The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of dispositional personality and situational cognitive factors on the intention to use the internet. Personality factors were measured by five variables openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism. Meanwhile, situational cognitive factors were measured by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and self-efficacy. Survey was conducted to 323 students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Bengkulu, include extension and Magister Management students programme. This research uses non-probability sampling procedure with purposive-judgment method. Primary data were gathered using closedquestion form questionnaire. Hypotheses testing were conducted using Partial Least Square with software SmartPLS version 2.0.M3. Results showed that openness to experience, perceived usefulness and self-efficacy significantly affect intention to use internet. Meanwhile, situational cognitive factors were better predictor than personality factors on the intention to use internet. This suggests that the application of information technology acceptance and adoption theory dominantly based on perceptual cognitive factors rather than personality. The current study contributes to higher education managers in terms of how to manage common problems of information system resistance.Keywords: dispositional personality, situational cognitive, Information Technology Acceptance, and Information System.

MOTIVATION FOR INDIVIDUALS’ INVOLVEMENT WITH FAN PAGES Willy Abdillah

This research examines the empirical model of individuals’ involvement with fan pages. The research model was developed based on the social influence factors and the brand post popularity model. The research employed an online survey questionnaire. 300 samples were collected by using a purposive sampling technique, and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that identification, interactivity, informational content and valence of comment were the motivating factors for the intent to become involved with fan pages. It was indicated that the brand popularity model was not the only relevant model to explain the social computing phenomenon in the context of fan pages, but social influence factors also play a part. Minister Regulation No. 71/2015, all government institutions must use an accrual-based system in the financial report in 2015. Therefore, Indonesian government institutions need some adequate human resource competence, high organizational commitment and qualified information systems regarding reliable, accurate, comprehensive and relevant to decision-making of financial statement. This study examines the effect of human resource competencies, organizational commitment and quality of the system to the accrual based accounting system application usability at Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The population of this study were 513 government agencies at BPS. Using paper-based survey, data was gathered from 129 respondent based accrual institutional accounting system application services. The data analysis technique was the multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed that human resource competence and organizational commitment has a positive effect on individual use of the accrual-based accounting system application. Banyaknya produksi pertanian di Kelurahan Beringin Raya tidak seimbang dengan sarana perdagangan yang ada. Jumlah tempat petani memasarkan produknya masih sedikit yakni 1 minimarket, 10 toko kelontong dan satu restoran. Permasalahan ini hendaknya bisa ditangani dengan cepat melalui strategi pemasaran yang mencapai target pasar. Namun, menurut data BPS Kota Bengkulu bahwa tingkat pendidikan Kelurahan Beringin Raya masih rendah. Sehingga masyarakat tidak memahami bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang baik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan yang mana bertujuan mengubah kehidupan masyarakat menjadi lebih baik dari keadaan semula. Masyarakat diberikan materi mengenai strategi-strategi pemasaran dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan. Tahap selanjutnya masyarakat menyampaikan permasalahan dan berdiskusi mengenai strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan. Terakhir, penambahan wawasan mengenai strategi pemasaran diharapkan dapat memberikan banyak manfaat terutama pada anggota Tunas Harapan.

This study aimed to measure the effect of participation and leadership on the financial performance of SAP Implementation at Regional Working Units (on education) Bengkulu province. As for the number of samples in this study consisted of 86 respondents, where the questionnaire distributed to all SKPDs Bengkulu Provincial Government, to test the validity and Reliability of. Based on the results of multiple linear regression calculation on the first hypothesis, variable leadership participation a positive and significant effect on the financial performance. In the second hypothesis, the variable implementation for SAP (Government Accounting Standards) is also positive and significant effect on performance, so that the second hypothesis is accepted. Thus, Participation and leadership of SAP Implementation (Government Accounting Standards) positive and significant effect on the financial performance in the regional work units Bengkulu Provincial Government.

This community service aims to increase the resilience of fishermen in the Malabero Urban Village. The method of service is accompaniment. The object of community service is the fishermen’s community in Malabero Village, Bengkulu City. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on fishermen in the Malabero Village. The increase in the unemployed in Bengkulu has reduced people’s purchasing power. Therefore, fishermen need to know how to survive even though the Covud-19 pandemic is not over. Improving fish quality by changing processing methods is one of the best ways to survive. However, the community still needs more information and knowledge. Thus, it is necessary to assist, so that fish processing provides added value. The result of this activity is that the fishing community in Malabero Village is willing to manage fish using a better method.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the management of pharmaceutical supplies management for puskesmas including the planning, procurement, and distribution stages within the North Bengkulu Regency Health Office. This research uses a mixed approach (caustic and qualitative). The type of data used is primary data obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation data. The respondents of this study were managers of pharmaceutical supplies at 22 health centers in North Bengkulu Regency and managers of pharmaceutical supplies at the North Bengkulu Regency Health Office, taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis methods are used qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on field research, the results were obtained that: (1) The planning of drug needs in the management of pharmaceutical supplies at the puskesmas in North Bengkulu Regency has been carried out in accordance with the planning stages; (2) The procurement of puskesmas pharmaceutical supplies at the North Bengkulu District Health Office is carried out by the Health Office proposed by the puskesmas through the RKO (Drug Needs Plan) document; and (3) The distribution of drugs in the management of pharmaceutical supplies at puskesmas in North Bengkulu Regency has been carried out as scheduled, namely 4 times a year (quarterly). Keywords: Planning, Procurement and Distribution of Pharmaceutical Supplies Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan teori manajemen logistik obat, yang merupakan proses pengelolaan yang strategis mengenai pengadaan, distribusi dan penyimpanan obat dalam upaya mencapai kinerja yang optimal (Quick et al., 2012). Pengelolaan obat merupakan suatu proses yang dimaksudkan untuk mencapai tujuan secara efektif dan efisien. Proses pengelolaan obat dapat terwujud dengan baik apabila didukung dengan kemampuan sumber daya yang tersedia dalam suatu sistem. Tujuan utama pengelolaan obat Kabupaten/Kota adalah tersedianya obat yang berkualitas baik, tersebar secara merata, jenis dan jumlah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan dasar bagi masyarakat di unit pelayanan Kesehatan (Kemenkes, 2016). Hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yang dilaksanakan, yakni mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi untuk puskesmas meliputi tahap perencanaan, pengadaan dan distribusi di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan campuran (kautitatif dan kualitatif). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan data dokumentasi. Responden penelitian ini adalah pengelola perbekalan farmasi di 22 puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara dan pengelola perbekalan farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, diambil dengan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian lapangan, diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1) Perencanaan kebutuhan obat dalam manajemen perbekalan farmasi puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tahapan perencanaan.; (2) Pengadaan perbekalan farmasi puskesmas di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Kesehatan yang diusulkan puskesmas melalui dokumen RKO (Rencana Kebutukan Obat). Dinas Kesehatan melakukan pengadaan obat melalui e-purchasing berdasarkan e-catalogue, dan jika obat tidak ada di e-catalogue, maka dilakukan dengan metode lainnya pengadaan langsung dan tender; dan (3) Pendistribusian obat dalam manajemen perbekalan farmasi puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara sudah dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal, yakni 4 kali dalam setahun (triwulanan). This study aims to analyze the effect of brand equity, product quality and warranty on consumer decisions to buy products. This type of research was used a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method. In this study, the authors collected information data and basic information using a questionnaire distributed to respondents of Tupperware Bengkulu members. The data to be used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents of Tupperware Bengkulu members totaling 230 people. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and partial least square analysis. The results showed that: (1) Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Tupperware products in Bengkulu City; (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Tupperware products in Bengkulu City; and (3) Warranty/guarantee has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Tupperware products in Bengkulu City

This study aims to investigate the turnaround and recovery strategies employed by Ecolab International Indonesia MNEs after facing significant financial decline caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This research analyzed internal factors, external opportunities, and threats to define effective strategies using a multi-method approach. Qualitative interviews were conducted to identify key themes, supported by examining company publications, especially annual financial reports from 2018 to 2022, to understand economic trends before, during, and after the pandemic. Thematic analysis was utilized to analyze the results, involving coding interview transcripts using ATLAS.ti and validating these themes through member checking to ensure reliability. Our findings show that Ecolab's turnaround strategy (cost reduction, enhancing value in sustainability, restructuring leadership, and organizational culture) was essential in addressing immediate and long-term challenges. The recovery strategy (operational and financial strategies, strategic focus area, regulatory and market dynamics) helped the company navigate the pandemic's impact and its position for sustainable growth. This study breaks new ground by integrating sustainability into strategic frameworks, aligning with global trends. Offering fresh perspectives enhances the relevance and value of MNEs' corporate strategy research in emerging markets. Additionally, our findings provide actionable insights for other companies to effectively incorporate sustainable practices into their turnaround and recovery strategies, ensuring long-term growth and regulatory compliance.
