Abstract

Shooting dan passing merupakan teknik dasar sepakbola yang sangat penting untuk dikuasai. Namun, faktanya tingkat kemampuan shooting dan passing atlet sepak bola Negaroa Football Academy masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui tingkat kemampuan teknik dasar passing pada atlet Negaroa Football Academy; dan (2) mengetahui tingkat kemampuan shooting pada atlet Negaroa Football Academy. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Negaroa Football Academy. Subjek yang dilibatkan pada penelitian ini meliputi 15 atlet sepakbola dengan rentang usia 10-12 tahun. Pemilihan sampel dilaksanakan dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengumpul data yang dimanfaatkan berupa tes short passed dan tes shooting at the ball. Analisis data yang diperoleh disajikan sesuai analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) rata-rata tingkat kemampuan passing atlet Negaroa Football Academy tergolong dalam kategori sedang; dan (2) rata-rata tingkat kemampuan shooting atlet Negaroa Football Academy juga tergolong dalam kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat ketepatan passing dan shooting atlet usia 10-12 tahun pada Negaroa Football Academy berada pada kategori sedang dan masing perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

For now, the achievements of silat athletes cannot be said to be encouraging. There are still many athletes who still need a good physique. This study aimed to produce a yoga exercise model for flexibility. This type of research is adapted to the design of development research by Borg and Gall. The participants involved in this study were Pencak silat athletes, totaling 65. Observation, interviews, and questionnaires collected data. The stages of data collection were carried out in the early stages; expert tests, limited tests on small groups, field tests, and effectiveness tests using statistical methods. The study's results prove that the overall exercise model can be used and is in the pilot stage from the evaluation results of yoga experts and trainers. The small group trial stated that silat athletes could apply and practice the developed model. The large group trial stated that the exercise model developed helped increase the variety of flexibility exercises. Based on the model's effectiveness, there are differences in flexibility before and after implementing the yoga practice model. It was concluded that developing a yoga exercise model proved beneficial for increasing the variety of athletes' training and effectively increasing the flexibility of Pencak silat athletes.

Abstract

Implementing the Tri Hita Karana concept in character and spiritual values education in higher education significantly impacts students' holistic well-being. However, developing assessment instruments for implementing this concept is still lacking. This research aims to develop a Tri Hita Karana-based yoga model instrument for Merdeka exchange students. This type of research is development research using the ADDIE method. The subjects of this research were 2 learning content experts, 2 language experts, and 2 learning design experts. The trial subjects were 30 independent exchange students (3 in individual trials and 27 in small group trials). Data collection methods used include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire sheet. The techniques used to analyze data are qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative and inferential statistics. The research results, namely the assessments given by learning content experts, obtained an average score of 94.5%, resulting in very good qualifications. The assessment results given by language experts were 93% (very good qualifications). The assessment results given by learning design experts were 96.5% (very good qualifications). The results of the practicality test given by the lecturer received an average score of 96% (very practical). The results of the individual trial assessment were 92% and small group trials 95%, so getting a very practical qualification. The t-test results show a difference in the average value of holistic well-being among students after using the Tri Hita Karana Based Yoga Model Instrument. It was concluded that the Tri Hita Karana Based Yoga Model Instrument is feasible and effective to use to improve the holistic well-being of independent exchange students.

Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani adalah suatu proses yang dilakukan secara sadar dan sistematik melalui berbagai kegiatan jasmani untuk memperoleh pertumbuhan jasmani, kesehatan dan kebugaran jasmani, kemampuan dan keterampilan, kecerdasan dan perkembangan watak serta kepribadian yang harmonis. Agar para pengajar Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan kesehatan pada berbagai jenjang sensitif terhadap perkembangan pengetahuan tentang pembelajaran masa depan, diperlukan serangkaian kegiatan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini sangat urgent dilakukan untuk memfasilitasi upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning. Dengan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning akan memudahkan bagi pebelajar (learner) untuk mengakses pembelajaran penjas dengan menggunakan berbagai modus belajar. Melalui pembelajaran berbasis blended learning juga akan meningkatkan keterampilan soft skill (keterampilan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi) bagi pelajar dan mahasiswa. Melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis blended learning akan membangun jembatan antara konteks pembelajaran yang bersifat teaching-based, instructor-mediated ke arah konteks pembelajaran yang bersifat learning-based. Keuntungan yang akan diperoleh melalui pembelajaran ini terutama untuk menyediakan sumber-sumber belajar bagi mahasiswa yang berpeluang untuk mengembangkan setiap individu mencapai kemampuan optimal dalam keterampilan hard skill maupun soft skill.

Abstract

Cedera olahraga merupakan salah satu faktor penghambat atlet untuk meningkatkan performa maupun mencapai prestasi tertinggi. Pencak silat merupakan olahraga bela diri dengan karakteristik full body contact, berpotensi menimbulkan cedera bagi atletnya. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang penanganan cedera olahraga kepada atlet Perguruan Silat Satria Muda Indonesia (PS SMI) Unit Panji Anom yang berbasis sport science. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini diawali proses pemberian materi secara teoritis, dilanjutkan memberikan pendampingan penanganan cedera, dan diakhiri dengan proses evaluasi menggunakan instrumen unjuk kerja untuk mengukur tingkat keterampilan para peserta dalam menangani kasus cedera. Peserta yang terlibat sejumlah 20 pesilat PS SMI Panji Anom. Narasumber yang dihadirkan yaitu salah satu dosen Fakultas Kedokteran Undiksha.  Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh narasumber, maka pemahaman dan keterampilan para peserta telah berhasil mencapai nilai dengan rata-rata 89 atau secara individu semua peserta telah meraih nilai di atas 70. Disimpulkan bahwa seluruh peserta telah memiliki pemahaman dalam penanganan cedera menggunakan metode RICE. Diharapkan pasca kegiatan ini, peserta secara konsisten untuk mengimplementasikan penanganan cedera menggunakan metode RICE apabila ditemukan kasus cedera baik saat latihan maupun bertanding.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of mental well-being for students participating in independent student exchange programs, who often face challenges in social, cultural, and academic adaptation. Tri Hita Karana Yoga Model that integrates Balinese local wisdom, is believed to help overcome psychological stress and improve mental well-being. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the Tri Hita Karana Yoga Model on the mental well-being of students in student exchange programs. The method used was an experiment with a pretest-post-test design, involving participants who were given intervention for several weeks. Data analysis was carried out using the Paired Sample t-test to measure differences in mental well-being before and after the intervention. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the mental condition of participants before and after being given treatment, with a significant increase in the average mental well-being score. In conclusion, the Tri Hita Karana Yoga Model is effective in improving students' mental well-being. The contribution of this study to science is to expand the understanding of the benefits of yoga integrated with local wisdom in supporting mental health, as well as providing recommendations for the development of mental well-being intervention programs among students, especially in the context of academic exchange.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menjabarkan fenomena permainan bulutangkis melalui analisis pertandingan Tunggal Putra pada Indonesia Open 2024. Penelitian tidak bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis atau menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel, melainkan menggambarkan fakta sosial berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari tayangan ulang video pertandingan di YouTube. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi dengan instrumen Table Format of Match Analysis yang dimodifikasi, mencatat jumlah pukulan, keberhasilan, kegagalan, serta jenis teknik yang digunakan, seperti smash, netting, lob, drive, dan dropshot. Sampel penelitian adalah pertandingan antara Shi Yu Qi dan Anders Antonsen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua pemain menggunakan teknik netting dan smash sebagai pola dominan, namun perbedaan dalam tingkat keberhasilan dan konsistensi menjadi penentu hasil pertandingan. Shi Yu Qi tampil lebih dominan pada set ketiga dengan tingkat keberhasilan tinggi, sementara Anders Antonsen menunjukkan konsistensi lebih baik di dua set awal. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya teknologi analisis video sebagai alat bantu strategis dalam mengevaluasi performa atlet, serta tantangan dalam penerapannya di tingkat pelatihan dasar. Temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelatih dan pemain dalam merancang strategi serta program latihan yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Swim in Focus digital media based on Yoga-Based Learning as a warm-up tool to reduce the risk of injury in swimming athletes. An exploratory qualitative approach was used involving swimming coaches and athletes as the main informants. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and documentation of warm-up exercises using the media. The results showed that Swim in Focus was able to improve athletes' physical and mental readiness through a structured, interactive, and easy-to-understand warm-up guide. This media also helps reduce minor injury complaints such as muscle cramps and joint pain by increasing flexibility and body awareness. Coaches reported ease in directing warm-up exercises that were more systematic and engaging for athletes. However, challenges such as limited access to technology and initial understanding of yoga principles need to be overcome to optimize the implementation of this media. The findings confirm that the integration of digital technology and body awareness approach can be an effective strategy in swimming coaching for injury prevention. This research makes an important contribution to the development of innovative and holistic sports learning media.
