Abstract

Rumah Kost Gang Famili No. 03 is one of the residences that has been established since 1991 and has served tenants for a long time. In its management, the process of recording tenant data, payment, and communication between boarding house owners and tenants is still carried out manually, so there are often delays in information and lack of efficiency. This research aims to design and develop a web-based information system for Rumah Kost Gang Famili No.03 with the Waterfall method, which is integrated with a messaging system (WhatsApp or SMS notifications) to facilitate the administration, monitoring, and communication process. This system has two types of users, namely visitors (tenants) who can view information and contact admins, and admins who can manage the webside itself. With the implementation of this system, it is hoped that boarding house management will be more effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of tenants.

Abstract

A computer network is a collection of devices connected to communicate and exchange data. The internet is a global network that connects users worldwide. To access the internet, Mikrotik network devices and LAN cables are commonly used. However, LAN cables are less efficient for multiple users, especially smartphone users, as Android devices do not support LAN connections. Mikrotik offers a hotspot feature that allows users to connect wirelessly. To ensure security and prevent unauthorized access, login authentication is required. This can be achieved by integrating the RADIUS feature on Mikrotik with FreeRADIUS and MySQL on an Ubuntu server. User accounts for authentication can be managed through the daloRADIUS web application. The integration of FreeRADIUS, MySQL, and daloRADIUS with Mikrotik simplifies user account management and prevents unauthorized users from accessing the network. This system enhances security and ensures only registered users are able to access the internet via the hotspot

Abstract

Pelatihan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan keterampilan digital generasi muda, khususnya Gen-Z yang sangat dekat dengan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan TIK melalui pengembangan game edukatif di LKP Karya Prima Kursus sebagai sarana pembelajaran kreatif dan interaktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan mengamati proses pelatihan, keterlibatan peserta, serta hasil akhir berupa produk game edukatif sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan kreativitas, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan kolaborasi peserta dalam menyelesaikan tantangan berbasis teknologi. Selain itu, peserta merasa lebih termotivasi dalam mengintegrasikan pembelajaran dengan teknologi yang menyenangkan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan TIK berbasis game edukatif efektif dalam memberikan pengalaman belajar yang relevan, adaptif, serta sesuai kebutuhan Gen-Z dalam menghadapi perkembangan era digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of green marketing and environmental attitude on green purchase intention, both directly and through the mediation of green brand image and moderation of consumer involvement, in MSMEs in Medan City. This study used the partial least square method using 250 samples. The results showed that green price, green product, green place, green promotion, and environmental attitude had a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention, and each also had a significant effect on green brand image. Green brand image was proven to significantly increase green purchase intention, while consumer involvement also had a significant effect on green purchase intention. However, only the moderation of consumer involvement on the relationship between green product and green purchase intention was significant, while the moderation on the relationship between green price, green place, green promotion, and environmental attitude was not significant. In addition, all mediation relationships through green brand image between green marketing components and environmental attitude on green purchase intention were proven to be significant, confirming the important role of green brand image in shaping consumer purchase intention towards environmentally friendly products of MSMEs in Medan City. In conclusion, green marketing and environmental attitude have a significant effect on green purchase intention, both directly and through green brand image as a mediator, while consumer involvement only significantly moderates the relationship between green products and green purchase intention.

Abstract

The main problems that often occur in embankments built on soft soil are subsidence of the subgrade and stability of the embankment. This research aims to determine the effect of applying silty clay soil stabilized by PAM on subgrade subsidence and embankment operation stability. Apart from that, this research also analyzes the effect of variations in slope on subgrade subsidence and embankment stability. Analysis uses the finite element method with Plaxis 2D V20 software. From the analysis results it is known that the use of 0.2% PAM stabilized silty clay backfill material; 0.4%; 0.6%; 0.8%; and 1% has a higher Safety Factor (SF) value than the selected embankment, where the SF increase is 28.72%; 29.90%; 30.81%; 32.75%; and 33.10%, respectively. The use of silty clay material stabilized by PAM (0.2%; 0.4%; 0.6%; 0.8%; and 1%) succeeded in reducing settlement occurring in the field respectively by 10.23%; 6.77%; 5.79%; 4.41%; and 1.09%. This means saving on the need for stockpiled materials. Variations in slope affect the decrease in the stability of the subgrade and embankments, where the smaller the slope angle, the smaller the subsidence of the subgrade and the greater the value of the embankment stability safety figure obtained.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a moderating variable at PT Global Trans Nusa. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical testing data analysis. The sample taken in this study were all customers who had used the services of PT Global Trans Nusa, totaling 85 people. The data analysis used is MRA analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 application. The results showed that Service Quality has an effect on Customer Loyalty at PT Global Trans Nusa. Promotion has an effect on Customer Loyalty at PT Global Trans Nusa. Service Quality and Promotion affect Customer Loyalty at PT Global Trans Nusa. Customer Satisfaction cannot moderate the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at PT. Global Trans Nusa. Customer Satisfaction cannot moderate the effect of Promotion on Customer Loyalty at PT. Global Trans Nusa. Abstract

This research analyzes the quality of information system and information technology performance in the Shopee application using the COBIT 2019 framework. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting Likert scale-based questionnaire data, which was distributed to 112 respondents from Satya Wacana Christian University students class of 2020-2023. The technical analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, and ANOVA, with the |aim of determining the rel| relationship between gender |and cl|ass v|ari|ables on user s|atisf|action. The rese|arch results show th|at aspects of responsiveness and empathy h|ave |a signific|ant influence on user s|atisf|action, with a value of t = 1.685 (men) and t = 1.698 (women), as well as a p-value > 0.05 which shows there is no signific|ant difference based on gender. The 2019 COBIT Evaluation shows weaknesses in IT risk management, and optimization of IT resources, as well as the need to improve data security and customer service systems, and optimization of IT infrastructure. This research contributes to understanding the application of COBIT 2019 in IT govern|ance in e-commerce and provides recommendations for improvements for Shopee in improving user experience. The limit|ation of this research is | that the s| sample is limited to one institution and a certain period, so the results cannot be widely generalized.

Abstract

Kompetensi profesional yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan profesi”Standar kompetensi guru mencakup kompetensi inti guru yang dikembangkan menjadi kompetensi guru PAUD/TK/RA, guru kelas SD/MI, dan guru mata pelajaran pada SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/MA, dan SMK/MAK. Peran dan profesionalisme kompetensi profesional (kualitas SDM) guru mutlak diperlukan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikan sehingga tujuan-tujuan progam dan pelaksanaan pembangunan pendidikan tersebut terwujud. Dalam hubungannya dengan kualitas SDM tersebut, sudah barang tentu tidak terlepas dan pengetahuan, skill, kepekaan sosial dan kemampuan-kemampuan lainnya yang secara umum berdasar latar belakang tingkat pendidikan yang dimiliki. Abstract

In analyzing the financial condition of a company, it is very important to analyze financial ratios. Where financial ratios have an important role in knowing how much influence financial conditions have on the company's better future. This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio on Total Assets at PT Bank Sumut Pusat Medan City. Data acquisition is generated from secondary data calculated in each month on the financial statements studied at PT Bank Sumut Pusat Kota Medan. Data collected by interview and data management and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, in this study the data was processed using SPSS. The sample used in this study was 36 monthly reports for three years, namely the period 2020 to 2022. The results of this study indicate that partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on Total Assets at PT Bank Sumut Medan City Center for the period 2020 to 2022
