Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Enhancement Project program at SMP Negeri Badung Regency, a case study of SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal. This study is an evaluative study with a quantitative descriptive approach using the CIPP method (context, input, process and product). The population of this study was the P5 Project Team (Principal, School Treasurer and project implementing teachers) of class VIII totaling 18 people, and class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal in the 2024-2025 academic year totaling 235 people. The research sample was a saturated sample for the project team totaling 18 people and 148 students determined by the simple random sampling method. The data collection techniques used were interviews to obtain initial information regarding the implementation of P5, questionnaires as the main data source, and observations to strengthen the results of the questionnaire. The questionnaire was compiled using a Likert scale (1-5). Data analysis was carried out on the CIPP variables using the direction of the T value of each variable to determine the effectiveness of the program. The results of this study are the effectiveness of the P5 program from the contact aspect obtained positive (+) or effective results. The input aspect obtained positive (+) or effective results, the process aspect obtained positive (+) or effective results, and the product aspect obtained negative (-) or ineffective results.

Abstract

This study investigates the individual and simultaneous contributions of (1) situational leadership, (2) work motivation, (3) work ethic, and (4) job satisfaction to teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Mendoyo, Jembrana Regency. Employing an ex post facto design, the research encompassed the entire population of 42 teachers, making it a population study. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through product-moment correlation, partial correlation, and multiple regression. The results demonstrated significant individual contributions: situational leadership accounted for 81.5% (R² = 0.815, p < 0.01, effective contribution = 22.48%), work motivation for 89.6% (R² = 0.896, p < 0.01, effective contribution = 32.53%), work ethic for 77.2% (R² = 0.772, p < 0.01, effective contribution = 22.33%), and job satisfaction for 76.3% (R² = 0.763, p < 0.01, effective contribution = 16.76%). Collectively, these factors explained 94.1% of the variance in teacher performance. These findings underscore the synergistic role of leadership, motivation, and ethics in enhancing teacher performance, offering actionable insights for school administrators.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Rapor Pendidikan di Sekolah Penggerak masih menghadapi kendala dalam cakupan data, kualitas yang bervariasi, serta dominasi data kuantitatif. Minimnya pengukuran keterampilan lunak serta kesulitan interpretasi data menghambat pengambilan keputusan dan perancangan intervensi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana Rapor Pendidikan dimanfaatkan oleh satuan pendidikan dalam menganalisis capaian pembelajaran, serta bagaimana data dan rekomendasi yang disajikan dapat dijadikan dasar dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program peningkatan mutu.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk menilai efektivitas Rapor Pendidikan dalam penyusunan program berbasis data. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, waka, bendahara, guru, dan operator sekolah di tiga Sekolah Penggerak jenjang SMP dengan total 94 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan evaluasi model CIPP dengan pendekatan analisis kuadran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Rapor Pendidikan dinilai efektif dalam aspek Context, Process, dan Product, tetapi masih lemah pada aspek Input. Pola evaluasi (+-++) mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun program memberikan dampak positif, validitas data, kesiapan tenaga pendidik, dan infrastruktur pendukung masih menjadi tantangan utama. Diperlukan penguatan aspek Input melalui optimalisasi pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan analisis data bagi tenaga pendidik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pemanfaatan Rapor Pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di Sekolah Penggerak.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the industry-class program for culinary students at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar, which has adopted the Merdeka curriculum and the industry-class system since 2017. The research employs a management-based program evaluation approach using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). It analyzes the effectiveness of the industry-class program at the school. The research population consists of 113 culinary industry-class students, 14 culinary teachers, and 5 industry partners. The sampling technique used is total sampling, in which the entire population is included as the sample. The evaluation results indicate that the variables of Context, Process, and Product are effective, while the Input variable is ineffective. Overall, the evaluation outcome shows a pattern of (+ - + +), meaning that although the industry-class program at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar is effective in several aspects, challenges remain in the Input variable that must be addressed to improve the program’s success. The study recommends strengthening resource readiness, improving regulations, and enhancing collaboration with industry partners to optimize program outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: hubungan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasional Guru SMP swasta di Kota Denpasar. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik area random sampling, yang mengambil sampel guru yang bekerja di SMP swasta Kota Denpasar sebanyak 276 orang. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian ex-post facto. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner komponen konteks kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasional. Data dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda, regresi ganda, korelasi parsial, dan analisis determinasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan komitmen organisasional guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,161 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 5,47%, (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim kerja sekolah dengan komitmen organisasional guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,467 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 6,78%, (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja dengan komitmen organisasional guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,479 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar1,05%, (4) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja guru dengan komitmen organisasional guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,480 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 12,20%, dan (5) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja guru terhadap komitmen organisasional guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,505 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 25,50%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence both separately and simultaneously the role of the principal as a manager, teacher commitment and motivation and teacher work ethic on improving teacher performance in SMA Negeri 2 Kuta Selatan. Data analysis used in this study is product moment correlation, partial correlation and multiple regression. Based on the research that has been done, it is concluded that: 1) there is a significant influence of the role of the principal as a manager on teacher performance with a product moment ry1 correlation coefficient = 0.678; ry1-2,3,4 = 0.320 and effective contribution = 14.60%; 2) there is a significant influence of teacher commitment on teacher performance with a product moment ry2 correlation coefficient = 0.788; ry2-1,3,4 = 0.319 and effective contribution = 21.20%; 3) there is a significant effect of work motivation on teacher performance with a product moment ry3 correlation coefficient = 0.780; ry3-1,2,4 = 0.315 and effective contribution = 20.70%; 4) there is a significant effect of work ethic on teacher performance with a product moment ry4 correlation coefficient = 0.772; ry4-1,2,3 = 0.320 and effective contribution = 20.70%; and 5) there is a simultaneous significant influence on the role of the principal as a manager, teacher commitment and work motivation and work ethic on teacher performance with product moment correlation coefficient values ry1,2,3,4 = 0.878 with multiple correlation coefficients (Ry1,2, 3.4)2 = 0.772 and an effective contribution of 77.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of determination of the principal's managerial competence, academic supervision, work ethic and work motivation on the performance of teachers of SMK Teknologi Nasional. This type of research is expost facto with a sample of 36 teachers. Data was collected by questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by simple regression techniques, multiple regression and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant determination of the principal's managerial competence on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.991 and an effective contribution of 22.62%. 2) There is a significant determination of academic supervision of teacher performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.984 and an effective contribution of 23.62%. 3) There is a significant determination of work ethic on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.993 and an effective contribution of 26.78%. 4) There is a significant determination of work motivation on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.986 and an effective contribution of 26.81%. 5) simultaneously, there is a significant determination of the principal's managerial competence, academic supervision, work ethic, and work motivation on teacher performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.998 on the performance of teachers of SMK Teknologi Nasional. Thus, these four variables are used as predictors of the level of tendency to improve the performance of teachers of SMK Teknologi Nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) find out the differences in learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial project subjects before applying the interactive video media-assisted problem-based learning model, 2) knowing the differences in learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial project subjects after applying the problem-based learning model assisted by interactive video media, 3) knowing the significant influence of the problem-based learning model assisted by video media interactive for grade XI students majoring in Hospitality at SMK PGRI 3 Badung in 2023/2024. This research is quantitative research with a type of research, namely quasi-experiment (quasy experiment). The results showed that: 1) The learning outcomes of creative and entrepreneurial project subjects before applying the interactive video media-assisted problem-based learning model were obtained a range value of 21, a minimum value of 56 and a maximum value of 77, at a mean value of 66.59, a standard deviation of 6.265 and a variance of 39.248, 2) Student learning outcomes after applying a problem-based learning model assisted by video media interactive where the range value is 12, at a minimum value of 80 and a maximum of 92, the mean value is 85.97, the standard deviation is 3.262 and the variance value is 10.638, 3) There is an influence of the problem-based learning model assisted by interactive video media on the results of student learning creative and entrepreneurial project subjects where Pair 1 obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, then it means that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of students for the experimental class Pre-Test with the experimental class Post-Test. In the output of Pair 2 obtained a significance (2-tailed) of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, so it means that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of students for the control class Pre-Test with the control class Post-Test.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low ICT learning outcomes of learners. This study aims to determine the differences in ICT learning outcomes before and after the application of computer-assisted tutorial learning models and the influence of these learning models on ICT learning outcomes. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population of this study was all grade 5 students, with a sample of 2 classes, namely 5C as the experimental class and 5E as the control class. Data collection using objective tests. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that (1) in the pretest obtained t-count (1.77) < t-table (2.00) meaning that there was no difference in ICT learning outcomes before the application of the computer-assisted tutorial learning model, (2) in the postest obtained t-count (6.68) > t-table (2.00) meaning that there were differences in ICT learning outcomes after the application of the computer-assisted tutorial learning model, (3) based on the results of N gain score and t-test obtained t-count (2.349) > t-table (2.015) This means that there is a significant influence of computer-assisted tutorial learning models on improving ICT learning outcomes by 71%, including in the high category. It was concluded that this learning model was quite effective in improving ICT learning outcomes of grade 5 students of SD Jembatan Budaya Badung.

Abstract

Mengutip Nabi Besar Muhammad SAW, Eep Saefulloh Fatah (1999) menyatakan “Jihad yang paling utama adalah mengucapkan kata-kata yang benar kepada penguasa yang zalim”. Kalimat sufi bertabur kebajikan ini, barangkali sangat layak untuk kita simak dan renungkan di tengah hingar-bingar negeri menyongsong Pemilu Serentak April 2019 yang akan datang.Sebagai masyarakat, tentu kita berdoa dan bermohon kepada Tuhan, agar Presiden dan Wakil Presiden serta para wakil rakyat (DPR-DPD-DPRD)yang terpilih adalah mereka putra terbaik Bangsayang memiliki kemampuan dan kemauan serta kapasitas untuk memimpin Indonesia di semua levelke depan dengan mempertontokan kultur politik yang elegan, hanif dan bijak, sehingga menebar lebih banyak maslahat bagi Bangsa dan Negara. Seturut dengan ekspektasi ideal tersebut, berharap agar pemimpin ke depan mampu menebar kebajikan demi maslahat orang banyak, tanpa peduli dengan proses bagaimana perhelatan pemiluserentakini dilaksanakan, tentu tidak adil. Presiden dan Wakil Presiden serta para legislator serta senatorsebagai produk tidak akan dapat memberi maslahat yang kita harapkan, jika proses pemilu yang kita gelar tidak steril dari praktik-praktik kotor, sesat dan membodohkanyang sering disebut sebagai praktik mobokrasi. Atas dasar itu, dalam konteks pemiluserentak kali ini, proses sebagai entry point harus dapat kita kontrol, demi terjadinya rivalitas yang dilandasi semangat toleransi. Perhelatan ini disamping harus melahirkan produk yang baik (para pemimpin yang legitimate dan mengabdi kepentingan rakyat), juga yang tidak kalah penting adalah mampu melahirkan sistem politik yang dinamis, dan mampu meletakkan landasan kultural yang bernas.
