Abstract

Dilakukannya kajian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non performing loan (NPL) dan loan to deposit ratio (LDR) pada return on assets (ROA) pada Bank CIMB Niaga selama periode 2003–2023. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa NPL berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada ROA, sedangkan CAR dan LDR tidak berpengaruh secara parsial. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan bagi ROA dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,3%, mengindikasikan adanya faktor lain di luar model yang berkontribusi lebih besar pada fluktuasi ROA. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya pengelolaan risiko kredit dalam mempertahankan stabilitas profitabilitas bank, serta mendorong penelitian lanjutan dengan memasukkan variabel eksternal makroekonomi.

Abstract

of teachers in implementing learning, in accordance with the field of study that is their responsibility. Teacher readiness is shown pedagogically, namely in choosing and determining the right learning model, in accordance with the subject matter and characteristics of students. Initial data on science learning in class V MIN 26 Aceh Besar, showed that most of the students' learning outcomes had not been able to achieve the KKM (Minimum Completion Criteria), which was 70. The purpose of this study is to analyze teacher and student activities, as well as student learning outcomes using the Arends time token learning model in IPAS learning in elementary schools. The research method used was classroom action research. Data collection was carried out in accordance with the stages of classroom action research, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection of learning, as well as assessment of student learning outcomes. The results of the study found that teacher activity in cycle I was categorized as good (79.00%), while in cycle II teacher activity increased very well (91.40%). Student activity in cycle I was categorized as good (78.10%), while in cycle II student activity experienced a very good increase (92.40%). Student learning outcomes in cycle I were completed (53.33%). In cycle II student learning outcomes increased by achieving a complete score (86.70%). The results of the cycle I and cycle II tests showed that the application of the Time Token Arends learning model could improve student learning outcomes at MIN 26 Aceh Besar. Analysis of the results of this study showed that active participation in student learning through the application of the time token Arends learning model correlated with the improvement and strengthening of student understanding of the material taught by the teacher, which was indicated by an increase in student learning outcomes. Abstract

ABSTRACT Pesticides are one of the important substances in agriculture that can help farmers and have an important role in overcoming the problem of pest organisms on agricultural land. Pesticides are one of the important substances in agriculture that can help farmers and have an important role in overcoming the problem of pest organisms on agricultural land. Farmers' knowledge also influences the causes of poisoning caused by the use of pesticides. The level of knowledge will influence the incidence of pesticide poisoning in farmers, especially if farmers do not use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The aim of this research is to analyze the health risks of tomato farmers regarding exposure to the pesticide chlorpyrifos in the Bukit Health Center area, Bener Meriah Regency in 2024. This research design uses analytical descriptive with a cross sectional study design. The samples taken were 54 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique, namely random sampling. This research was carried out in the Bukit Health Center area of Bener Meriah Regency from 12 July to 04 August 2024. The results of statistical analysis using the Chi Squer test obtained a P value = 0.001 < 0.05, this shows that there is a relationship between the knowledge of tomato farmers and exposure. Chlorpyrifos pesticide, P value = 0.003 < 0.05, this shows that there is a relationship between the attitudes of tomato farmers towards exposure to the pesticide chlorpyrifos, and the P value = 0.002 < 0.05, this shows that there is a relationship between the use of personal protective equipment for tomato farmers and exposure. Chlorpyrifos pesticide in the Bukit Bener Meriah District Health Center area in 2024. It is hoped that this research can bring changes in society for the better, especially for the people in the Bukit Bener Meriah District Health Center working area and provide new knowledge about Health Risk Factors for Farmers Tomatoes Against Exposure to the Pesticide Chlorpyrifos.
