores in designing a more appropriate and effective business model. This study aims to identify and map the Business Model Canvas (BMC) at Toko OKUSA. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through Focus Group Discussion (FGD), with 6 respondents consisting of 4 OKUSA administrators, namely the Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and Marketing Division, and 2 officials of LPB Pabanet, namely the Coordinator and 1 Staff.. This research uses SWOT Business Model Canvas analysis, SWOT Diagram and Business Model Canvas Blue Ocean Strategy. The results showed that Toko OKUSA is in a position of Stability in terms of the aspects of the Business Model analysed by Canvas in the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, and IE Matrix. Analysis with the SWOT diagram shows that Toko OKUSA is in quadrant I, which means it remains in a prime situation. Analysis of the SWOT Matrix and Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) shows that Toko OKUSA must pay attention to the market situation and product arrangement in the gallery, utilise information media, add product value, create relationships with customers/clients on an ongoing basis. Abstract

Hepatitis is an inflammatory disease of the liver caused by toxins or poisons originating from chemicals, drugs, or infectious agents such as viruses. Hepatitis can be suffered by all groups, from children to adults. Previous research has proven that hepatitis C infection also contributes to the development of metabolic disorders which play an important role as risk factors for cardiovascular disease and hypertension. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that cause cardiovascular disorders in adult hepatitis B and C sufferers. This research is a type of descriptive research with a cross sectional design. The research respondents were 36 people (aged 20-60 years) using simple random sampling technique. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were 51-60 years old (44.5%), had at least elementary school education (52.8%), male gender (55.6%) and hepatitis B type (86.1%). The results of the analysis of factors causing cardiovascular disorders in hepatitis B and C sufferers were lifestyle, history of DM and high cholesterol with P<0.05. In further research, efforts can be made to increase knowledge of hepatitis B and C sufferers so that cardiovascular disorders such as hypertension, CAD and even heart failure do not occur

Abstract

Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning (PKWU) is a subject that focuses on creating work and entrepreneurial activities. To understand the material about the processing of Sokaraja fried getuk food which is based on the use of local wealth, the Project Based Learning (PjBL) method is very necessary. This learning model is used because it involves student activities in the learning process, which aims to solve problems so as to help them understand the subject matter better. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that reveals an in-depth picture of students' creativity. Researchers focus on exploring products and ideas produced by students as a real manifestation of their creativity.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the effectiveness of using YouTube and e-modules for statistics learning for social science students enrolled in statistics courses. Statistics is often considered an abstract and difficult subject to understand, which can trigger anxiety and reduce students' learning motivation. A total of 31 students of the Islamic community development study program at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin participated in this study. Students were divided into one group that underwent two learning sessions: first, they studied frequency distribution material with YouTube learning media (audiovisual), and second, central measurement with e-module learning media (text-based), with a comparative quantitative approach evaluated through pretest and posttest. The results showed that both YouTube and e-modules were equally effective in improving students' understanding of statistics. However, 84% of students who used YouTube showed a significant increase in understanding, while only 68% showed an increase after using the e-module. The average increase in scores with YouTube was 13.81 points, higher than 4.77 points on the e-module. The paired sample t-test indicated that YouTube was significantly more effective than the e-module, with a p-value < 0.05. YouTube’s advantages mainly lie in its visual and interactive features that help facilitate the understanding of abstract concepts in statistics. This study recommends integrating YouTube and e-modules to optimize statistics learning outcomes, especially in the social sciences.

Abstract

German is widely taught as a foreign language (DaF; Deutsch als Fremdsprache) in Indonesia. However, observations during German language instruction at Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) have revealed that writing skills pose a significant challenge for many learners. Preliminary observations suggest that diverse language proficiency levels is a primary contributing factor to this challenge. Notably, a substantial portion of German Education students at UNESA did not have prior German language course’s exposure in high school. In light of these observations, the present study underscores the urgency of implementing Binnendifferenzierung, a differentiated instruction approach, to address the diverse skill levels among learners. This qualitative descriptive research aims to describe the implementation of Binnendifferenzierung—differentiation learning—in the "Thematisches Schreiben" (Thematic writing) course. The study employed one form of differentiation: Differenzierung nach Aufgaben (task differentiation). Differenzierung nach Aufgaben involved introducing two variations of writing exercises at the A2 level: Aufgabe A. These variations included (a) vocabulary enrichment exercises, (b) guided writing with keywords, (c) serial writing based on cartoon images, and (d) free-theme writing. Differenzierung nach Sozialformen involved differentiating the teaching methods based on learners' preferences and learning styles. The findings of the study demonstrate that the implementation of Binnendifferenzierung in both forms effectively accommodated the heterogeneity of learners and provided opportunities for individualized learning tailored to their interests and abilities. This approach also introduced variations that aligned with the diverse needs of the learners.

Abstract

The Anguttara Nikaya course is a compulsory subject in the Buddhist Religious Education Study Program. Students often struggle to understand sutta texts due to their metaphorical language and repetitive narrative structure. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the gamification method in improving student learning outcomes. The research employs a quantitative approach using a Single Subject Research (SSR) design with the Applied Behavior Analysis (A-B-A) type. The results indicate that in the initial baseline phase (A1), students had a low understanding of sutta. After implementing the gamification method during the intervention phase (B), there was a significant improvement in comprehension and learning motivation. In the final baseline phase (A2), student performance remained stable and nearly matched the intervention phase. The gamification method has proven to be an effective tool in enhancing student learning outcomes and can be applied as an interactive learning approach in Buddhist studies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between interpersonal communication skills and the quality of friendship among teenagers in the pencak silat organization. This study uses a quantitative approach, the method used is the Pearson product moment correlation method. Data collection techniques in the study are scales/questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniques in this study use descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis with Pearson product moment correlation for hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that there are 50 teenagers who are members of the PSHT pencak silat organization used as research samples, the details of the research sample are 25 green belt students, 10 pink belt students, and 15 plain belt students with a total of 23 female students and 27 male students. Based on the data analysis technique carried out, a correlation value of r = 0.938 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000 which means 0.000 <0.05 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted meaning there is a relationship between interpersonal communication skills and the quality of friendship among teenagers in the pencak silat organization.
