Abstract

Di Indonesia saat ini gerai fastfood saat ini berlomba-lomba menciptakan fasilitas fisik yang dapat memberikan kesan baik kepada pelanggannya agar pelanggan memutuskan untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan. Untuk dapat menarik konsumen merupakan tantangan bagi perusahaan yang harus diupayakan untuk kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Penciptaan atmosphere yang menyenangkan, menarik, serta bisa membuat konsumen merasa nyaman akan menarik konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian di toko tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Hoka-Hoka Bento Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 2 gerai Hoka-Hoka Bento yang ada di Medan dengan populasi yaitu seluruh konsumen sebanyak 2522 orang dan sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Store Atmosphere, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study purposed to empirically prove that accounting information, educational background, sales turnover, business capital, the period of business, working hours, and business location partially had a significant effect on business success in MSMEs at Mega Park Food Courts Medan. This study used multiple linear regression supported by the SPSS application. The population of the study was all MSMEs at Mega Park Food Courts Medan 90 MSMEs. The sample of this study was ninety respondents as the owners of the MSMEs. This study used observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires to obtain the data. The study results revealed that the use of accounting information, educational background, the period of business, and working hours variables partially showed that they had a significant effect on business success for MSMEs in Mega Park Foodcourt Medan. While sales turnover, and business capital, showed that partially they had no significant effect on business success for MSMEs in Mega Park Foodcourt Medan.Keywords: Accounting information, business capital, business location, business success, educational background, period of business, sales turnover, working hours

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perceived Usefulness dan Ease of Use terhadap Customer Loyalty pada aplikasi Bestee Ku di Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 68 responden yang menggunakan aplikasi Bestee Ku nasabah Bank BTPN Syariah Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, daftar pertanyan, dan studi dokumentasi. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Perceived Usefulness dan Ease of Use terhadap Customer Loyalty secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai Fhitung 27,087> nilai Ftabel 3.1. Uji yang dilakukan menunjukkan Perceived Usefulness dan Ease of Use secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty. Nilai Adjusted R Square yang didapat dari hasil pengujian Koefisien Determinan (R2) terhadap Customer Loyalty sebesar 0.43 berarti 43,8 % dapat di jelaskan oleh Perceived Usefulness dan ease of use. Sedangkan sisanya 24% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh servicescape, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Filosofi Kopi Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berkunjung ke Filosofi Kopi Medan. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam penelitian ini, dalam wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa servicescape, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,164 yang berarti servicescape, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk memberikan pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 16,4% dan sisanya sebesar 83,6% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk menekan jumlah pengangguran adalah dengan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan sendiri melalui kegiatan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak hanya memberikan landasan teoritis mengenai konsep kewirausahaan tetapi membentuk sikap, perilaku, dan pola pikir (mindset) dan pengetahuan seorang wirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahan, Keterampilan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usahan Online Shop Nielsenfashion. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Customer sebanyak 91 orang dan menggunakan sampel teknik total sampling. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, kuesioner atau angket. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, linearitas dan multikolinearitas, serta persamaan regresi linear berganda. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t uji-F. Hasil analisis uji-t untuk variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan (X1) diperoleh nilai thitung(2,993) > ttabel(1,662), hal ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Onlien Shop Nielsenfashion. Variabel Keterampilan Kewirausahaan (X2) nilai thitung(2,770) > ttable (1,662), dengan demikian maka hipotesis kedua ini diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Online Shop Nielsenfashion. Berdasarkan uji F diperoleh bahwa fhitung(10,660) > ftable (3,10), hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Online Shop Nielsenfashion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of FOMO and Sales Promotion on Impulse Buying during live streaming on Shopee users in Medan. The population in this study is Consumers have made product purchases on Shopee live streaming So the respondents who will be sampled in this study are 110 Shopee users who live in Medan City. Results of the FOMO hypothesis test on Impulse Buying The test results of FOMO on Impulse Buying have a P-Values of 0.000 and t-Statistics 4.598 or this value has P-Values, 0.05 and t-statistics >1.96. this means that FOMO has a significant effect on Impulse buying. Sales Promotion to Impulse Buying The results of testing the hypothesis of Sales Promotion to Impulse Buying have a P-Values value of 0.000 and t-Statistics 5.915 or this value has P-Values 0.05 and t-statistics 1.96. This means that Sales Promotion has a significant effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of emotional value and value for money on repurchase intention among Gofood users in Tanjung Morawa sub-district. This research uses a quantitative type of research, which is tested using the SPSS statistics 23 program. The population in this research is people in Tanjung Morawa sub-district who have made transactions on Gofood 2 or more times and the total population is 227,396 people in Tanjung Morawa sub-district. This research method uses a quantitative method, the research method is one way obtain and seek tentative truth, not absolute truth. Based on the answer obtained from 100 people who use GoFood more than 2 order in tanjung morawa sub district for each statement in the variabel X2 (value for money) which has been tested by researchers in the multiple linear regression test, the partial results (t-test) obtained that value for money has a t-count value of 0.000 < 0.1. Keyword: Emotional Value, GoFood, Repurchase Intention, Value For Money

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of E-Servqual and E-WoM on purchasing decisions in the context of social media-based e-commerce, with a case study of PF Store Pematang Siantar, an Instagram-based fashion retailer in North Sumatra, Indonesia. As social commerce through Instagram becomes increasingly prevalent in regional markets, understanding the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions is crucial for business sustainability. The study employed a quantitative approach with 98 respondents, selected through the Slovin formula from 5,050 Instagram followers of PF Store as of May 2024. The findings reveal significant contributions to understanding consumer behavior in social media-based retail. E-Servqual (X1) demonstrated a greet impact on purchasing decisions, with t-count value is greater than the t-tabel at a significance level of 0.02. Similarly, E-WoM (X2) showed a stronger positive influence at a significance level of 0.03. The simultaneous effect of both variables was confirmed through F-test results with a significance value of 0.001, indicating their crucial role in driving consumer purchasing decisions in social commerce platforms. These results provide valuable insights for small and medium-sized enterprises utilizing Instagram as their primary e-commerce platform, particularly in regional markets. The study highlights the importance of maintaining high-quality electronic services and managing customer feedback effectively in social media-based retail environments. Keywords: E-Servqual, E-WoM, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how digital marketing and electronic word-of-mouth affect customers' choices to buy at Pojok Kesawan Cafe. The SPSS 27 program and a multiple linear regression-based approach are used to evaluate this study, which has a quantitative, descriptive research design. surveys to collect information. The research sample consisted of 92 respondents, while the study's population consisted of patrons that visited Pojok Kesawan Cafe between September and November 2024. The sample gathering process used purposive sampling. The data analysis procedure included the use of instrument testing, multiple linear regression testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. According to the study's findings, Pojok Kesawan Cafe customers' purchasing decisions are positively and significantly impacted by both (1) digital marketing and (2) electronic word-of-mouth.Keywords: Digital Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of digital technology, which is currently increasing rapidly, provides many conveniences that provide new opportunities in various aspects, especially in world marketing. One of the uses of technology that can be used by businesses to market their products is the use of social media. This study aims to determine the effect of using social media using content marketing and personal selling on purchase intentions at Roti Romi Medan. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The sampling technique in this study is a non-probability sampling technique. Sampling was done by accidental sampling, namely as many as 99 respondents. Data were analyzed with SPSS. The results of the study prove that content marketing and personal selling both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.
