Abstract

In the Indonesian economy, UMKM is the business group with the largest number and proved to be able to withstand various types of economic crises. The number of UMKMs increases from year to year. The new development of the UMKM can only be seen from the number side. In general, especially in the financial aspect, only a few UMKMs have experienced development in terms of their financial performance. This is not apart from the unconsciousness of UMKM’s perpetrators about the importance of corporate finance management. Financial management becomes one of the important aspects of the company’s progress. Financial management can be done through accounting. Accounting is a systematic process for generating financial information that can be used for decision-making for its users. Method of implementation: 1. Problem-solving (Preliminary Studies, Identification, and Formulation of Problems, Problem Solving), 2. Khalayak Target (According to the outcome of the problem that the author has previously outlined, the target audience in this service is the financial manager on UMKM ARENTA 3. Abstract

Indonesian society today has become accustomed to the use of drugs. This can be caused by various factors such as the development of the disease, the production of various types of drugs and supplements, in addition to the large number of pharmacies that sell drugs that do not follow the applicable rules and the start of the implementation of national health insurance such as BPJS has allowed people to get easier access to treatment. These developments have caused various positive and negative impacts. The positive impact that can be seen is that more and more people are starting to care about health by checking themselves into healthcare places. While the negative impact that may arise with the increasing use of drugs in the community is errors in using drugs. This can occur due to a lack of knowledge and information conveyed to the public regarding the use of good and correct drugs. Errors in the use of drugs can cause harm both to society and to the environment. This counseling activity is intended for the community to increase basic knowledge of drugs, namely recognizing drug signs and etiquette (labels) useful for reducing drug abuse and increasing insight into drugs on the market.

Abstract

The development of sustainable tourism in rural areas increasingly relies on innovation and digital transformation. This study investigates the influence of technology adoption and social media branding on sustainable tourism, with green tourism supply chains (GTSC) acting as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 385 respondents who are tourism stakeholders in Banten Province through a structured questionnaire. The analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results reveal that both technology adoption and social media branding significantly influence sustainable tourism, directly and indirectly through GTSC. Social media branding had the strongest effect, followed by technology adoption. GTSC also significantly mediates the relationship between both independent variables and sustainable tourism. These findings highlight the importance of integrated strategies that combine digital innovation with green operational practices. It is recommended that tourism village stakeholders enhance digital capabilities, build green supply networks, and utilize social media strategically to support sustainability goals

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi job insecurity serta job stress terhadap tendensi turnover intention pada karyawan PKWT non-proyek di lingkungan PT Krakatau Jasa Logistik. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif, riset ini melibatkan 44 responden yang dipilah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data primer diekstraksi lewat kuesioner yang divalidasi berdasarkan indikator teoretis dari ketiga variabel utama. Dalam model analisis, job insecurity dan job stress ditempatkan sebagai variabel bebas, sementara turnover intention bertindak sebagai variabel terikat. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20, mencakup tahapan verifikasi instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil studi memberikan bukti empiris bahwa secara individu maupun kolektif, kedua variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pengunduran diri karyawan. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan ketidakpastian status kerja dan tekanan psikologis menjadi pemicu utama fluktuasi tenaga kerja, sehingga diperlukan strategi penguatan jaminan kerja untuk memitigasi risiko tersebut.

Abstract

The advancement toward the Society 5.0 era has encouraged MSMEs to increasingly adopt artificial intelligence in various business activities, particularly in digital marketing practices. However, empirical evidence examining the role of artificial intelligence in supporting digital marketing management among MSMEs, especially in developing countries, remains limited. This study investigates the influence of artificial intelligence utilization on digital marketing management among MSMEs in the Society 5.0 era. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey involving MSMEs that actively utilize digital technologies in their marketing activities. The collected data were analyzed using linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that artificial intelligence utilization has a positive and statistically significant effect on digital marketing management among MSMEs. These results indicate that the integration of artificial intelligence into digital marketing activities contributes to improving marketing effectiveness and strengthening MSMEs’ competitiveness in the Society 5.0 era. Furthermore, this study contributes to the literature on technology-based digital marketing and provides practical implications for MSME practitioners and policymakers.
