Abstract

Eksistensi pengawas sekolah dalam sistem supervisi pendidikan merupakan pilar strategis yang menjamin mutu penyelenggaraan pendidikan nasional. Namun, implementasinya di lapangan sering kali terhambat oleh stigma negatif yang memposisikan pengawas sebagai pihak yang hanya "mencari kesalahan" atau menyudutkan guru. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana penerapan konsep "seni membimbing" melalui integrasi perspektif Al-Qur’an dan Psikologi dapat menjadi upaya efektif untuk menghapus stigma tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kepustakaan (library research). Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa "seni membimbing" merupakan pendekatan yang menekankan bahwa seorang pengawas harus mampu membimbing diri sendiri sebelum membimbing orang lain. Pendekatan ini berlandaskan pada tiga pilar pengembangan aspek internal pengawas, yaitu: penataan niat yang tulus untuk mencari rida Allah agar terhindar dari perilaku sia-sia ; pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang selalu diperbarui (update) agar memiliki kredibilitas dalam memecahkan masalah ; serta pengelolaan kesehatan mental yang stabil melalui ketenangan jiwa dan zikir. Selanjutnya, strategi implementasi bimbingan di sekolah dilakukan melalui komunikasi yang lembut (qawlan layyinan) untuk meminimalisir resistensi emosional, pemberian keteladanan (uswah hasanah) untuk menumbuhkan rasa hormat alami, serta penggunaan metode debat positif sebagai sarana menyerap aspirasi dan keluhan guru secara produktif. Melalui pendekatan yang humanis dan integratif ini, pengawas sekolah diharapkan dapat mereposisi perannya dari sekadar pengawas administratif menjadi mitra strategis guru. Dengan demikian, tercipta hubungan harmonis dan dialog konstruktif yang secara kolektif berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang bermutu tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of female madrasah principals in education management, especially in the Ibtidaiyah madrasah environment. Qualitative research methods were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis in 13 districts of South Kalimantan province. The research focused on women's leadership roles in leveraging resources, building collaboration with the community, planning the curriculum, and utilizing technology in learning management. The results show that female madrasah principals play a key role in leveraging madrasah resources, building collaboration with the community, planning a responsive curriculum, and utilizing technology to improve learning. They are also active in developing an inclusive work culture, implementing effective supervision strategies, and creating open communication and active engagement within the madrasah environment. The findings provide an overview of the importance of women's leadership roles in managing education, confirming their contribution to creating an inclusive, innovative, and sustainable learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of educational institutions integrated with social and cultural values in creating a humanistic, adaptive, and socially relevant education system. The study employed a literature review method by analyzing journals, books, and scholarly articles related to social and cultural value-based education. The findings indicate that the integration of social and cultural values plays an important role in shaping students’ character, strengthening cultural identity, and increasing social awareness. In addition, the implementation of these values can create an inclusive and contextual learning environment. However, its implementation still faces challenges such as globalization, social change, and limited understanding of local culture. Therefore, strengthening culture-based curricula, improving educators’ competencies, and enhancing collaboration between schools and communities are necessary.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of accreditation and certification on the development of Islamic educational institutions, especially in improving institutional quality and teacher professionalism. This research uses a literature study method by collecting data from books, scientific journals, and previous relevant studies. The data were analyzed descriptively through reviewing and interpreting theories and research findings related to accreditation, certification, and the quality of Islamic education. The results show that accreditation plays an important role in improving institutional management, curriculum standardization, and learning processes that are more organized, active, and student-centered. In addition, teacher certification has a positive impact on improving pedagogical competence, professionalism, discipline, and the quality of classroom learning. Certified teachers tend to be better at planning and carrying out effective learning activities and using more varied and innovative teaching methods. However, the implementation of accreditation and certification still faces several challenges, such as limited facilities, lack of continuous training, and low use of technology. Therefore, the success of accreditation and certification in improving the quality of Islamic education requires institutional commitment, teacher motivation, and continuous guidance and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the method of teaching hadith with a chain of transmission applied at Pondok Pesantren Al Ihsan and its impact on preserving the Islamic scientific tradition. This article uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation of the data collected during the research and literature study of relevant sources. The results showed that the teaching of sanad hadith at Al Ihsan Islamic Boarding School was carried out systematically by prioritizing a deep understanding of the sanad to verify the validity of the hadith. In addition, this learning focuses on transferring textual knowledge and developing students' character and spiritual values. Students are invited to actively discuss, understand the historical context, and apply the hadith daily. The teaching method effectively preserves the tradition of hadith science, maintains the authenticity of Islamic teachings, and strengthens students' belief in the truth. This research contributes to the development of the study of Islamic religious education, especially in teaching hadith in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of financial independence through sharia-based business practices within Islamic educational institutions. The background of this research is rooted in the increasing need for financial sustainability in educational institutions, particularly those relying heavily on external funding sources. A literature review method is employed, utilizing both primary sources such as peer-reviewed journals and secondary sources including books and institutional reports. The findings indicate that sharia business models not only provide financial support but also instill entrepreneurial values, ethical awareness, and practical skills among students. Moreover, the integration of Islamic economic principles such as fairness, transparency, and prohibition of riba strengthens institutional credibility and community trust. However, challenges remain in terms of managerial capacity, innovation, and market competitiveness. This study concludes that financial independence in Islamic educational institutions can be effectively achieved through structured and sustainable sharia-based business initiatives, supported by strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration.
