Abstract

Proses pengajuan magang pada UPT Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jawa Timur saat ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional, sehingga proses pengajuan berjalan tidak efektif dan terdapat kemungkinan dapat kehilangan dokumen magang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merancang dan membangun sistem informasi SI-PEGANG berbasis website dengan studi kasus UPT Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jawa Timur supaya dapat mempermudah proses pengajuan dan pengelolaan magang berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Metode pengembangan untuk sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahap testing menggunakan metode black box testing dan semua fitur dapat berjalan lancar. Hasil dari perancangan website Sistem Informasi SI-PEGANG pada UPT Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jawa Timur menghasilkan 5 fitur yaitu: pengajuan magang, logbook, absensi, laporan magang, dan cetak e-sertifikat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem informasi yang terorganisir, termasuk dalam pengelolaan ruang rapat di perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen ruang rapat berbasis web pada PT XYZ menggunakan teknologi JavaScript. Pengembangan sistem ini mengadopsi metode Waterfall yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan React.js untuk front-end, Express.js untuk back-end, dan Prisma sebagai Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) dengan MySQL sebagai basis data. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing guna memastikan sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan ruang rapat, memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan reservasi secara real-time, serta mengurangi konflik jadwal akibat pencatatan manual. Dengan adanya sistem ini, PT XYZ dapat mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan ruang rapat dan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

The ornamental fish market is growing rapidly due to the great interest in the hobby of keeping ornamental fish which is supported by technological advances.  Unfortunately, these technological advances also include problems that are still experienced by sellers and buyers, such as a lack of understanding of how to send fish and a lack of information about trustworthy sellers.  This research aims to formulate user needs and create an ornamental fish marketplace application interface using the Design Thinking method with good usability values.  This research discusses creating application interface designs using the Design Thinking method which focuses on users to overcome the problems above.  This research produces interface designs for 21 features with the main feature being a community that makes it easier for sellers to interact and displays ratings on stores to make it easier to find trustworthy sellers.  This research was carried out in two iterations, with the final test results in the second iteration being 92.85% (Learnability value) and 91.15% (Efficiency value) for five sellers.  Test results for five hobbyists / potential buyers obtained a Learnability score of 97.14% and Efficiency of 92.72%.  Meanwhile, Satisfaction (SUS) for both got a score of 83.5%.  The test results produced a good usability design.

Abstract

In higher education institutions, managing undergraduate thesis administration remains a challenge, particularly in the Physics Study Program, which currently lacks an system that can manage the process of students thesis. To address this issue, the Thesis Management Application was developed as a solution to manage thesis administration through a web-based system accessible to Students, Lecturers, Thesis Coordinators, and Study Program Coordinator. This study focuses on frontend web development using the Next.js framework and APIs. The application offers key features including authentication, pre-proposal submission, thesis advisor assignment, seminar and examination management, and submission of graduation documents. The development process followed the Scrum methodology over six sprint iterations. The application was tested using both black-box testing and user acceptance testing. A total of 177 were tested using black-box testing, all of which received a passed status. User Acceptance Testing was conducted across the four user roles mentioned earlier, with all features receiving accepted status Finally, the system was deployed on the Vercel cloud hosting server, allowing public access for users.

Abstract

Alena Soccer merupakan penyedia layanan lapangan futsal yang masih mengandalkan sistem pencatatan manual dalam operasionalnya. Hal ini menyebabkan sejumlah permasalahan, seperti terjadinya booking fiktif, kesulitan verifikasi pembayaran transfer, pencatatan data yang tersebar di berbagai tempat, serta kurangnya integrasi data antar layanan yang ditawarkan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem informasi reservasi dan manajemen lapangan futsal berbasis website menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Metode Waterfall digunakan untuk memastikan pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara bertahap dan terstruktur. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur utama seperti reservasi lapangan online dengan pembayaran QRIS melalui Midtrans, manajemen membership dengan sistem tagihan berkala, penyewaan peralatan olahraga, layanan fotografer, fitur Open Mabar untuk berbagi biaya, sistem poin reward, Point of Sale untuk admin, serta dashboard laporan keuangan untuk owner. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black-box testing pada 125 skenario, seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan dan diterima dengan baik oleh pengelola Alena Soccer.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Asrama Mahasiswa Nusantara (AMN) Surabaya dengan tujuan mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Rapor Pembinaan Berbasis Web sebagai media pemantauan dan evaluasi perkembangan mahasiswa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah proses pembinaan yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum terintegrasi antara data akademik dan non-akademik. Metode kegiatan meliputi survei pendahuluan, penyusunan program, pengembangan sistem, sosialisasi dan pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan user-centered design agar mudah digunakan oleh pengelola dan mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan terhadap kemampuan pengguna dalam mengoperasikan sistem, di mana 80% peserta memahami fungsi sistem dan 75% mahasiswa aktif menggunakannya. Nilai rata-rata pre-test meningkat dari kisaran 50–60 menjadi 80–90 pada post-test, yang menandakan peningkatan literasi digital dan efektivitas pembinaan. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, serta kualitas proses pembinaan mahasiswa di AMN, sekaligus mendukung pencapaian IKU dan SDGs pada bidang pendidikan berkualitas serta penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the demand for precious metals, especially gold, has significantly increased. Companies need to adopt modern technology to facilitate the ordering of precious metals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a precious metal ordering application using the Design Thinking method, which involves the stages of empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. Starting with problem identification and interviews to understand user needs, this study produces user personas and user flows that assist in creating wireframes and mockups of the application. The prototype is tested through usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Maze to measure user effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The results show that the designed application enhances user experience with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, achieving a usability testing score of 85 on the SUS and a task success rate of 90% on Maze, indicating that the Design Thinking method is effective in designing the UI/UX of a precious metal ordering application.

Abstract

drg. Irna Dental Clinic is a healthcare facility that still uses a semi-manual system for patient registration and medical recordkeeping, leading to various issues such as service delays, recording errors, and difficulties in managing patient data. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system that integrates administrative processes, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, medical record management, and online consultation features. The system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, employing modern web technologies for the frontend, user interface design, and database management. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method with 48 test cases, all of which were successfully executed as expected. This indicates that all the core features of the system function properly and consistently. The results show that the system can improve the clinic’s operational efficiency, simplify access to information, and support more organized and modern patient services. By transitioning from a semi-manual system to a fully digital one, the clinic can provide faster, more accurate, and easily accessible services, significantly enhancing the overall patient experience and helping the clinic keep up with technological advancements in healthcare service delivery. Additionally, the feedback from the clinic's staff (doctors and admins) confirmed that the system meets the operational goals and provides a more efficient solution compared to the previous manual processes.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the food and beverage industry encourages business actors to have innovative sales strategies to increase their sales. This thesis focuses on TERÉ café and Bar Seminyak, which has not utilized its sales transaction data optimally. The main purpose of the preparation is to identify customer purchasing patterns and formulate recommendations for food and beverage menu packages that can increase sales. This thesis uses data mining techniques with Association Rules and the FP-Growth algorithm to analyze sales transaction data at TERÉ café and Bar Seminyak based on customer preferences in five different time sessions. The data used is sales data from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 and the framework used is CRISP-DM. The results of the analysis show that there is a strong combination between “Octopus” and “Burger” in the opening session, a strong combination between “Baked Egg” and “Avocado Toast” or “Tere Toast” in the lunch session, and in the next three sessions there is a strong combination between “Bintang (PACKAGE)” and “B2G3 BINTANG”. These results were obtained from the min support parameters of 0.01, confidence of 0.1 and lift of 2.

Abstract

UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur Virtual Tour is a campus virtual application that offers digital information about the university's buildings, rooms, and facilities. It is required to examine usability in order to determine whether the virtual campus tour of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur is useful to students. Numerous issues were discovered in the virtual campus tour of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur based on observational research by several students. users-friendly The System Usability Scale is a technique for evaluating information systems that involves end users and looks at three aspects: adjective rating, grade scale, and acceptability. Ten statement items are employed as an evaluation measure in the process of evaluating the usability scale system. The ultimate outcome of the evaluation was a 64 on a scale of one to ten. According to these criteria, the Virtual Tour of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur belongs to the high adjective rating group, group D on the grading scale, and group good on the acceptability scale. If the Virtual of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur Tour is still used, it can be stated that the usability component of the virtual tour has to be improved.
