Abstract

Companies must continue to improve the quality of human resources to face the increasing competition in various sectors. This research aims to determine the influence of training, work discipline and career development on the performance of employees at the Surabaya Region III Airport Authority Office. This research is included in quantitative research. The method used in this research is a survey method. The data used comes from primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses multiple regression and classical assumption tests. The research results show that the simultaneous F statistical test results of Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Career Development (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) Tcount is (34.819) F table (2.84) so it means that Training ( X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Career Development (X3) together or simultaneously have an influence on Employee Performance at the Surabaya Region III Airport Authority Office. This means that if the employee feels adequate in terms of training and career development, discipline at work will be created for each employee which will in turn improve good performance.

Abstract

Communication media and organizational change development are expected to be the key to growing the integrity of business actors in Fakfak district's superior products in building a cooperation network. The purpose of the research is to determine the level of ability to utilize communication media and the expertise of business people in Fakfak district's superior products to move organizations in order to build business cooperation. The research began in May – December 2023. Descriptive research method with a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches. Data was obtained through a direct survey of respondents who had been deliberately determined. The data obtained are given a weight value based on the assessment indicators obtained from the results of the preliminary research. The validity and reliability of the data were tested gradually and in a structured manner using the triangulation and role sharing approaches. The results of the study are presented in the form of a spider web diagram equipped with an illustration of the shift share gap value, a root cause analysis diagram with a combination of weighting techniques, pearson correlation analysis, and a regression equation model obtained from the SPSS statistical device version 2.3.

Abstract

One of the main tasks of the Government through the sub-district is to provide guidance to the village (kampung). The goal to be achieved in village planning and development is to create a productive community so that it is able to empower and realize its own welfare. The research aims to develop an implementation strategy to arouse the enthusiasm and independence of the village community so that it grows to be productive, so that it can accelerate economic development in Fakfak district. Abstract

A leader who inspires his employees and puts aside personal interests for the good of an organization is needed in improving the performance of the State civil apparatus and accompanied by the behavior of the work culture and innovation owned by the employees will help in the process of achieving an organizational goal. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, work discipline, and leadership simultaneously on employee performance. Data was taken from 30 people who were sampled from 80 security guardsThe sampling method used is Probability sampling, the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysisThis study uses validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test with the help of SPSS 23.0. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables namely training (X1), work discipline (X2), leadership (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work culture on employee performance, with motivation as a mediating variable at PT. Antar Surya Media. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationships between these variables. Data were obtained from 65 employee respondents of PT. Antar Surya Media, and the analysis results show that leadership style and work culture have a significant impact on employee performance. The findings also reveal that leadership style and work culture can directly enhance employee performance without motivation as a mediating factor. Effective leadership and a positive work culture prove to be essential factors in driving optimal performance within the company. The implications of this study highlight the importance of developing supportive leadership and a conducive work culture to boost productivity. This research is expected to provide additional insights for better human resource management development within organizations.

Abstract

Pembangunan Wisata Sumber Gempong di Mojokerto merupakan salah satu destinasi yang berkembang di wilayah Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Wisata ini berfokus pada daya tarik alam dan sumber mata air alami yang menjadi ikon utama. Meskipun masyarakat lokal dilibatkan dalam pengelolaan, terkadang terdapat kurangnya koordinasi antara pemerintah desa, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat lokal dalam mengelola tempat wisata secara profesional. Pengelolaan keuangan Objek Wisata Taman Sumber Gempong di Desa Ketapanrame, Kabupaten Mojokerto, memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan tempat wisata ini. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik mencakup perencanaan, pengelolaan, dan pelaporan yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan pendapatan dan menjaga kualitas pengelolaan tempat wisata. Rancangan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah melalui penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatf yang berbentuk deskriptif analitis. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori triangulasi. Hasil kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu Sumber Gempong belum melakukan penghitungan depresiasi aktiva tetap, sehingga objek wisata Sumber Gempong belum mengetahui nilai ekonomis dari suatu aktiva tetapnya yang digunakan untuk menunjang produktivitas wisata. Hasil penghitungan penulis depresiasi aktiva tetap dengan menggunakan metode garis lurus pada objek wisata Sumber Gempong menghasilkan total beban depresiasi aktiva tetap per bulan sebesar Rp. 9.066.155 total akumulasi depresiasi aktiva tetap sampai dengan akhir tahun 2023 sebesar Rp.217.571.532 dan nilai buku sebesar Rp.637.767.718. Laporan laba rugi objek wisata Sumber Gempong yang disajikan penulis dengan metode depresiasi garis lurus tahun 2023 menghasilkan laba bersih sebelum pajak sebesar Rp 98.024.595. Tarif pajak penghasilan yang dikenakan sebesar 1% sehingga besarnya pajak penghasilan adalah Rp 9.802.459. Total laba bersih setelah dikurangi pajak adalah sebesar Rp 88.222.236. Sedangkan tahun 2024 menghasilkan laba bersih sebelum pajak sebesar Rp. 34.374.845 tarif pajak penghasilan yang dikenakan sebesar 1%. Besarnya pajak penghasilan adalah Rp. 3.437.484. Total laba bersih setelah dikurangi pajak adalah sebesar Rp. 30.933.361. Diketahui laporan neraca yang disajikan penulis dengan metode depresiasi garis lurus pada tahun 2023 menunjukkan total aktiva sebesar Rp. 3.891.843.952 dan total kewajiban dan ekuitas sebesar Rp. 708.901.759. Kemudian pada tahun 2024 menunjukkan total aktiva sebesar Rp. 1.912.793.782 dan total kewajiban dan ekuitas sebesar Rp. 600.172.584 dimana objek wisata sumber gempong belum melakukan penghitungan depresiasi aktiva tetap sehingga akumulasi depresiasi aktiva tetap belum di masukkan ke dalam laporan neraca objek wisata. Perlunya pengurangan beban biaya yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya dan mengurangi pengeluaran operasional

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the influence of remuneration, workload, and competence on employee performance, as well as to analyze the mediating role of competence in the relationship between remuneration and workload on employee performance at the Regional Financial, Revenue, and Asset Management Agency of Tuban Regency. The population in this study consists of all civil servants within the agency, totaling 100 individuals, with the sample determined using a saturated sampling (census) method. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that remuneration has a positive influence on employee performance, workload also affects employee performance, and employee competence significantly impacts performance. Furthermore, competence is proven to mediate the effects of remuneration and workload on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of public service digitalization, work culture, and competence on employee performance. The research focuses on the Grati District Office in Pasuruan Regency, involving the entire population of 42 employees as respondents using a census method. A quantitative approach was adopted, with multiple linear regression analysis applied to examine the relationship between the independent variables (public service digitalization, work culture, and competence) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results indicate that the implementation of digitalization has a significant impact on employee performance, as do work culture and competence. Simultaneously, these three independent variables significantly affect employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of digital transformation, the establishment of a positive work culture, and the development of individual competencies in enhancing the effectiveness of public sector organizations

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, leadership, and work commitment on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially, as well as to determine which variable has the most dominant influence. The subjects of the research were all administrative and financial employees in the Procurement of Goods/Services Division of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency, totaling 31 individuals. Due to the relatively small population size, a census method was used, in which the entire population served as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that simultaneously, work ethic, leadership, and work commitment have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, each of these variables also has a significant effect on performance. Among them, work ethic is found to be the most dominant factor affecting employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a strong and professional work culture to enhance organizational performance.
