Abstract

Problematika pemasaran senantiasa menjadi masalah yang sangat menarik, tidak hanya bagi mereka yang berkecimpung di dalam dunia usaha, tetapi bagi siapapun dari mulai masyarakat kelas sosial terbawah sampai masyarakat kelas soaial teratas. Hasil dari pelatihan ini melebihi ekspektasi dari tim pengabdi, dikarenakan antusiasme peserta yang begitu besar. Walaupun mungkin dari segi isi dan materi mungkin masih banyak kekurangan, tetapi pada dasarnya peserta sudah mampu memahami inti dan tujuan dari pelatihan ini. Pada intinya pelaksanaan Pengabdian dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, follow up dari kegiatan ini nantinya diharapkan peserta pelatihan untuk terus mencoba dan sebisa mungkin menerapkannya dalam kegiatan perkumpulan  untuk keberlanjutan Pengetahuan

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) develop a counting board media on aspects of cognitive development to calculate the sum of numbers 1-10 in Permata Bunda Prunggahan Kulon Kindergarten children. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) with the development model proposed by Sugiyono. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, research and development only has 5 stages, namely (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) validation of material experts and media experts, (5) product revision which results into the final product. This research was carried out at Permata Bunda Kindergarten in Prunggahan Kulon Semanding Tuban with the research subjects being group B children. Data collection used observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that: the development of a counting board and bottle cap media through 5 stages resulted in a counting board and boot cap product which were very suitable for use in the learning process of addition in early childhood at Permata Bunda Kindergarten. The media for this counting board uses a black flannel cloth measuring 60 x 40 cm, the bottle cap used is a small used drink bottle cap so it is easy for children to hold. The percentage of feasibility test results by material experts is 83% and media experts is 77%. So that obtained an average of 80%. These results indicate that the counting board and bottle cap media are in the "Very Appropriate" category to be used in classroom learning for the introduction of geometric shapes in early childhood

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemilihan lokasi usaha sebagai faktor penting dalam kesuksesan perusahaan, dengan fokus pada Kobocoffee. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 45 sampel dari total 50 pengunjung yang membeli merchandise. Kuisioner berisi lima indikator lokasi (akses, visibilitas, lalu lintas, tempat parkir, dan lingkungan) digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lokasi Kobocoffee dinilai sangat baik, dengan skor rata-rata 4.1, yang mengindikasikan bahwa lokasi ini dianggap strategis oleh responden. Faktor-faktor seperti aksesibilitas, keamanan, dan lingkungan berperan penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis Kobocoffee.

Abstract

This thesis discusses teacher strategies in improving skills with the drill method in grade I C of integrated Islamic private elementary schools sulthoniyah sambas for the 2022-2023 academic year. The research has three objectives, namely: 1) To describe strategic planning in improving writing skills with the drill method in grade 1 C SDS IT Sulthoniyah Sambas for the 2022-2023 academic year; 2) To describe and analyze the implementation of strategies in improving writing skills with the drill method in grade 1 C SDS IT Sulthoniyah Sambas for the 2022-2023 academic year.; and 3) To describe the evaluation of strategies in improving writing skills with the drill method in grade 1 C SDS IT Sulthoniyah Sambas for the 2022-2023 academic year. This research uses qualitative approach and phenomenological type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of data uses triangulation and member check. The results showed that: Strategy planning in improving writing skills with the drill method in class 1 C, namely from formulating goal achievement, determining material or materials, and determining tools or media. Implementation of strategies in improving writing skills with the drill method in class 1 C including through the stage of conveying the objectives of the drill method, the stage of providing motivation, and the stage of doing exercises. Evaluation of strategies in improving writing skills with the drill method in class 1 C, namely written tests and oral tests. The written test is where the teacher tells students to write by looking at the blackboard or in the LKS book, and the oral test is where the teacher tells students to write dictatedly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampel yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 54 responden. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar serta secara simultan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MI/MTS Nurul Anwar.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and describe a student's pronunciation between Arabic and Javanese (ngapak) at at the Darussalam Islamic boarding school in Purwokerto which was explored using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. This data aims to compare the sound system of Arabic and Javanese (ngapak) in Arabic conversation because it causes differences and similarities to the two languages ​​so that using contrastive analysis because the majority of students are from Java so that the accent in speaking Arabic is still attached to the Javanese accent. The researcher conducted an in-depth analysis so that the data obtained could be evaluated using the right method, namely the introduction of hijaiyah letters according to the Arabic dialect so that the researcher's goal was to lead students to be able to pronounce Arabic according to good rules.

Abstract

This psycholinguistic study has two characters, namely psycho and linguistic which discusses the behavior of children in language. The research uses a literature study method that comes from relevant literature sources. The results of the study focused on the application of learning Arabic through a communicative approach without eliminating the psycholinguistic system. In both formal and informal learning processes, the psycholinguistic process works to acquire language knowledge through learning. So that this interdisciplinary can lead educators to understand the processes that occur within each student that is faced when they try to understand and provide understanding. Materials in language learning are presented in class. The objectives of this study include students being able to understand Arabic easily, especially in a communicative approach to the ability to speak Arabic both as a whole and students being able to understand theories from psycholinguistic experts in Arabic learning, then linked with a communicative approach with the aim that students are able to communicate properly and appropriately using Arabic.

Abstract

Evaluasi sarana olahraga di SMPN 04 Pontianak Timur penting untuk memahami kondisi fasilitas yang mendukung pembelajaran olahraga di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi sarana olahraga di sekolah tersebut dan memahami implikasinya terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi langsung terhadap berbagai jenis sarana olahraga yang tersedia di SMPN 04 Pontianak Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui daftar periksa yang mencakup jenis sarana, jumlah, kondisi, dan tingkat kerusakan. Evaluasi sarana olahraga menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kondisi sarana masih baik, namun terdapat beberapa peralatan yang mengalami kerusakan, seperti bola voli, net voli, bola sepak, raket bulu tangkis, dan pemukul kasti. Meskipun demikian, kondisi ini masih memadai untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar olahraga di sekolah. Pentingnya sarana olahraga yang baik telah dibahas, karena sarana yang memadai dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif dan meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan olahraga. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kerusakan, perbaikan dan perawatan terhadap sarana olahraga yang rusak dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran olahraga di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) melalui rasio profitabilitas. Rasio profitabilitas merupakan indikator penting untuk menilai kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba relatif terhadap sumber daya yang dimilikinya. Rasio yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari laporan keuangan BCA selama periode 2021–2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BCA secara konsisten mempertahankan ROA dan ROE yang kuat, yang menunjukkan pengelolaan aset dan ekuitas yang efektif dalam menghasilkan laba. Rasio NPM juga tetap tinggi, menunjukkan efisiensi BCA dalam mengelola pendapatan bunga dan biaya operasionalnya. Secara keseluruhan, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk mampu mempertahankan kinerja profitabilitas yang sangat baik, menjadikannya salah satu bank paling tangguh dan tepercaya di sektor keuangan Indonesia.

Abstract

Maria Montessori's thoughts on early childhood education have had a tremendous impact on educators and observers of early childhood development. Maria Montessori developed many theories from various experiences she had while running Casa Dei Bambini, or the children's house, at that time. One of the theories she put forward from her experience was the theory of children's social development. The purpose of this study is to examine the results of Maria Montessori's thoughts related to aspects of social development that she has put forward in her book entitled The Absorbent Mind. This research is library research. The data source in this study is a book by Maria Montessori entitled The Absorbent Mind. The data collection technique used by the researcher in this study is documentation in the form of previous literature, both research and theory. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, where the researcher will reveal the contents of a book that describes the situation of the researcher and his community at the time the book was written. The results of this study show that the aspects of social development developed by Maria Montessori, as stated in her book The Absorbent Mind, are respect, patience, friendship and mutual affection, independence, mutual respect, helping each other, and a sense of togetherness.
