Abstract

This study investigates the interaction between capital structure, net profit margin, and company value in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia. The goal is to gain insight into how these factors interact and affect the overall value of a company in a particular region and industry. This analysis uses quantitative methods based on financial data and relevant metrics for a sample of food and beverage sector companies operating in Indonesia from 2019 – 2023, with sample data of 15 companies having been used. This study examines the relationship between profitability, liquidity, and company value through statistical analysis and linear regression modeling techniques with SPSS version 26. The results showed that profitability had a significant effect on the value of the company. Liquidity does not affect the value of the company. Profitability and liquidity simultaneously affect the value of a company. The findings contribute to the existing literature on company valuations by providing empirical evidence specific to the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research has implications for policymakers, investors, and managers, as it offers valuable insights into the factors that drive corporate value in the industry, helping stakeholders make decisions and strategies to improve performance and competitiveness. Abstract

AbstrakPetani di Desa Tamiang seringkali menghadapi kerugian karena biaya usaha tani yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan harga jual produk. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan tata kelola yang efisien guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani melalui pendapatan mereka. Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 273 Tahun 2007 tentang Pedoman Pembinaan Kelembagaan Petani mengarahkan pembinaan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan memperkuat kelembagaan petani menjadi organisasi yang mandiri dan kuat dalam bentuk kelembagaan ekonomi petani. Koperasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan hasil pertanian dengan memberikan akses yang lebih baik terhadap pasar, sumber daya, dan teknologi. Keberadaan koperasi juga memungkinkan skala ekonomi yang lebih besar, sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya produksi dan meningkatkan pendapatan petani. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memperkuat pengelolaan hasil pertanian melalui koperasi pada Kelompok Tani Tamiang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi: sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Desa Tamiang tentang pentingnya koperasi, pendampingan dalam pembentukan koperasi, edukasi, forum group discussion, coaching, mentoring. Penguatan koperasi dalam pengelolaan hasil pertanian diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dan berkelanjutan bagi kelompok tani dan masyarakat luas. Dengan dukungan yang tepat, koperasi dapat menjadi pilar utama dalam mencapai ketahanan pangan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Kata Kunci: penguatan kelembagaan; koperasi; kelompok tani.AbstractFarmers in Tamiang Village often face financial losses due to high farming costs that exceed the selling price of their products. To overcome this, efficient management is needed to improve farmer welfare through increased income. Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 273 of 2007 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Farmer Institutions directs development towards increasing the capacity and strengthening farmer institutions to become independent and strong organizations in the form of farmer economic institutions. Cooperatives play a vital role in enhancing agricultural product management by providing better access to markets, resources, and technology. The presence of cooperatives also allows for a larger economy of scale, which can reduce production costs and increase farmer income. This community service aims to strengthen the management of agricultural products through cooperatives within the Tamiang Farmer Group. The methods used include: socialization to the Tamiang Village community regarding the importance of cooperatives, assistance in forming cooperatives, education, forum group discussion, coaching, mentoring. Strengthening cooperatives in managing agricultural products is expected to have a positive and sustainable impact on farmer groups and the wider community. With proper support, cooperatives can become a major pillar in achieving food security and improving farmer welfare. Keyword: institutional strengthening; cooperative; farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the e-didactical design of algebra material adapted to the learning barriers experienced by Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) students. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a Didactial Design Research (DDR) approach involving three stages, namely: didactical situation analysis before learning, metapedidactic, and retrospective. The research was conducted at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Baros, Banten with the research subjects being class VII students consisting of twelve students. The results of the preliminary study show that MTs students experience barriers to learning mathematics, indicated by the existence of several difficulties, namely difficulties in algebraic operations, difficulty in solving problems that require the application of mathematical concepts, difficulty solving story problems, and operating multiplication and division. The solution to overcome these learning barriers requires e-didactic design in the form of teaching materials that contain daily problems based on these student learning barriers. The results showed that the e-didactical design given can overcome the learning barriers of MTs students, where the results of the competency test show that the learning barriers experienced by students can be minimized, this is indicated by the average value of student learning outcomes of 96.67% and a standard deviation of 8.5.

Abstract

Education is one of the main pillars in building a country's civilization, which aims to develop the potential of students optimally. Mathematics, especially algebra, plays an important role in the development of science and technology. This research aims to identify learning obstacles experienced by students in solving algebra problems. The research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach which was carried out on March 5 2024 on 27 class VIII students at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar Baros. The instrument used is a learning obstacle test which has been validated by experts. The results of the analysis show that the majority of students experience difficulty in working on algebra problems, with 61% having difficulty in concepts, 65% of students having difficulty in carrying out arithmetic operations and 43% of students having difficulty in procedures. The learning obstacles that cause errors in answering the test questions are that students do not understand the concept of solving algebra material well, students do not understand the meaning of variables, students still rely on rote methods to remember formulas, resulting in difficulties in algebraic operations that do not use certain formulas, and students' inaccuracy in working on questions.
