Abstract

Political education is means for political parties to develop the quality of their cadres and party members in responding to challenges in the political world in Indonesia. This can be proven by the cases where high-ranking politicians have been involved in corruption cases, violating moral norms, and criminal acts. The formulation of the problem in the research is how the efforts of political parties in implementing political education for the community in Buleleng district in increasing public participation in general election contestation. What factors are the obstacles and supporters in carrying out political education. In this research method using qualitative research. By using interview and documentation methods. To check the validity of this study, the tringulation technique was used. And qualitative descriptive was used as data analysis. The results of the research show that the National Awakening Party of Buleleng Regency in political education is not discussed in depth but political education has been included in the work program that has been made by political party administrators, both in the fields of cadres, public policy, and public development. So that the research can draw the conclusion that the political education carried out by the National Awakening Party is to improve the quality of cadres, increase public intelligence about politics. Maintaining communication between DPAC and DPRanting with these activities Suggestion from the envious research is that there is a need for cadres who are involved in providing political inquiry, the Regional Leadership Council must disregard every activity carried out by DPAC and DPRanting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Civics Teachers in Efforts to Improve Student Discipline. The location of this research was carried out at SMA N 1 Cibal. This study uses a case study design with the Miles and Huberman qualitative model method. The subjects in this study were school principals, students, PPKn teachers, and students. The data collection method used the instruments of observation, interviews, and documentation, then the data analysis method was through: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show: (1) where SMA N 1 Cibal has strict rules and sanctions consisting of 10 regulations that have their own points. (2) Efforts made by PPKn teachers in an effort to improve student discipline have been good through: enforcement of strict rules and sanctions, instilling awareness in students, exemplary teachers, through socialization, giving punishment, teachers always reminding students about discipline. (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for PPKn teachers in an effort to improve student discipline: a) supporting factors for the existence of strict rules and sanctions, good physical condition of students, awareness from within students, teachers always reflect a disciplined attitude, the establishment of good relationships between teachers and students. b) Inhibiting factors for the diverse student environment, stubborn students, lack of parental support, lack of parental supervision, student association.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the background of the emergence of the tradition of prohibiting ngalor ngulon marriage, to explain how the views of traditional leaders and the community in the Tambak Rejo Village area towards the tradition of prohibiting ngalor ngulon marriage, to analyze the juridical review regarding the legal requirements of marriage according to Law No. 1 of 1974 and Islamic law on the tradition of ngalor ngulon marriage. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study are the village head and each of the traditional leaders have different opinions regarding the background of the ngalor ngulon marriage, the traditional leaders and the community have the same opinion regarding the ngalor ngulon marriage, in Law No. 1 of 1974 especially in CHAPTER II article 6 to 12 there is not a single article that states that ngalor ngulon is prohibited. The three religious leaders in Tambak Rejo Village agree that ngalor ngulon marriages are not regulated in Islamic marriage law, and ngalor ngulon marriages carried out by the perpetrators are still considered legal by the state and religion because they are indeed legal. when carrying out their marriage, they have fulfilled the marriage requirements regulated in Law No. 1 of 1974 and Islamic law, related to the impact of each perpetrator of a ngalor ngulon marriage there is no impact but there is also an impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang tua siswa terhadap internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter melalui mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan kepada siswa selama pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriftif kualitatif yaitu penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif analitik. Dalam penelitian ini subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa serta siswa kelas XII Mipa 6, SMA Negeri 2 Amlapura yang berjumlah sebanyak 31 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan memberikan kuisioner dan melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada orang tua siswa dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling , yaitu mula-mula jumlahnya kecil, kemudian membesar dalam penentuan sampel, serta dengan melakukan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran orang tua terhadap internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter selama pembelajaran daring belum berjalan efektif, nilai-nilai internalisasi yang diberikan kepada anak tidak terintenalisasikan dengan cukup baik, ini disebabkan karena orang tua siswa belum melakukan pendekatan yang maksimal dengan anaknya, dan terbatasnya waktu orang tua dalam mendampingi anaknya sehingga proses internalisasi tidak berjalan dengan maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaturan CPO dalam ketentuan WTO, serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa proses penyelesaian sengketa antara Indonesia dan Uni Eropa mengenai kebijakan report palm oil menurut ketentuan WTO. Guna menjawab rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, digunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang mengkaji tentang pengaturan CPO termasuk implementasi prinsip MFN dalam WTO dan menganalisis proses penyelesaian sengketa antara Indonesia dan Uni Eropa mengenai kebijakan pemboikotan minyak kelapa sawit. Digunakan pula jenis pendekatan hukum perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus yang mana data-data tersebut dikumpulkan dengan teknik studi dokumen dan dianalisa dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Melalui metode penelitian tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa kebijakan-kebijakan yang dikeluarkan Uni Eropa terhadap Indonesia atas pemboikotan CPO telah dibantah pemerintah Indonesia melalui sertifikasi berupa RSPO, ISCC, SAN dan ISPO. Sertifikasi tersebut harus dilaksanakan dengan prinsip non-diskriminasi (MFN). Dalam praktiknya di lapangan, penerapan prinsip MFN dalam perdagangan internasional sering kali tidak dapat berjalan dengan mudah. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari kasus pemboikotan CPO oleh Uni Eropa terhadap Indonesia, yang mana RED II dianggap melanggar prinsip MFN termasuk mendiskriminasi CPO Indonesia dari minyak nabati lainnya. Penyelesaian sengketa di WTO dapat diselesaikan melalui lembaga DSB. Terkait sengketa pemboikotan CPO yang dilakukan Uni Eropa, Indonesia dapat melakukan beberapa upaya yaitu dengan tindakan yang sifatnya power based, tindakan yang sifatnya right based, serta tindakan yang sifatnya interest based.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui bentuk pertanggung jawaban pengangkut udara apabila terjadi keterlambatan penerbangan dalam Hukum Internasional (2) mengetahui apa upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan bagi penumpang yang mengalami keterlambatan angkutan apabila maskapai yang bersangkutan tidak memberikan ganti kerugian. Jenis pennelitaian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif, dengan jenis pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan konseptual. Sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan tidak terlepas dari aturan yang ada pada hukum internasional dengan mengkhususkan peraturan yang mengatur tentang Hukum Udara. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara menggali kerangka normatif dan Teknik studi dokumen menggunakan bahan hukum yang membahas tentang teori-teori hukum udara khususnya Konvensi Montreal 1999 dan Presumption of Liability. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) dalam pertanggung jawaban pengangkutan udara adanya pertauran yang mengatur yaitu Konvensi Montreal 1999 mengatur rezim hukum secara internsional mengenai pertanggung jawaban pengangkut terhadap pengguna jasa penerbangan yang mengalami kerugian yang ditimbukan oleh pengangkut udara. (2) upaya yang dapat dilakukan dengan cara menerapkan sanksi-sanksi hukum bagi pihak. Yang melanggara hukum yang bersifat administrative maupun sanksi pidana.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled Prohibition of Same-Marga Parna Marriage in Toba Batak Customary Law (Case Study in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City). This goal is motivated by differences in perspective between Batak customary law and national marriage law related to the rules of the marriage system, the prohibition on same-marga parna marriage which has become a tradition that continues to be preserved by the Batak indigenous people of Jambi City until now it is a phenomenon worthy of research. The purposes of this study (1) To find out and understand the implementation of the prohibition on same-marga parna marriages in Batak Toba customary law in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City (2) To know and understand the sanctions given to indigenous peoples who violate the prohibition on same-marga parna marriages in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City (3) To find out whether the marriage system according to Toba Batak customary law in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City is in accordance with the marriage system according to national law. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The location of this research was conducted in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City. Based on this research, the researchers found that there was a significant difference in perspective between the national marriage law (Law no. 1 of 1974) and Batak customary law. However, it was also found that there was compatibility between the national marriage law and Batak customary law regarding marriage rules.

Abstract

Arts-based education has been recognized as a valuable approach in enriching students' learning experiences and developing their creativity. Teachers have a key role in managing effective arts-based education management. However, there is still limited research that specifically focuses on the strategies used by teachers in this context. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the strategies used by teachers in managing arts-based education management. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through classroom observations and interviews with art teachers who have experience in managing arts-based education management. Data analysis was carried out through coding and thematic processes. The results of the study show that there are several strategies used by teachers in managing art-based education management. First, the teacher uses a collaborative approach by actively involving students in the art learning process. Second, the teacher applies a differentiation approach to meet the different learning needs of each student. Third, teachers integrate the arts with the core curriculum to increase the relevance of learning. Fourth, teachers utilize technology in art learning to expand access and increase interaction between teachers and students. In conclusion, teachers have an important role in managing arts-based education management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi parsial dan determinasi simultan kepemimpinan pelayan, budaya organisasi, etos kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Unika Santu Paulus Ruteng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 66 orang dan seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner model skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda,dan korelasi parsial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tedapat determinasi dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 14,17%, (2) terdapat determinasi dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 9.85%, (3) terdapat determinasi dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 16.09%, (4) terdapat determinasi dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 9.59%, dan (5) terdapat determinasi simultan kepemimpinan pelayan, budaya organisasi, etos kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Unika Santu Paulus Ruteng, dengan nilai determinasi sebesarĀ  49,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,3% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain certainty of simultaneous data on the magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership style, work climate, work motivation, and teacher work ethic, on the organizational commitment of elementary school teachers at Guus RA Kartini in Denpasar City. This type of research is "ex post facto. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers of the RA Kartini Cluster in Denpasar City, totaling 212 people. Sampling using the solvency formula and taken randomly as many as 140 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and document studies. The collected data were analyzed by multiple linear analyses with Partial Correlation Analysis. The results showed (1) there was a significant effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Elementary School Organizational Commitment with a correlation coefficient of 0.75% and an effective and relative contribution of 15.98% and 20.03%. (2) There was no significant effect of school climate on organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient of 0.11% and an effective and relative contribution of 08.66% and 10.86% (3). Work motivation has a significant effect on school organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient of 0.33 and an effective and relative contribution of 27.40% and 34.77%. (4) There is a significant effect of the teacher's work ethic on school organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient of 0.35% and an effective and relative contribution of 27.74 and 34.77%. (5) There is a significant simultaneous effect of the principal's Transformational Leadership, Work Climate, Work Motivation, and Work Ethics with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) and a practical contribution of 79.79% to school organizational commitment in the RA Kartini Cluster, West Denpasar District, Denpasar City Education Office.
