Abstract

This research paper presents a comprehensive bibliometric review of the e-business systems landscape, analyzing publication trends, citation patterns, influential authors, and prevalent research themes. E-business systems, driven by technological advancements and changing consumer behaviors, have reshaped modern business practices. Through systematic data collection and analysis, this study reveals the evolution of research within this dynamic field. The findings underscore the interdisciplinary nature of e-business systems, spanning information technology, strategy, marketing, and more. The identification of influential authors, prevalent themes, and emerging directions provides a roadmap for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to navigate the evolving landscape of e-business systems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of ticket prices and cabin service quality on the purchasing decisions of Garuda Indonesia Airline Service Users at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. This research technique uses quantitative methods. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, the instrument test was validity and reliability test, hypothesis test used simple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination which was processed using SPSS.20. In this study the results obtained that ticket prices and service quality have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions with an F-count value of 34.779 > T-table 1.996 with a significance of 0.000 > 0.05. The coefficient of determination is 41.8% that purchasing decisions are influenced by ticket prices and service quality, while the remaining 58.2% is influenced by other variables. results Based on the research above, the ticket price offered must be in accordance with the quality of service in order to influence customer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

To reduce crowds during a pandemics, the airlines convenience prospective passengers to check-in via web check-in, but due to lack of socialization from the airline, passengers are still confused and hesitant to use it due to lack of knowledge about web check-in Citilink airline at Adi Soemarmo Ineternational Airport, Solo. Many passengers still do manual check-in. The purpose of this study determine how much the analysis of the influence level of understanding and constraints on passengers on understanding of web check-in Citilink Airlines at Adi Soemarmo International Airport. ThisĀ  Research uses a quantitative method. The population is all Citilink passengers at the Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport from September to October. The technique in this study is a purposive sampling, this data processing use a questionnaire, and the data processing use the SPSS 21 software program. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the analysis on the F is F count > F table, there is an influence on the level of understanding and obstacles faced by passengers on understanding of web check-in on Citilink airlines at Adi Soemarmo Solo International Airport. And the result of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 51,1% means the variable understanding of web check-in can explained by the variable level of understanding and obstacles faced by passengers, while 48,9% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

A Wi-Fi Extender is a device needed to expand the range and improve the quality of the Wi-Fi signal. To determine the choice, decision makers must know one by one the specifications of the existing products. This results in making decisions difficult and requiring a long time. So the aim of this research is to develop a decision support system for choosing a Wi-Fi Extender using the Rank Reciprocal and COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) weighting approach to make it easier to make decisions in a relatively short time. The Rank Reciprocal approach is used to rank or weight the criteria given by decision makers. Meanwhile, the COPRAS approach is used to obtain the best alternative which is evaluated by calculating the effectiveness index directly proportional to the criteria considered to provide benefits and costs. Based on the case study that was carried out, the highest utility result was obtained, namely the Mercusys MW300RE (A4) which obtained a score of 100. The output produced by the decision support system in the case study that was carried out obtained the same score as manual calculations. Apart from that, the usability testing results obtained an average value of 88.75%. This shows that the system is declared suitable for use because it is in accordance with its function and use.

Abstract

Mopah Airport Merauke is an airport located in the city of Merauke, South Papua, Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of service performance and baggage conveyor belt facilities on Lion Air airline passenger satisfaction in baggage claim at Mopah Airport Merauke. This research uses quantitative research methods. This research was conducted at Mopah Airport Merauke where the objects of this research were passengers or the people in the city of Merauke. The source of the data used in this study was obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents of Lion Air airline passengers at Mopah Airport Merauke. The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents determined by the slovin formula. The results of this study were concluded to answer the formulation of the problem, that: 1. The Influence Variable of Service Performance (X1) has an effect on the Passenger Satisfaction Variable (Y) as evidenced by the calculated T value on the variable effect of service performance (X1) which is greater than T table, namely 8,636 > 1,660 with a Sig value. smaller than the probability value of 0.000 <0.05; 2. The Baggage Conveyor Belt Facility Variable (X2) has an effect on the Passenger Satisfaction Variable (Y) as evidenced by the calculated T value being greater than T table, namely 11,118 > 1,660 with a Sig. smaller than the probability value of 0.000 <0.05; 3. The effect of service performance (X1), the baggage conveyor belt facility (X2) has an effect on the passenger satisfaction variable (Y) of 0.604, it is known from the R Square value, which means that the variables X1, X2 affect the Y variable by 60.4%. Abstract

Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport continues to grow in serving the needs of air transportation in the West Nusa Tenggara region, the airport is one of the main airports in Indonesia that serves as a gateway for local and international tourists. Since the establishment of Lombok as one of the locations for the MotoGP Event at the Mandalika Circuit, the number of passenger arrivals to the airport has increased significantly, especially during the period of the event. This requires the management of airport facilities, especially in the use of supporting facilities such as the aviobridge, to run optimally and be able to support smooth operations during the MotoGP event. In this study, the authors can analyze how AMC officers optimize the use of Aviobridge at the MotoGP Event, and what are the obstacles experienced by AMC officers and AMC officer solutions in overcoming these obstacles. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. This research was conducted during the 2024 MotoGP event period at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport Lombok. The research instruments used were primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are Interview, Observasi, and Dokumentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the use of the aviobridge during the MotoGP event can run optimally, AMC officers ensure the smooth running of the MotoGP event extra flight by arranging incoming extra flight aircraft slots according to the type of aircraft so that there are no slots that overlap too much and aircraft that cannot use the aviobridge are given parking close to the gate. In addition, AMC officers ensure that the aviobridge is in normal condition, all functions are normal and maintain the cleanliness of the aviobridge so that there are no obstacles when docking or undocking the aviobridge. And AMC officers can handle obstacles that occur during the MotoGP event with solutions that have been provided by AMC officers.

Abstract

Airport security is one of the most crucial components of the aviation industry. For this reason, security screening procedures aim to avoid hazards that could threaten flight safety. However, passengers often experience difficulties in understanding security check procedures which can lead to queues and increased workload for Avsec officers. Passengers' understanding of security procedures is influenced by various factors, including the level of education and experience. This study aims to analyze the effect of education and experience on passengers' understanding of security check procedures at Sentani International Airport. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample population of 100 respondents from airport passengers who are doing the boarding process. Based on the results of the analysis test, it shows that education and experience have a positive and significant effect on passenger understanding both partially and simultaneously. The results of these findings are expected to provide insight into the importance of education and experience in improving passenger understanding of security check procedures at airports.
