Abstract

Objective: (1) It is aimed to reveal and analyze the distinction between cone exercise method and reflective wall exercise method toward legerity of front kick development. (2) It is aimed to reveal and analyze the distinction between cone exercise and reflective wall exercise method for high flexibility and low flexibility athletes. (3) It is aimed to reveal and analyze the interaction between the cone exercise and reflective wall exercise method and flexibility toward front kick legerity development. The method of research is experimental research method with 2x2 factorial design.The analysis employed ANOVA (analysis of Variants) with significance (α) level on 0.05.Agility exercise roles as the research variable as cone and reflective wall roles as the free variableHigh flexibility and low flexibility role as the attribute variable, while front kick role as the bound varable.The population is 33 Temanggung Tapak Suci Pencak athletes (teenage).Sampling technique employed purposive sampling which results in 20 athletes.Research instrument are flexibility test as well as front kick legerity test.The result shows: (1) That reflective wall agility exercise is better than cone exercise method as Fvalue > Ftable or 22.231 > 3.59. (2) That athletes who poses high flexibility are better than those who poses low flexibility since it shows Fvalue > Ftable or 64.692 > 3.59. (3) That there is interaction between cone exercise and reflective wall exercise method to front kick agility since Fvalue >Ftable or  6.231 > 3.59.

Abstract

Teacher certification is one way for the government to improve the quality and professionalism of a teacher in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Also, supervision can realize its function as a process of improving teacher quality through activities that emphasize self-realization, self-growth, and self-development. This study aims to analyze and describe the performance of physical education teachers who have certification and supervision in Tenggarong Seberang District. The approach used in this study is a case study method. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observations and documents. The background of the study included certified physical education teachers in Tenggarong Seberang District. The source of the data is obtained from the headmaster, certified physical education teacher. The results of the study in five schools and six certified sports teachers and five school principals found no significant effect on the performance of physical education teachers. From the five schools, lack of discipline in teaching does not change very much in the learning method and age and disease factors that affect the performance of physical education teachers. This study recommends that to improve teacher performance, the government must regulate teacher policies regarding age and health as teacher support. Firmness as well as principals in arranging a teacher he leads.

Abstract

The Purpose: (1) To find out and analyze the significant relationship between leg strength to the speed of the front kick. (2) To find out and analyze a significant relationship between the balance of the body against the speed of the front kick. (3) To find out and analyze the significant relationship between limb muscles flexibility to the speed of front kick. This research method is a triple correlation. Variables are divided into two namely independent variables: leg strength, body balance, and flexibility of leg muscles. While the dependent variable is the speed of Pencak Silat front kick. Population: A number of 72 male fighters from Tapak Suci in Banjarnegara Regency. The data collection technique uses tests and measurements, namely the standing board jump, dynamic balance, split front, and front kick speed test. Data analysis using multiple regression. Result: (1) There is a contribution of leg strength to the speed of the front kick in pencak silat martial arts. Proven from the results of the analysis obtained a contribution of 40.53%, (2) There is a contribution to the balance of the speed of the front kick in pencak silat martial arts. Proven from the results of the analysis obtained a value of the contribution of 50.74%, (3) There is a contribution of flexibility in the limb muscles to the speed of the front kick in pencak silat. This is proven from the results of the analysis obtained value of the contribution of 8.72%, (4) There is a contribution of leg strength, balance, and flexibility of leg muscles with the speed of front kick in pencak silat martial arts. Proven from the results of the analysis obtained the value of the contribution of 40.31%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) developing multifunctional futsal goalposts for sports and health physical education learning materials, (2) providing learning tools to be more effective and efficient for physical education. The procedure of development research carried out includes several activities including: (1) initial analysis; (2) analysis of needs during sports and health physical education learning (3) analysis of manufacture counts; (4) planning the initial product; (5) expert validation; (6) revisions; (7) small scale trials; (8) revisions; (9) product testing; (10) revisions. The instruments used in this study include (1) assessment sheet/questionnaire; (2) interviews. The results of the validation of material experts I and II which covered all aspects obtained an average value of 88% and 83% with very good categories, while the validation of technical experts I and II obtained an average percentage value that included all aspects of 82% and 85% with very good categories. In small-scale trials, the percentage value obtained by respondents of students and sports and health physical education teachers was 92% and 90% with very good categories. The results of large-scale product testing obtained an average value of percentages with respondent respondents by 95% with a very good category and the respondents are physical education teachers obtained an average value of 94% with the category obtained very well. The conclusions and suggestions in this study resulted in a multifunctional futsal goalpost product for physical education for elementary school students. Suggestions for multifunctional goalpost products can be applied in elementary schools especially in physical education subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out and analyze (1) The Differences effect between Indonesian traditional games with and without tools on gross motor skills in fourth grade male students of Elementary School Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 2 Semarang, (2) Differences affect between students who have high and low agility towards gross motor skills in fourth grade male students of Elementary School Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 2 Semarang, (3) Interaction between the types of Indonesian traditional games and the agility towards gross motor skills in fourth grade male students of Elementary School Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 2 Semarang. This study uses an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The data analysis technique uses Analysis of Variants (ANOVA) at the significance level (α) = 0.05. The results of this study (1) There is a significant differences between the Indonesian traditional games using traditional tools and without using traditional tools for gross motor skills by obtaining Fvalue = 5.597 with a significance value of 0.028, with a significance level of 0.028 < 0.05, (2) There is an influence between high and low agility on gross motor skills with Fvalue = 13.159 with a significance value of 0.002, with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, (3) There is an interaction between Indonesian traditional games and the agility towards gross motor skills with Fvalue = 15.547 and Ftable = 3.47, this means Fvalue > Ftable.

Abstract

This research is done based on problems that occur in tennis match because they still use manual Score Sheet, so researches interested in conducting research and development of an Android-based score sheet application for the referee (chair umpire). Development being done are the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, free trial product, free trial usage. Data analysis using a quantitative and qualitative approach. The result of the research on the small scale product validation by tennis referee experts has obtained an average score of 4.5 with category of “very good” and IT experts obtained an average score of 4.2 with category of “good.” While on the validation of large scale product by referees was 4.8 with the category of “very good” and IT experts obtained an average score of 4.7 with the category of “very good.” The final product effectiveness test on a small scale trial was stated “very good” with a percentage of 81.72 % by the referee. While on the large scale trial obtained a percentage of 93.44% by the referee. The conclusions of this research were product development of Android-based score sheet application at tennis match greatly helped the referee’s performance in recording match statistics, Product development of Android-based score sheet application for the referee at tennis match was worthy of being used as mass products.

Abstract

Dunia anak adalah bermain, sedangkan permainan adalah aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh semua orang termasuk anak-anak. Anak-anak menyukai jenis permainan yang menantang dan melibatkan banyak teman sebagai bentuk interaksi sosial dengan teman sebayanya. Kids athletics adalah suatu bentuk permainan yang berasal dari pengembangan atletik yang dilakukan oleh orang dewasa, kemudian di kembangkan sebagai model permainan anak-anak untuk mengenalkan atletik sesuai dengan usia pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Melalui berbagai model pengembangan permainan atletik inilah maka anak-anak akan menyukai permainan Kids athletics yang disesuaikan dengan peralatan dan kebutuhan anak-anak. Peralatan yang digunakan juga mudah didapat di sekeliling kita, sehingga permainan ini dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan dengan berbagai peralatan yang ada di sekitar kita, murah dan menyenangkan bagi anak-anak.Playing is naturally a childrens world, while the game is an activity that is done by everyone, including children. The kids love type of games which is challenging and involves a lot of friends as a form of social interaction with their peers. Kids athletics is a form of the game developed from track and field which is usually done by adults. Kids athletics of children's games to introduce age-appropriate athletic growth and development of children. Through various athletic games development model of this that the kids will love playing Kids' athletics and equipment tailored to the needs of children. The equipment used is also easily available all around us , so the game can be done anywhere and with a variety of equipment that is all around us , cheap and fun for children .

Abstract

Pembinaan prestasi olahraga di Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Pelajar (PPLP) Jawa Tengah merupakan wadah pembinaan prestasi atlet-atlet yang memiliki potensi olahraga di Jawa Tengah. Untuk meningkatkan prestasi optimal perlu adanya SDM pengelolaan yang kompeten. Di samping itu faktor penunjang seperti pendanaan dan sarana prasarana yang memadai akan menjadi efek samping dalam meraih prestasi yang tinggi. Melalui manajemen pembinaan yang baik prestasi olahraga di PPLP dapat ditingkatkanThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of the traditional game of rounders repetition techniques to increase gross motor skills of children SLB N Ungaran mild mental retardation. The method used in this study is the experimental method. This research is pretest posttest One Group Design. Methods of data analysis using the t test. Population and sample is a random sample of mild mental retardation children SLB N Ungaran totaling 7 children. All samples were given treatment repetition rounders game techniques.Gross motor research results with the t test there is the influence of the average results of a calculation using a mild mental retardation child hypothesis tests to run 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:57 (post-test), running 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:57 (post-test) , throws 1:29 (pre-test) and 2.71 (post-test), capturing 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:43 (post-test), hit 1:29 (pre-test) and 2:14 (post-test). Aspects that there is no influence, namely jumping 1.71 (pre-test) and 1:57 (post-test), jump 1:43 (pre-test) and 1:29 (post-test), kicking 1.71 (pre-test) and 1:29 (post-test) , In addition to every aspect of the average in the overall gross motor tests increased by an average of 1:44 (pre-test) and 2:07 (post-test). Abstract

This study aimed analyzing and evaluating the appropriateness of lesson plan, analyzing and evaluating the conformity of lesson plan compiled with the implementation of learning, and analyzing the conformity of the Physical Health Education Learning (called PJOK) implementation with the conformity of Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation (called Permendikbud) Number 22 of 2016 about Curriculum 2013 of PJOK in Public Junior High Schools, Kediri. This research is evaluation research that analyzes lesson plans and implementation of learning by referring to the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 22 of 2016 about Curriculum 2013. The sources and subjects of this study were teachers, assistant principal of academic affairs and curriculum, and tutor teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Mix method analysis technique with descriptive qualitative and quantitative was used based on four components include data collection, data reduction, data presentation or display, concluding. The results of this study were: percentage of lesson plan conformity compiled by PJOK teachers was 92.78%, the percentage of conformity for learning implementation was 86.37%. Based on the analysis results, it could be concluded lesson plan compiled was categorized very good, learning implementation carried out in Junior High Schools Kediri was categorized very good, and the level of conformity of learning implementation with lesson plans had been done well.

Abstract

This study aimed at analyzing the perceptions of students, teachers and parents on the implementation of Physical, Sports, and Health Education (called PJOK) subject, analyzing the role of students, teachers and parents on the construction of PJOK learning planning, analyzing students, teachers and parents understanding and position on the construction of PJOK learning planning. This research was a kind of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was 8 Public Senior High School in East Kutai, while the sample was 10% of the total number of student respondents from 8 state high schools drawn by the proportional stratified random sampling technique consisted of 754 respondents. The data were collected through surveys and interviews. The results revealed that students’ and teachers’ perceptions, and parents’ role in the implementation of PJOK subject was good, students’ and teachers’ understanding, and parents’ role in the implementation of PJOK subject was sufficient, students’, teachers’ and parents’ role in the implementation of PJOK subject was sufficient. This research also provided some suggestions including PJOK teachers and parents should pay attention to students as subjects in education who have roles and positions that must be considered in learning, the government needs to provide clear guidelines and be concerned with the implementation of education through a curriculum system that is under the subject principles in education in which the subject is the student.
