Abstract

Pengkajian sejarah dalam dinamika politik bersamaan dengan ideologi yang menjadi alat pemerintah dalam aktivitas kenegaraan menyajikan konsep Nasakom. Nasakom berdasarkan teori Ricocer membuktikan sebagai ideologi negara Masa Demokrasi Terpimpin (1959-1965) yang tersalur dalam konsep distrosi, legitimasi dan integrasi. Tahun 1926 soekarno mencetuskan azas kenegaraan yang meliputi Nasionalisme, Islamisme-Keislaman, dan Marxisme. Pada masa Demokrasi Terpimpin azas negara itu menjadi ideologi negara dengan nama Nasakom (Nasionalis Agamis dan Komunis). Penelusuran terhadap aktivitas Lekra yang merupakan organisasi dibawah Partai Komunis Indonesia yang eksistensinya sangat popular masa Demokrasi Terpimpin. Demokrasi Terpimpin berlaku setelah ditetapkannya Dekrit Persiden pada 5 Juli 1959. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis yang meliputi proses Heuristik, Verifikasi, Interpretasi dan Historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa eksistensi Nasakom sebagai ideologi negara pada masa demokrasi terpimpin menjadi misi Soekarno dalam mencipta persatuan antara kelompok pergerakan Nasionalis, Islamis dan Komunis. Persatuan ketiganya telah mencipta Soekarno selama Demokrasi Terpimpin mampu mempertahankan kekuasaannya, terbebas dari kudeta, dan menjadi pemimpin yang memiliki kendali penuh dalam aktivitas politik dan kenegaraan. Aktivitas Lekra sebagai lembaga kebudayaan telah menjadi saluran aspirasi politik komunis diabawah komando Partai Komunis Indonesia. aktivitas itu memicu terjadinya manipesto kebudayaan yang menghadirkan lembaga-lembaga kebudayaan serupa seperti, Lembaga Kebudayaan Nasional dibawah naungan Partai Nasional Indonesia dan Lembaga Seniman Budayawan Muslimin Indonesia (Lesbumi) milik Nahdatul Ulama yang diantaranya menjadi pesaing Lekra.

Abstract

The independence revolution in Jambi was distinct from the spirit of social revolution in other regions. A sense of disappointment among Jambi's traditional elites towards the new Republican elites from outside Jambi caused local political conflict in Jambi. Accordingly, the narrative of the restoration of the Jambi Sultanate, which had been destroyed during the Jambi War of 1900-1907, emerged. Political efforts were made between the Jambi Government and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia or the Netherlands to solve political problems in Jambi. Using historical methods that focus on the process and time, the study shows that the Dewan Djambi Sementara was a council to make Jambi a particular region in the federal system, which the Dutch established at that time. The primary demand of the Dewan Djambi Sementara was to make Jambi an autonomous region by restoring the Jambi Sultanate and separating it from the Central Sumatra Province formed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. However, the demands of the Dewan Djambi Sementara were not accomplished because the Dutch hesitantly supported forming a region with a feudal system. In addition, political developments between the Republic of Indonesia and the Dutch, described in the Roem-Royen agreement, hindered the process. The demands for the sultanate restoration and the granting of autonomous rights vanished along with the administrative transfer from the Netherlands to the Republic of Indonesia due to the Round Table Conference in The Hague. Despite this setback, the spirit of Jambi regionalism that demanded regional autonomy was continued in youth and regional organizations during the Republic of Indonesia era. The endeavors of these organizations eventually made an autonomous region at the provincial level in 1957

Abstract

Proyek akhir ini akan menjelaskan bahwa Kyai Yazid telah melakukan perubahan yang sangat signifikan terhadap dinamika kehidupan masyarakat pare dengan kemampuannya menguasai dan memahami berbagai macam bahasa asing. Bahasa Arab dan Belanda menjadi acuan untuk menguasai bahasa-bahasa asing seperti bahasa Ibrani, German, Inggris, Jepang, Persia, Perancis dan Hebrew.  Permasalahan yang diangkat dari penelitian ini yaitu, Mengapa terjadi perubahan masyarakat Pare dan bagaimana kyai Yazid melakukan perubahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis, berdasarkan metode sejarah tersebut maka yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Huristik (pencarian sumber), verivikasi data atau kritik sumber, interpretasi (penafsiran terhadap fakta yang telah melalui proses verifikasi sumber), Tahapan terakhir dari metode sejarah adalah historiografi (penulisan sejarah). Selain menggunakan metode sejarah, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sejarah biografi. Sumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan sumber primer dan sumber sekunder yang terdapat dalam arsip, foto, kamus-kamus bahasa asing, surat kabar sezaman seperti koran-koran dari Jerman yang dikirim khusus untuk kyai Yazid, buku-buku yang merupakan bacaan atau tulisan kyai Yazid, serta sumber dari media cetak maupun media online. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, Kyai Yazid yang tumbuh sebagai agency yang merubah struktur masyarakat wilayah Pare melalui dua cara berikut: (Mengajarkan bahasa asing dalam sistem pembelajaran dan menggunakan sistem getok tular dalam memperluas kemampuan berbahasa asing di lingkungan pondok pesantren Darul Fallah).

Abstract

The writing of public history has become one of the methods of history that have developed and are in great demand. The difference between history in general and public history is the selection of groups that are used as research sources. Through this research, the author find that public history can be used as a way to raise historical consciousness in Indonesia. Historical Consciousness relates to thinking of ourself in time as historical beings and being aware of belonging to a specific group with a particular history and identity. The current global pandemic presents a challenge for historians. Documenting the history at the time the event was still taking place was a challenge in itself since no one knew how the end of the event was written. Public history has been widely used in European countries to record daily life and events that occurred in society during the pandemic. The historical sources collected from the public will play an important role on writing the historical event and also as a lesson in the future. The method used in this paper is a historical method consisting of 4 stages, namely heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and then historiography.

Abstract

Kepala Sekolah dalam menjalankan tugasnya tidak terlepas dari bantuan dan bimbingan pengawas sekolah. Pengawas sekolah berkewajiban mendampingi kepala sekolah untuk dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Kepala sekolah berperan membawa keberhasilan dalam memandu, membangun, memberi motivasi, menjalin jaringan komunikasi, dan memberi supervisi yang efektif. Tujuan dari karya tulis ini yaitu menggambarkan pelaksanaan pendampingan pengawas melalui analisis teori dan dengan melalui pendekatan empiris. Pelaksanaan pendampingan berkaitan dengan institusi atau organisasi. Kajian ini dibagi menjadi tiga bagian, yaitu : 1) Pendahuluan, yang berisi uraian permasalahan terkait dengan pendampingan terhadap evaluasi kinerja kepala sekolah dan guru, 2) Pembahasan, menguraikan pengertian supervisi pendapat para ahli yang didukung data dan informasi empiris kemudian dikontruksikan oleh penulis sehingga lebih spesifik pada jenis dan fungsi pendampingan yang ingin dicapai. 3) Penutup, Pendampingan pengawas terhadap supervisi yang dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan evaluasi kinerja kepala sekolah dalam supervisi pembelajaran di Korwil Bidik Kecamatan Ciledug.

Abstract

The Social Vulnerability Index (SoVI) measurement to assess social vulnerability is only able to describe conditions in general, without being able to show which factors dominate the score. Therefore, the aim of this research is to fill this gap by applying a correlational approach with a clustering method to characterize the dominant factors of social vulnerability at the district level in Java and surrounding areas. The clustering method used in this study is the K-Medoids algorithm. This method is more powerful when there are outliers in the dataset used. In this study, we considered the use of 3 different distance methods, namely Euclidean distance, Manhattan distance, and Minkowski distance. As a result, the K-Medoids algorithm using Manhattan distance provides the best value based on the Davies Bouldin Index. This research found that social vulnerability exists in every region of Java Island and its surroundings.

Abstract

Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) is a component-based SEM. One of the developments of GSCA is the GSCA method for multilevel data known as multilevel GSCA. Multilevel data is data that has a nested, grouped, or nested structure. This study aims to apply multilevel GSCA to the data on factors that affect poverty. The data used is on Indonesia's health, education and poverty in 2023.. The result is that all indicators are significant to the latent variables. The structural model shows that the quality of health has a negative and significant effect on poverty, education has a negative and significant effect on poverty, and the quality of health has a positive and significant effect on education. The results of between group show that health quality has a positive and significant effect on education in all regions, health quality has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Bali & Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, as well as Maluku and Papua, education has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Sumatra, Java, and Maluku & Papua. The overall goodness of fit value (FIT) is 0.622, meaning the model can explain 62.2% of data variation.

Abstract

This article examines the discourse of writing press history with a focus on Mochtar Lubis's social criticism of campuses and students. The discourse of writing the history of the press is sourced from the "tadjuk rentjana" of Harian Indonesia Raya written by Mochtar Lubis during the early span of the New Order in 1968-1974. This naturally gives rise to the question of how editorial plans that became the face of a press institution such as Harian Indonesia Raya became a medium for Mochtar Lubis to conduct social criticism. The methodology employed is a literature review and content analysis of pertinent sources. The initial section of this article delineates Mochtar Lubis' social and intellectual background. The subsequent section examines Mochtar Lubis' social criticism as manifested in HIR editorials. The concluding section elucidates the discourse surrounding the writing of his history.

Abstract

The transformation of the role of school supervisors into one of the change agendas is very necessary to support the realization of student-centered learning through the mentoring cycle. The mentoring referred to is the activity of school supervisors working with school principals in increasing the capacity and quality of education unit services to carry out student-centred learning using relevant strategies and methods. Assistance of school supervisors in implementing the school principal's progress achievements as an implementation of the commitment of the head of the educational unit of each assisted school in realizing their school's work program. This activity is carried out through discussions, interviews and recorded results are expressed in the form of data processing instruments according to the results obtained by each -each head of educational unit. The aim of this writing is to provide a comprehensive overview of the implementation of supervisory duties in supporting the development and improvement of the quality of education in educational units. This study is divided into seven parts, namely: 1) Progress of Educational Report Card achievements, 2) Progress of development of infrastructure, 3) Progress of PTK competency development, 4)Progress of Student Competency Development, 5) Academic/non-academic achievement of Persetadik and PTK, 6) Data-Based Planning, Preparation of RKT/RKAS documents, and 7)Preparation of Education Unit Curriculum Documents. Conclusion: The mentoring that has been implemented in 18 educational units/facilitated schools has succeeded in making a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning, both in terms of curriculum, teacher competency, school management and infrastructure development.

Abstract

The Markowitz Mean-Variance Portfolio and the Kataoka Safety-First criterion share similarities, as both serve as risk-control methods and suitable for risk-averse investors. This study compares these two approaches in constructing an optimal portfolio and evaluates their respective performances. The findings indicate that the portfolio weights derived from both methods are positive. Empirical evidence suggests that the expected return of the Kataoka Safety-First portfolio is consistently higher than that of the Mean-Variance method. However, this greater return is accompanied by a higher level of risk. Furthermore, the Sharpe and Treynor indices for the Kataoka Safety-First portfolio surpass those of the Mean-Variance method across both portfolio variations analyzed. These results confirm that the Kataoka Safety-First portfolio demonstrates superior performance compared to the Mean-Variance approach. Therefore, the Kataoka Safety-First criterion presents itself as a viable strategy for constructing an optimal portfolio tailored to risk-averse investors.
