Abstract

Siswa kelas VIII di SMP Muhammadiyah 07 Medan memiliki kekurangan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas belajarnya dan juga sulit untuk membuat suatu konsep dari pembelajaran. Mereka susah untuk membuat ide kreativitasnya dengan berbagai bidang studi yang ada disekolah tersebut. Mereka bingung untuk membuat ide kreativitasnya agar terlihat catatan menjadi menarik.Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah tentang penerapan layanan penguasaan konten untuk mengembangkan kreativitas anak berbakat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini: Untuk mengetahui adanya penerapan layanan penguasaan konten untuk mengembangkan kreativitas belajar anak berbakat siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 07 Medan T.A 2019/2020. Adapun dalam penelitian ini ada enam siswa yaitu 3 siswa laki-laki dan 3 siswa perempuan kelas VIII. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara siswa-siswa yang bersangkutan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan layanan penguasaan konten untuk mengembangkan kreativitas belajar anak berbakat siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 07Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai rencana. Pada pelaksanaan layanan penguasaan konten 6 siswa yang mengalami kekurangan megembangkan kreativitas belajarnya dan setelah melakukan layanan sudah memiliki perubahan yang diharapkan dan pada pelaksanaan layanan penguasaan konten terjadi peningkatan sangat meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect employee’s productivity at Khairunnas Foundation in Bengkulu City. The type of research used was survey research. The subject of this research is Khairunnas Foundation of Bengkulu City, while the objects in the study are the factors that affect employee’s productivity. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis method using validity test analysis, reliability test, partial test (t), simultaneous test (F) and analysis of the coefficient of determination using the help of the SPSS program for windows22. The number of samples were 33 respondents. The results of this study are: a). from three factors that affect employee’s productivity, there is a significant correlation between training and employee’s productivity at Khairunnas Foundation in Bengkulu City. A significant correlation between training and employee’s productivity, the more training, the better the employees are in carrying out their work. It can be seen that the significance value is 0.051> 0.05 and t count> t table (t count = 2.038)> (t table = 1.697). b). There is a significant relationship between education, training and motivation on employee’s productivity at Khairunnas Foundation in Bengkulu City. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.043 <0.05 and f count> f table (f count = 3.079)> (f table = 2.92).

Abstract

Budaya adalah salah satu kearifan lokal yang unggul dan merupakan potensi daerah yang dapat dijadikan sumber pengetahuan yang diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, mengetahui kelayakan dan kepraktisan media kartu pelangi berbasis kearifan lokal suku Sasak untuk siswa kelas 1 di SDN 2 Dasan Tapen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan ADDIE (analysis, desain, development, implementation, evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan media kartu pelangi berbasis kearifan lokal suku Sasak persentase sebesar 95% dari ahli media dengan kriteria layak dan persentase sebesar 89,47% dari kedua ahli materi dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sementara, untuk tingkat kepraktisan penggunaan media kartu pelangi berbasis kearifan lokal suku Sasak memperoleh persentase sebesar 96% dari angket respon siswa dengan kriteria sangat praktis dan persentase sebesar 89% dari angket respon guru dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media kartu pelangi berbasis kearifan lokal suku Sasak dinyatakan layak dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam proses belajar membaca siswa kelas I di SDN 2 Dasan Tapen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Age of the Board of Commissioners on Firm Value with Sustainability Reporting Disclosure as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies in the mining sector and chemical base materials listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The independent variable in this study is the Age of the Board of Commissioners. The dependent variable in this study is Firm Value which is proxied by Tobin's Q. The intervening variable in this study is Sustainability Reporting Disclosure which is proxied by the economy, environment and social. The research sample amounted to 26 companies engaged in the manufacturing sector with the observation year 2018-2022. The data analysis method used path analysis with SPSS 25 software. The results of the study show that the results of the direct influence test show that 1) The age of the Board of Commissioners has no effect and is not significant on the Firm Value 2) The age of the Board of Commissioners has no effect and is not significant on Sustainability Reporting Disclosure 3) Sustainability Reporting Disclosure has an effect and is significant on Firm Value 4) The age of the Board of Commissioners has no effect and is not significant on Firm Value with Sustainability Reporting Disclosure as an intervening.

Abstract

This study aimed to observe the potential of conformity ecolabel self-declaration claims in Cikolelet Tourism Village, Banten Province, Indonesia. The village has an alternative tourism highland nature, unique culture, creative industry, and environmental conservation. Local people and tourism activities impacted the quality of the village, especially waste management. The literature review and field observation were applied to assess the Self Declare Ecolabel Criteria for waste management in Cikolelet using applicable standards and regulations in Indonesia. The scope of waste management applied to the tourism village includes compostable, recyclable, reusable, and waste reduction. According to the result of assessment and observations, generally, Cikolelet Tourism Village has made environmental management efforts. However, some lack of waste management in terms of waste reduction and handling, including sorting, transportation, processing, and final disposal, requires some improvements to comply with environmentally friendly criteria. A strong commitment is required to actualize the scope of the ecolabel self-declaration.

Abstract

Saat ini telah banyak tumbuh kedai kopi baru di kota Jambi yang berdampak mendorong terbukanya lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan kedai kopi di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survey kepada pelanggan selama 30 hari di Kedai Kopi Lain Hati. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Probality Sampling Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan kedai kopi, variabel jumlah tenaga kerja dan jenis produk berpengaruh negative terhadap pendapatan kedai kopi. Sedangkan variabel modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan kedai kopi

Abstract

This research aims to describe the planning, implementation and impact of implementing the 5S culture in strengthening the character education of students at Manggong State Elementary School, Central Lombok. This research uses a qualitative research approach with an inductive approach. The subjects of this research were all students, teachers and principals at SD Negeri Manggong. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used was data analysis from Milles and Huberman which consisted of data analysis, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the implementation of strengthening character education through 5S culture at SD Negeri Manggong, Central Lombok was carried out with good planning and then implementing or getting used to 5S behavior, namely Smiling, Greeting, Greeting, Polite and Polite. In implementing character values ​​through 5S culture, positive character values ​​have begun to appear, including shaking hands or shaking hands and saying hello to teachers when entering the school gate, speaking polite words and behaving politely between teacher and teacher, teacher and students. and between fellow students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SDIT) and Public Elementary Schools (SDN) through a comparative approach. Character education plays a crucial role in shaping students' personalities, fostering responsibility, and promoting integrity. The research adopts a case study methodology to explore how character education is implemented in two distinct school environments. Data was gathered through observations, interviews, and documentation at SDIT and SDN schools in West Lombok. The findings indicate that SDIT offers a more structured, religiously oriented, and integrated character education program within the curriculum. This includes practices such as morning dhikr, prayer guidance, and the use of habit tracking books at home. SDIT also conducts formal evaluations using quantitative data, such as recording violations and assessing students' affective values. These evaluations are discussed during monthly meetings and annual work reviews. In contrast, SDN focuses on a simpler, habit-based approach, emphasizing activities like prayer before class, class duties, and extracurricular activities. However, there are no formal tools in place for evaluation. As a result, SDIT tends to be more attractive to parents compared to Public Elementary Schools.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between the tenure of the board of commissioners and firm value, utilizing sustainability reporting disclosure as an intervening variable. The research focuses on manufacturing entities within the mining and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange throughout the 2020–2024 period. In this framework, the tenure of the board of commissioners serves as the independent variable, while firm value measured via the Tobin’s Q ratio acts as the dependent variable, with sustainability disclosure transparency across economic, environmental, and social dimensions functioning as the mediating variable. Through purposive sampling, a sample of 26 manufacturing companies was selected for a five-year observation period, and the collected data were analyzed using path analysis techniques with SPSS 25 software. The empirical findings reveal that the duration of the board of commissioners' tenure has no significant impact on either market value or the quality of sustainability disclosures; however, sustainability disclosure itself demonstrates a significant positive influence on firm value, despite not proving to function as a mediator in this model. This phenomenon suggests that market appreciation is driven more by transparency regarding sustainability issues than by board seniority, implying that these findings may serve as a reference for issuers, investors, and policymakers in Indonesia to strengthen sustainability reporting standards as a vital element of long-term responsible corporate governance.
