Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan service pendek backhand dengan net tetap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, (2) pengaruh pelatihan service pendek backhand dengan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan service pendek backhand dengan net tetap dan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura yang berjumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test–post-test design. Hasil penelitian (1) pelatihan net tetap berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand dengan thitung 8,872 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. (2) pelatihan net tinggi bertahap berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand thitung 11,103 dengan signifikansi thitung 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05 dan, (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan net tetap dan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, dengan signifikan sebesar 0,007. Pelatihan net tinggi bertahap (hasil rata-rata 22,39) berpengaruh lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pelatihan net tetap (hasil rata-rata 14,89). Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan net tetap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service pendek backhand, (2) pelatihan net tinggi bertahap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service pendek backhand, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan net tetap dan net tinggi bertahap terhadap ketepatan service pendek backhand, pelatihan net tinggi bertahap lebih baik dibandingkan net tetap terhadap peningkatan ketepatan service pendek backhand. Kata Kunci : Service PendekBackhand, Net Tetap, Tinggi Bertahap This study destination to determine ( 1 ) the effect of short - service backhand with a net fixed to the accuracy of the backhand short service, ( 2 ) the backhand short service trainee effect with high net gradually to the accuracy of the backhand short service, ( 3 ) The difference between the effect of short - service traineebackhand to the net fixed and high gradually to the accuracy of the backhand short service. Subjects were boys extracurricular badminton in SMP Negeri 2 Amlapura totaling 36 people . This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design . The results of the study ( 1 ) the trainee effect on the accuracy of the net remains a backhand short service with t-test with significance 8.8720.000 t-test is less than α = 0.05, ( 2 ) high net trainee gradually affect the accuracy of the backhand short service account 11,103 with 0,000 t-test of significance is smaller than α = 0.05 and, ( 3 ) the difference between the net trainee remains high and net gradually to the accuracy to the backhand short servic, with significantly by 0.007. High net training stages (average yield of 22.39) effect is better than the fixed net trainee (average yield of 14.89. Based on data analysis and discussion is concluded that ( 1 ) the training effect on the increase in net fixed precision backhand short service, ( 2 ) high net training gradually affect the increased accuracy backhand short service, ( 3 ) there is a difference between training the net effect remains and high net gradually the accuracy backhand short service , high net training gradually better than net fixed to the increased accuracy backhand short service. keyword : Short Backhand Service, Net Fixed, High Gradually

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan menggunakan sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat Satria Muda Indonesia Komwil Buleleng, (2) pengaruh pelatihan tendangan tanpa sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat Satria Muda Indonesia Komwil Buleleng, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menggunakan sasaran dan tanpa sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat Satria Muda Indonesia Komwil Buleleng. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah atlet pemula perguruan penca ksilat SMI Komwil Buleleng sebanyak 32 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 16 dan manual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode eksperimen, yaitu dengan metode yang memberikan atau menggunakan suatu treatment (perlakuan), Hasil Penelitian ini adalah (1) pengaruh pelatihan menggunakan sasaran terhadap keterampilan teknik tendangan lurus, dengan hasil thit = 22.79. Sedangakan ttab = 2,042. (2) Pengaruh pelatihan tanpa sasaran terhadap keterampilan teknik tendangan lurus diperoleh hasil thit = 1,82. Sedangakan ttab = 2,042. Dilihat dari hasil rata pelatihan menggunakan sasaran 66,88> pelatihan tanpa sasaran 51,25. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menggunakan sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknik tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat SMI Komwil Buleleng tahun 2014, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan tendangan tanpa sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknik dasar tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat SMI Komwil Buleleng tahun 2014, (3) Ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menggunakan sasaran dan tanpa sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknik tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat SMI Komwil Buleleng tahun 2014. Subjects in the study were college athletes beginner ksilat Disabled SMI Komwil Buleleng as many as 32 people. Data were analyzed using SPSS 16 and manual. The method used in this research is to use the experimental method, ie the method of providing or using a treatment (treatment), results of this study are (1) the effect of the targeted skills training using techniques straight kick, with the result thit = 22.79. While the ttab = 2.042. (2) Effect of training without a goal kick straight to the engineering skills obtained results thit = 1.82. While the ttab = 2.042. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap dan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan servis atas pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan “the modified pre test post test group design”. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang ketepatan servis atas diukur dengan tes servis dari Nurhasan (2001: 170). Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan melakukan servis atas. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 36,534 > t tab 2,145 , (2) pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit =20,840 > t tab 2,145 , (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap dan pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 3,467 > t tab 2,048. Pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah = 10,8 > pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap = 9,07 Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap terhadap ketepatan servis atas (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan servis atas (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan servis atas dengan sasaran tetap dan sasaran berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan servis atas.Kata Kunci : servis atas dengan sasaran tetap, servis atas dengan sasaran berubah-ubah, ketepatan servis atas bola voli This study aimed at investigating the effect of upper serve coaching with constant target and upper serve coaching with inconstant target toward the upper service’s accuracy of male students’ members of volleyball extracurricular at SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2014. The design of this study was quasi experimental with design the modified pre test post test group design. The subjects of the study were 30 students. Those 30 students’ upper services were measured by service test from Nurhasan (2001: 170). The data collection was obtained by counting dependent variable to the upper service’s accuracy. The data analysis used technique t-test independen at significant level α = 0, 05. The result of this study showed that (1) there was an effect of upper serve coaching with constant target the training toward the upper service’s accuracy, in which thit = 36,534 > ttab = 2,145, (2) there was an effect of upper serve coaching with inconstant target toward the upper service’s accuracy, in which thit = 20,840 > ttab = 2,145, (3) there was a difference on effect of upper serve coaching with constant target and upper serve coaching with inconstant target toward the upper service’s accuracy, in which thit = 2,599 > t tab 2,048. upper serve coaching with inconstant target a better effect than of upper serve coaching with constant target on the ability upper service’s accuracy. It could be seen from the mean score of upper serve coaching with inconstant target was = 10,8 > upper serve coaching with constant target was 9,07 From the data analysis and findings, it can be sumerized that (1) there is effect of upper serve coaching with constant target toward the upper service’s accuracy (2) there is effect of upper serve coaching with inconstant target toward the upper service’s accuracy (3) there is significant effect between of upper serve coaching with constant target and upper serve coaching with inconstant target toward the upper service’s accuracy.keyword : upper service with constant target, upper service with inconstant target, service accuracy, volleyball upper service

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan dan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa sekolah sepakbola (SSB) Tabanan United U-12 tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Data passing control diukur dengan tes passing control ke dinding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 10,31>ttabel= 2,074 (2) pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 15,64>ttabel= 2,074 (3) pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 17,33>15,92. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing control, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing control, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan passing control antara pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan dengan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan, dimana pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control sepakbola Kata Kunci : Kata-kata Kunci : Sepakbola, passing control, pelatihan. This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of training pairs one-touch passing on the skills of passing control, (2) the effect of passing the training pairs two touches to control the passing skills, (3) The difference in the effect of training pairs one-touch passing and two touch passing pairs of skills passing control. The subjects were students of the school football (SSB) Tabanan United U-12 in 2014, amounting to 24 people. The data measured by passing control tests passing control to the wall. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data were analyzed using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level. It was concluded that (1) there are significant training in pairs one-touch passing to the increased ability of passing control, (2) there are significant training in pairs of two touch passing to the increased ability of passing control, (3) there are differences in the increase in the ability of passing control between training pairs one-touch passing with unpaired two-touch passing, where the training pairs two touch passing is better than passing the training pairs one touch to control the football passing ability. keyword : Keywords: Football, passing control, training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan manual uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan side hop berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan side hop memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan side hop = 52,80 > pelatihan double leg speed hop 48,80. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop, dimana pelatihan side hop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan duble leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkaiKata Kunci : double leg speed hop, side hop, daya ledak, otot tungkai This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training on the double leg speed hop leg muscle explosive power, (2) the effect of side hop training on explosive leg muscle power, (3) the difference between the training double leg speed hop and side hop on explosive leg muscle power. Test data collection using the vertical jump test. Analysis of the data using calculations with independent t-test at the significance level (α) of 0.05, with SPSS 16.0. The results of this study (1) the training effect on the double leg speed hop leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2.048, (2) side hop training effect on leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2.048, (3) There is a difference between training double leg speed hop and side hop on explosive leg muscle power, with the result thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2.048. Side hop training gives better results than the double leg speed hop training on explosive leg muscle power, seen from the average of the training side hop = 52,80 > 48,80 double leg speed hop training. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan pelatihan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 50 orang yaitu siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Data diukur dengan instrumen tes standing broad jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan signifikan 30,44 (2) pelatihan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan signifikan 36,01 (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan signifikan 8,50. Pelatihan double leg bound (hasil rata-rata 183,52) berpengaruh lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan single leg speed hop (hasil rata-rata 175,68) terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pelatihan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Pelatihan double leg bound lebih baik dibandingkan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Single leg speed hop, Double leg bound dan Power otot. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of single leg speed hop exercise to the muscle leg power, (2) the effect of double leg bound exercise to the muscle leg power, (3) the difference effect of between the single leg speed hop exercise and the double leg bound exercise to the muscle leg power. The subjects of this research were 50 students of football extracurricular SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. The data measured with standing broad jump test. This research was an experimental study, with the modified group pre-test - post-test design. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the single leg speed hop exercise affected to the muscle leg power, with result of signifikan 30,44, (2) the double leg bound exercise affected to the muscle leg power, with result of signifikan 36,01, (3) there was difference effect of between the single leg speed hop exercise and double leg bound to the muscle leg power, with result of signifikan 8,50. The double leg bound exercise (result of mean 183,52) gives a better effect than with single leg speed hop exercise (result of mean 175,68) to the muscle leg power. Based on data analysis concluded that (1) the single leg speed hop exercise affected to the muscle leg power, (2) the double leg bound exercise affected to the muscle leg power, (3) there was difference effect of between the single leg speed hop exercise and double leg bound of muscle leg power. The double leg bound exercise gives a better effect than with single leg speed hop exercise to the muscle leg power. keyword : Training, Single leg speed hop, Double leg bound and Muscle power.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan split jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan split jump dan skipping terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Seririt tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Data hasil penelitian ini diuji menggunakan Uji Least Significant Difference (LSD), dengan hasil (1) pelatihan split jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil rata-rata pre-test 47,47 dan rata-rata post-test 49,93, sehingga didapatkan rata-rata gain-score 2,47, (2) pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil rata-rata pre-test 46,93 dan rata-rata post-test 50,60, sehingga didapatkan rata-rata gain-score 3,67, (3) pelatihan skipping memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 1,200. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan split jump dan skipping terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, dimana pengaruh pelatihan skipping lebih baik dari pada pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the split jump training on explosive power leg muscle , (2) the effect of skipping training on leg muscle explosive power , (3) the difference between the effect of the split jump and skipping training on explosive power leg muscle . The subjects were male student extracurricular participants badminton SMP Negeri 1 Seririt 2014 , amounting to 30 people . This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre - test post - test design . Test data collection using vertical jump test . Data analysis using ANOVA test calculations with one lane significance level α = 0.05 SPSS 16.0. Data were tested using the Least Significant Difference test ( LSD ) , with the result (1) training split jump affect the increase in leg muscle explosive power with the average results of pre-test average of 47.47 and a post-test 49.93 , so we get an average gain -score of 2.47 , (2) training skipping effect on the increase in leg muscle explosive power with the average results of pre-test average of 46.93 and a post-test 50.60 , so we get the average -rata gain -score of 3.67 , (3) training skipping give better effect than the split jump training to increase the explosive power of the leg muscles with a mean difference of 1,200 . It was concluded that (1) There is an effect of split jump training to increase leg muscle explosive power , (2) There is the effect of skipping training to increase leg muscle explosive power , (3) There is a difference between the effect of the split jump and skipping training to increase explosive power leg muscle , where the effect of skipping training is better than the split jump training to increase explosive power leg muscle. keyword : split jump , skipping , explosive power , muscular legs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan lari bolak-balik terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lari interval dan lari bolak-balik terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat katagori laga di SMP Negeri 5 Denpasar berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified non-randomized pre-test post test group design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kecepatan tendangan depan. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil deskripsi uji data menggunakan LSD, pelatihan lari interval berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference -1,133, pelatihan lari bolak-balik berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference 1,133, dan pelatihan lari bolak-balik memberikan pengaruh lebih baik daripada pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan pencak silat dengan mean difference 1,133. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan lari bolak-balik terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (3) pelatihan lari bolak-balik lebih baik dari pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan. The subjects were students extracurricular martial arts match in the Junior High School category 5 Denpasar amounted to 30 people. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified non-randomized pre-posttest group design. Test data collection using the skills test speed front kick. Data analysis using anava test of the path α = 0.05 significance level SPSS 16.0. The description of the test data using LSD, interval training run effect on the speed of the front kick with a mean difference -1.133, training run back and forth affect the speed of the front kick with a mean difference 1.133, and training to run back and forth to give effect better than interval training run the speed of the front kick martial arts with mean difference 1.133. It was concluded that (1) no effect on the speed interval training running front kick, (2) there was an effect of training to run back and forth to the front of the kick velocity, (3) training run back and forth better than interval training run on the speed front kick.keyword : Keywords : velocity, kick, training, extracurricular.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box drill fitness, (2) pengaruh pelatihan boomerang run terhadap kelincahan, (3) perbedaan hasil dari pelatihan box drill fitness dan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Maulana Pegayaman tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes shuttle run. Analisis Data dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil deskripsi uji data menggunakan LSD, pelatihan box drill fitness berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference -0,048, pelatihan boomerang run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference 0,048, dan pelatihan boomerang run memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference 0,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan hasil peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan box drill fitness dan boomerang run, dimana pelatihan boomerang run lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap kelincahan siswa putra ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Maulana Pegayaman. The subject for this study are 30 male students of taekwondo’s extracurricular in SMP Maulana Pegayaman on 2014. The Research using experimental method the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design, data collection using shuttle run test. Data analysis with ANOVA test one lane significance level α = 0,05 program supported SPSS 16.0 The description of research using LSD, box drill fitness training affect increased the agilities by mean difference 0,048,and boomerang run training results showing a better effect then box drill fitness training for agility enhancement by mean difference 0,048. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan box jump dan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 1 Banjar tahun 2014, berjumlah 30 orang laki-laki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan manual uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisa data: (1) pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan side hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan box jump dan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan side hop memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan side hop = 52,80 > pelatihan box jump 48,80. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan box jump yang segnifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan side hop yang segnifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan box jump dan side hop, dimana pelatihan side hop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box jump terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Power, otot tungkai, pelatihan, ekstrakurikuler This study aims to determine ( 1 ) the effect of the training box jump to the leg muscle power , ( 2 ) the effect of the training side hop on leg muscle power , ( 3 ) the difference effect between the training box jump and hop side of the leg muscle power . The results of the data analysis : ( 1 ) training box jump effect on limb muscle power , with the result thit = 8.94 > ttab = 2.048 , ( 2 ) training hop side effect on limb muscle power , with the result thit = 16.51 > ttab = 2,048 , ( 3 ) There are differences between the training box jump and hop side of the leg muscle power , with the result thit = 10.01 > ttab = 2.048 . Training side hops give better results than training box jump to the leg muscle power , seen from the average yield of the training side hop = 52.80 > 48.80 jump box training .
