Abstract

Background & Objective: Sexual violence against children is a global issue that is still rampant in many countries around the world and affects children of various vulnerable ages. Sex education does not mean limiting their association with fellow friends, but aims to make them more careful in socializing. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of sex education on knowledge about free sex in adolescents at MTs. Maraqitta'limat Medas in 2024. Method: Types of pre-experimental research with One Grub pretest-posttest design. A sample of 33 adolescents with a total sampling method. Respondents were given an intervention by providing health education, previously respondents were given a pretest before the intervention and a posttest after the intervention, The measuring tool used was a questionnaire about free sex. Result: The results of the statistical test using the Wilcoxson test with a value of α=0.05 with an average value before the intervention was 8.00 and an average value after the intervention was 16.04. This shows that there is an influence of sex education on the knowledge of free sex in adolescents in MTs. Maraqitta'limat Medas. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that health workers will be more active in providing education related to promiscuity in adolescents, as an effort to overcome promiscuity that is rampant in the community.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Hipertensi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan kronis yang umum dialami oleh lansia dan dikenal sebagai silent killer karena dapat memicu komplikasi serius seperti stroke, penyakit jantung, dan gagal ginjal. Penanganan hipertensi tidak hanya mengandalkan terapi farmakologis, tetapi juga intervensi nonfarmakologis, salah satunya teknik relaksasi Benson yang terbukti membantu menurunkan tekanan darah melalui mekanisme relaksasi dan penurunan stres. Tujuan: Mengetahui efektivitas terapi relaksasi Benson dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif: proses keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada seorang lansia penderita hipertensi di Desa Suntalangu, Kecamatan Suela, selama 3 × 24 jam. Hasil: Pengkajian awal menunjukkan tekanan darah sebesar 170/90 mmHg dengan keluhan sakit kepala dan mudah lelah. Setelah diberikan terapi relaksasi Benson secara rutin selama 3 hari, tekanan darah menurun menjadi 120/80 mmHg, keluhan subjektif berkurang, dan pasien tampak lebih rileks. Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya perbaikan kondisi fisik dan psikologis serta meningkatnya kemampuan pasien melakukan relaksasi secara mandiri. Kesimpulan: Terapi relaksasi Benson efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi.

Abstract

Background: During this process, nursing students are faced with field practice and various reports required by every student in the nursing program. This can trigger various disorders, one of which is stress. Objective:. This study aims to  determine the " Effect of Nature Sound Therpy on Stress Levels in Nursing Students at Hamzar Health College, East Lombok" Methods: This  study was quantitative with a  pre-experimental design, using a one-group pre-test post- test approach. The population in  this study included 24 nursing students at Hamzar Health College, East Lombok. The sample size was 10 students, using simple random sampling. Data analysis used a paired sample t-test. The instrument used was the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale-42 (DASS-42) questionnaire Result: The results of the paired sample t-test obtained a p-value of 0.000. From these results, it can be concluded that there is an "Effect of Nature Sound Therapy on Stress Levels in Nursing Professional Students at Hamzar Health College, East Lombok." Conclusion: From the results of the research conducted, it was found that there was an influence of nature sound therapy on stress levels in nursing profession students at STIKes Hamzar Lombok Timur. Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the way agreements are formed, implemented, and disputed. Digital agreements present conceptual and practical challenges for civil law, particularly regarding validity, proof of intent, and the responsibilities of the parties. This study aims to analyze the relevance of classical civil law in addressing today's digital agreement disputes. The main focus of the study is directed at the role of classical civil law principles and constructions as a normative framework in assessing contractual relationships arising from electronic transactions. This study uses normative legal research methods with conceptual, statutory, and comparative approaches. The analysis is conducted on classical civil law principles, such as consensualism, freedom of contract, pacta sunt servanda, and good faith, and their application in the context of digital agreements, including electronic contracts, electronic signatures, smart contracts, and digital dispute resolution mechanisms. The legal materials are analyzed qualitatively through deductive and interpretive reasoning. The results of the study indicate that classical civil law remains relevant and operational in addressing digital agreement disputes. The legal requirements of classical agreements remain the main benchmark in assessing the validity of electronic contracts. The theory of will and the principle of good faith has been proven to explain and evaluate the process of forming and implementing digital agreements. Digitalization does not eliminate civil liability, but requires adjustments in the provision of evidence and the interpretation of norms. This study concludes that an integrative approach that maintains classical civil law as a normative foundation is an effective strategy for ensuring legal certainty and contractual justice in the digital era.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa di SDN Panyingkiran 4 bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakter dan kreativitas siswa melalui pendampingan intensif dalam berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan disiplin ke dalam aktivitas harian, serta mendorong kreativitas melalui permainan edukatif, seni, dan proyek inovatif berbasis lokal. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yakni dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam sikap dan perilaku siswa, terutama dalam hal kedisiplinan, kepedulian sosial, dan partisipasi aktif dalam kelas. Di sisi lain, kreativitas siswa juga berkembang, terlihat dari antusiasme mereka dalam menghasilkan karya seni, menyusun ide orisinal, serta menyelesaikan masalah secara inovatif. Kolaborasi antara mahasiswa KKN dan guru SDN Panyingkiran 4 terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan inspiratif. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa, tetapi juga menjadi sarana pembelajaran praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam menerapkan ilmu dan mengembangkan soft skills. Dengan demikian, pendampingan KKN di SDN Panyingkiran 4 berhasil menjadi wahana strategis dalam membangun generasi muda yang berkarakter kuat dan kreatif.

Abstract

This is developmental research using the Borg & Gall model. The purpose of this research is to develop traditional game-based educational game tools (APE) in increasing children's creativity in group B PAUD Nurul Yaqin Kedondong Daya Pringgasela Village in the 2021/2022 Learning Year. The results showed that the assessment of the APE stilt product from 2 people, namely the design expert and the material expert, obtained an average score of 3.96 in the category feasible to be tested and 4.2 in the category very feasible to be tested. As for the small group test from the validation of one teacher, the score was 4.25 and 4.42, respectively. Thus, APE stilts have very decent validity. As for the assessment of congklak products, 2 people, namely design experts and materials experts, obtained an average score of both 4.08 and 4.2. with a very worthy category tested. Meanwhile, there is an increase in children's creativity from the stilt game, namely in the first week it produces an average of six aspects of creativity, namely 5 in the starting to develop category, while in congklak there are 4 aspects with the category starting to develop and 3 aspects of creativity being in the category of needing intervention for stilt games and category develops in the Congklak game. In the second week, there are 5 aspects in the developing category and 3 aspects of creativity in the developing category for the game of congklak. While the stilt game produces the five aspects of creativity that fall into the developing category. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model Borg & Gall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan alat permainan edukatif (APE) berbasis permainan tradisional dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak di kelompok B PAUD Nurul Yaqin Kedondong Daya Desa Pringgasela Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian produk APE egrang dari 2 orang yaitu ahli desain dan dan ahli materi memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,96 dengan kategori layak diujicobakan dan 4,2 dengan kategori sangat layak diujicobakan. Sedangkan untuk uji kelompok kecil dari validasi salah satu guru memperoleh nilai berturut-turut  4,25, dan 4,42. Dengan demikian APE egrang meliliki validitas sangat layak. Sedangkan untuk penilaian produk congklak dari 2 orang yaitu ahli desain dan dan ahli materi memperoleh skor rata-rata keduanyan 4,08 dan 4,2. dengan kategori sangat layak diujicobakan. Sementara, terdapat peningkatan kreativitas anak dari permainan egrang yaitu  pada minggu pertama menghasilkan rata-rata keenam aspek kreativitas yaitu 5 pada kategori mulai berkembang sedangkan pada congklak berada pada 4 aspek dengan kategori mulai berkembang dan 3 aspek kreativitas berada pada kategori perlu intervensi untuk permainan egrang dan kategori berkembang pada permainan congklak. Pada minggu kedua yaitu 5 aspek pada kategori berkembang dan 3 aspek kreativitas  dengan kategori berkembang untuk permainan congklak. Sedangkan pada permainan egrang menghasilkan kelima aspek kreativitas masuk pada kategori berkembang.
