Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan gangguan metabolisme yang menyebabkan peningkatan kadar gula darah dan berisiko menimbulkan komplikasi. Menurut profil kesehatan Kabupaten Banjar, kasus diabetes melitus di Kabupaten Banjar selama 3 tahun terakhir menempati urutan ke-2 dari 10 penyakit terbanyak tidak menular di Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara impresi cita rasa makanan dan motivasi makan terhadap sisa makanan pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus di RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Jenis penelitian ini observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional, menggunakan populasi seluruh pasien DM dengan sampel 39 orang, dipilih secara purposive sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2025 – November 2025. Data karakteristik responden, impresi makanan, motivasi makan, dan sisa makanan dikumpulkan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner dan virtual comstock selama 2 hari. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki sisa makanan rendah (56,4%), impresi cita rasa makanan puas (56,4%), dan motivasi makan baik (92,3%). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara impresi cita rasa makanan dengan sisa makanan (p = 0,001 < α). Terdapat juga hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi makan dengan sisa makanan (p = 0,04 < α). Impresi cita rasa makanan dan motivasi makan berhubungan dengan sisa makanan, sehingga diharapkan responden dapat meningkatkan kepuasan terhadap cita rasa makanan dan motivasi makan untuk mengurangi sisa makanan yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengendalian kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan beban kerja tenaga gizi berdampak pada mutu pelayanan. Instalasi Gizi RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin menggunakan dua perhitungan yang berbeda sehingga gambaran kebutuhan beban kerja belum menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas metode WISN dan Daily Log dalam menganalisis beban kerja di penyelenggaraan makanan dengan Time Motion Study sebagai gold standard. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik komparatif cross-sectional terhadap 45 tenaga menggunakan triangulasi data. Analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan ICC. WISN menunjukkan kebutuhan 51 tenaga, tiga jabatan manajerial tepat (rasio=1,0), Pengawas Pengolah Makanan berlebih (rasio=0,77), Pranata Jamuan dan Pramubakti kekurangan (rasio 1,25 dan 1,42). Daily Log menghasilkan 66 tenaga (29% lebih tinggi), seluruh kategori kekurangan. Time Motion menunjukkan kebutuhan 45 tenaga dengan pola serupa WISN. WISN tidak berbeda signifikan dengan Time Motion, Daily Log berbeda signifikan. Metode WISN lebih efektif karena menghasilkan estimasi akurat dan konsisten. Diperlukan evaluasi untuk mengatasi ketidakseimbangan beban kerja.

Abstract

One of the most common problems is stunting in toddlers. Astambul District ranked third with an average increase in stunting prevalence of 9,06%. This study to identify the characteristics of stunted toddlers and evaluate the effect of nutritional counseling on mothers’ knowledge and parenting practices. The type of research was a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design, the population of 117 stunting clowns was divided into a treatment group (with assistance) and a control group (without assistance). The variables of this research are the knowledge and parenting patterns of mothers of stunting toddlers. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Test and Mann Whitney Test.The results of this study show that there are differences in the knowledge and parenting patterns of stunting toddler mothers before and after nutritional counseling in the treatment group and the control group (p<0.05) and there is an influence of nutritional counseling on the knowledge and parenting patterns of stunting toddler mothers in the treatment group and control group. (p<0.05). Nutrition counseling has a positive effect in increasing the knowledge and parenting patterns of stunting mothers. However, treatment with assistance is considered more effective. Suggestions for further research are to involve other nutritional problems, such as malnutrition or babies with low birth weight (LBW).

Abstract

Background: Malnutrition is a complex condition involving interactions between underlying diseases, metabolic alterations, and inadequate nutritional intake, thereby requiring early management to prevent health deterioration. The self-screening tool in the “IDAMAN GIZI” application improves the early detection of malnutrition risk, reduces the burden on healthcare workers, and empowers patients.”.Objectives: This study assessed the validity of a self-screening instrument for malnutrition implemented within the “IDAMAN GIZI” mobile application for outpatients at RSD Idaman Banjarbaru City, Indonesia.Methods: This study used the CVI assessed by four media and four subject matter experts, along with the face validity index (FVI) by ten respondents. The study was conducted at RSD Idaman Banjarbaru from August to December 2025. Quantitative data from the assessment questionnaires were analyzed using the item content validity index (I-CVI), scale content validity index (S-CVI), and Cohen’s kappa reliability test. Qualitative data in the form of comments and suggestions were thematically analyzed to improve the instrument.Results: Based on the assessment by experts, the I-CVI, S-CVI, and overall content validity index (CVI) scores were all 1. Furthermore, the FVI scores provided by the respondents were I-FVI before (P0) = 1 and I-FVI after (P1) = 1, with S-FVI/Ave = 0.99 and S-FVI/UA = 0.86.Conclusion: The validity assessment of the “IDAMAN GIZI” self-screening instrument indicates that it is valid for wide-scale implementation. Further research is warranted to develop secure data storage features, a monitoring dashboard for nutrition professionals, and integration with national health programs to enhance the detection of regional malnutrition.
